Les chambres ont des fenêtres au plafond (je crois qu’on dit des vasistas). Le hic c’est qu’elles doivent donner sur la terrasse de l’appart du dessus. Nous avons été réveillé en plein nuit par leur arrivée. Lumière sur la terrasse qui donne dans les chambres et plus la conversation du couple dont l’un a du fumé il y avait un peu l’odeur dans notre chambre. Une fois qu’ils ont été couché il n’y avait plus aucun bruit.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Fantastique appartement au centre de la vieille ville. Stylé, confortable, très propre et avec toutes les petites choses qui rendent le quotidien plus facile! (produits lave-vaisselle / douche; sucre / sel / huile; serviettes de table).
Il manque des lampes de chevet pour les lecteurs :-)) Par ailleurs odeur de fumée de cigarettes dans la chambre de droite, a priori en lien avec les gens sur la terrasse au dessus.

Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet : genügend Geschirr, Kochuttensilien, Küchentücher und -lappen, Geschirrspühlmittel-einfach alles vorhanden! Die Lage mitten in der Altstadt war fantastisch . Das Ein- und Auschecken völlig problemlos. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Mitten in der Altstadt, sehr nahe Parkmöglichkeit, nahe bei der Rhybadi und vielen Restaurants. Die Bar unter dem Apartment war leider geschlossen am Sonntag. Mit der Schlüsselübergabe bzw. Code hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Es war sehr heiss an diesem Wochenende. Als wir um ca. 15 Uhr ankamen, sind in den Zimmern schon Ventilatoren gelaufen und alles war bestens für uns vorbereitet. Vielen herzlichen Dank für alles, wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

The host was very friendly and kind, allowing us to check in early, for which we were very grateful. Staying here made it convenient for us to visit the Rhinefall and Stein am Rhein town, so I highly recommend this hotel.

Reviewed Apr 25, 2026Schaffhausen is a beautiful place. We also loved the stay. The interior of the place and amenities were super good. Host was very helpful. Its very close to Spar from where we could pick food etc easily at cheap price. Although above the bar, there was no disturbance. It was easy to travel to Rheine falls. Value for money.
Bathroom door was not getting locked. Moving up the luggage was difficult due to circular steps.

It was a perfect location, and although we heard the bar on the Saturday night it did not stop us sleeping. Sunday night was quiet. It was easy to collect the keys, everything was clean and we were happy with the kitchen equipment.
Only one or two small things. The bathroom door did not lock (I think the lock didn't line up vertically) and the barrel lock on the apartment door pulled out slightly when extracting the key Other than that everything was wonderful and we would definitely come back here again !

Aucun contact avec notre hôte, qui n'a pas daigné répondre à mes sollicitations par mail et par message sur Instagram, faisant suite à notre séjour. En effet, nous avons oublié des chargeurs de téléphone et d'ordinateur, que nous avons signalé le jour même de notre départ.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Es war tatsächlich mein erstes AirBNB und meine moderaten Erwartungen wurden klar übertroffen. Die Unterkunft ist größer und schöner als die Fotos vermuten lassen. Auch die Lage ist absolut optimal am hinteren Ende der Altstadt, direkt neben dem Munotstieg. Man kann gut kochen und sogar waschen/trocknen. Ich empfehle einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt.
Der nahe Kirchturm und die Party direkt drunter (es war Wochenende, sie ging aber nur bis 1 Uhr) können einen durchaus etwas vom Schlafen abhalten.

Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sowie Lebensmittelgeschäfte sind nur wenige Meter entfernt. Eine tolle Unterkunft, die ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen kann!

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025We loved everything about this apartment, It is huge with 2 large bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom. By far the best place we stayed on our cycling trip. Prompt communication from host. Highly recommend.
The only thing was it got quite hot even though it wasn't very hot outside. The fans were useful. NB. We stayed on a Sunday night, when the bar is closed, so no idea how noisy it is on other nights.

It was a modern appartment with pristine cleanliness and aesthetically decorated rooms which was super spacious. It was extremely well looked after and the walk along the road truly made it magical! The host was super friendly and extremely accommodating! Thank you so much! Highly recommendable!

Die Schlafzimmer sind gross und ruhig und auch wenn es keine Schubladen oder Schränke gibt, hatte es genug Kleiderbügel für die Kleider. Check in und out war schnell und einfach und Karin ist eine nette Gastgeberin. Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn wir das nächste Mal in Schaffhausen sind.

L'appartamento è pulito e ben attrezzato. Il bagno e la doccia sono enormi. I letti sono comodi. Nell'appartamento c'è una zona bar con una vera botte che fa da tavolo. Ogni stanza ha un tema cinematografico (es. una scena del padrino su una parete) e delle luci a forma di riflettore cinematografico. Insomma...tutto a effetto "wow".

We did not receive any email and did not know how to get the key. However the apartment belongs to the bar on the ground floor and the employees know how to let you in..the bar is working from 15:00. As there is a bar underneath it was loud, but did not disturbed us
