Spacious Ocean View Apartments with Balcony in Blue Bay

El apartamento está dentro del complejo de Blue Bay Resort, es moderno, nuevo y estaba muy limpio, además incluye entrada con uso de palapas y reposeras en la playa privada Blue Bay beach. El lugar es muy seguro y la atención de Ravi fue excelente.

No tiene desayuno, la ubicación muy linda

Todo, lugar sin puntos bajos. Lavadora y secadora de ropa, lavadora de vajillas, 5 equipos de aire acondicionado. Hermosa playa y piscina a pasos de distancia. Hasta un buen supermercado cerca, para ir en automóvil.

Apartamento lindo e muito bem equipado. Localização ótima, acesso à praia incluído na estadia, conforto da acomodação é impecável. A hospitalidade também é perfeita.

El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Tiene 4 dormitorios en suite, grandes, cómodas y unas vistas increíbles a la playa.

El servicio al turista es muy malo, la comunicación también. Quien gestiona la reserva es una empresa diferente a Bluebay y aparenta que no tienen comunicación entre ellos. Es como que nadie sabe nada. La cisterna de uno de los baños estaba rota, dicen que la van a arreglar y así estuvieron las 8 noches. Lo mismo nos sucedió con un servicio de limpieza adicional que habíamos contratado. Como frutilla de la torta, nos cobraron USD 175 por recargo de electricidad, el doble de lo que indica la empresa de energía eléctrica. En resumen, mucha paciencia!

O apartamento é maravilhoso , muito bonito, tudo muito novinho e a cama é muito confortável . A localização é perfeita, dentro de um complexo muito bonito e seguro. E o Sr Ravi é muito solicito e educado, sempre de prontidão a ajudar.

Ubicacion espectacular si queres conocer las playas del norte a solo 30 minutos y cerca del aeropuerto a 10 minutos La playa de Blue Bay es espectacular , arena , sombra de las palmeras , restaurantes abiertos de 8.00 a 22.00 hs en la misma playa con buena comida , bahia alucinante , palabas polinesicas , atardecer maravilloso , el agua es muy buena , no nos quedamos mas dias en la playa de Blue Bay porque fuimos a conocer otras , pero Blue Bay reune todo PLAYA , SERVICIOS , SOMBRA , PAZ . En varias playas la playa en si era con agua espectacular pero los servicios no acorde , y cerraban a las 16.00 hs o llegabas y ya no tenias ni palapas ni sombra .

Es increíble el ambiente que se vive en Xanadu. La arquitectura moderna, los amplios espacios, la piscina, la excelente conexión a internet y las instalaciones hacen que la experiencia sea realmente de primer nivel. Además, cuentan con un club de playa a solo unos minutos, ubicado en una de las mejores playas de Curazao, lo que hace que la estadía sea aún más especial. Mención aparte para Rabi, un anfitrión excepcional. Su amabilidad, disposición y calidad humana marcan una gran diferencia y hacen que uno se sienta como en casa desde el primer momento. ¡100% recomendado! Sin duda volvería.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Located within the beautiful Blue Bay Golf & Beach Resort, it offers much more than the name suggests—a secure, gated community with excellent restaurants, a golf course, a stunning beach, swimming pools, and beautifully maintained grounds. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our two-bedroom apartment (Unit 4) was spacious, modern, and very well equipped, with two bathrooms, a full kitchen, comfortable living area, large balcony, private entrance, and convenient parking. It felt like a home away from home. Housekeeping every seven days and fresh towels every three days (on request) worked perfectly. The location is also excellent, with supermarkets and Willemstad just a short drive away. Everything was exactly as shown on Booking.com and the property’s website—no surprises, only positive ones. It offers outstanding value for money.

What didn’t you like about the property? There was very little to dislike. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well maintained, and fully equipped for a holiday stay. If anything, more frequent housekeeping could be a nice addition for longer stays, but it certainly wasn’t an issue. Overall, we were extremely satisfied.

We got a very warm welcome by Ravi and immediately felt at home. The apartment is well equipped and is located in a quiet and safe resort. It is nicely decorated and gives an instant vacation feeling. Also the swimming pool with sunbed is nice to relax .The neighbourhood is fantastic and peaceful and you can hear birds singing all day long. There is a beautiful white sand beach with palm trees (included in your stay) at walking distance where you can relax during the day, have drinks or go snorkling, surrounded by a good restaurant and bar ( happy hour and dj starts at 5PM :-) Also you can book fitness classes (such as pilates with Barbara, which is nice too.) The appartement has everything you need: it is spacious, clean and has a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning is working well and is quiet.There is really nothing to complain about We had a wonderful stay at the appartement and if you need anything, Ravi and Carlos are there to accommodate. Price/ quality wise a very good deal. We would happily come back!

Prachtig en geweldig uitzicht! Aan een mooi strand en mooie baai gelegen. Het resort is zeer netjes onderhouden en straalt luxe uit. Gezellige sfeer op het strand. Gasten maken gratis gebruik van ligbedjes op het strand. Ook is er voldoende parkeergelegenheid voor de deur (private parking). Veel ruimte in het appartement en goede keukenfaciliteiten, alles aanwezig om een maaltijd te koken, zelfs kruiden/specerijen. Goede koelvriescombinatie met ijsblokjesmachine, dat was top! Goede airco’s en goede wifi. Horren aanwezig.

Onvoldoende informatievoorziening vooraf, we bleken een QR code nodig te hebben voor toegang tot het resort, die hadden we niet ontvangen. Ook de geo-locatie die we hadden doorgekregen waar we de hostess zouden ontmoeten, klopte niet waardoor we met koffers moesten slepen naar de juiste locatie. Bij aankomst werd verteld dat er beleid was over stroom- en waterverbruik, waarbij we extra zouden moeten betalen indien dit meer dan gemiddeld zou zijn. Tijdens je vakantie heb je echter geen inzicht in je verbruik en je hebt ook geen informatie over wat gemiddeld is en welke extra kosten er eventueel berekend worden. Het appartement heeft enkele kleine gebreken, zoals een slechte sluitende balkondeur, een wasrek die bijna uit elkaar viel en knoppen die van de kasten af zijn. Ook was de ventilator in de badkamer kapot. Dit is wel gefixt tijdens het verblijf. Om echte luxe te ervaren en de prijs te rechtvaardigen, verwacht je dat dit op orde is in je vakantie

Ample space in the apartment and in the parking lot. All the facilities were as promissed. No stress, quiet location. Ravi, the owner is quite a special person. He is very hospitable and able to solve fast any issue. We were even allowed a late checkout without additional fees.

The location of the resort is a little remote. No good restaurants are in the neighbourhood.

Das Appartment hat eine super Lage, fußläufig zu einem tollen Sand- Strand mit viel Schattenflächen, Liegen unter Palmen & vielen Fischen, so dass sich Schnorcheln lohnt! Willemstad ist ca 20 Auto-Minuten entfernt. Das Appartement ist mit allem, was man so braucht ausgestattet, sauber, hat bequeme Betten, Klimaanlagen,... und ist insbesondere Nachts sehr ruhig. Der Vermieter, Ravi, ist sehr nett und ein toller Gastgeber!

Me gusto poder estar en un barrio privado, me sentía segura, el hospedaje queda muy cerca de la playa como para ir caminando. La atención de Ravi fue excelente, y un detalle importante es que el vive ahi entonces cualquier cosa que necesites contas con el. Si bien eramos solo 2 adultos y el departamento era para 4 personas, fue super cómodo todo. Para nosotros era importante el silencio y tranquilidad, si bien no habia muchos huéspedes en el complejo, fue super tranquilo todo. Fue hermoso poder desayunar y cenar en el balcón. Volveria sin dudarlo!

No hay nada que no me haya gustado. Quiza podria aportar algunos comentarios para mejorar algunos detalles. -Cambiaria todo el set de elementos para cocinar, como ollas sartenes, etc. -Dejaria un manual de como usar el horno -En la despensa donde se encuentra el microondas hay una ventana, le colocaría una cortina para que no entre el sol y no le de a los alimentos que uno guarda en ese sector. -Cambiaria los almohadones del balcon, que estaban un poco deteriorados y sucios por los pajaritos. -En una de las duchas el vidrio no cerraba bien, entonces se mojaba un poco hacia afuera, es cuestión de ajustarlo para que cierre mejor. -La canilla del lavamanos de ese mismo baño perdía agua.

Centrale ligging, strand heel dichtbij, gratis gebruik van strandbedjes. Nette ruime slaap- en badkamer. Heerlijk zwembad. Strandhanddoeken konden zo vaak als nodig vervangen worden door schone handdoeken. Appartement werd frequent schoongemaakt en beddengoed vervangen

Het appartement ligt naast de weg, waar gedurende de werkweek heel veel bouwverkeer rijdt, hetgeen tot stof en geluid leidt. Maar dat is dan ook het enige.

The location was second to none, beautifully located within the Blue Bay Beach & Golf Resort area with all its facilities. Thete is no more kind and hospitable host than Ravi, the property owner. He will go out of his way to accommodate your wishes and he seems to know everyone on Curaçao. One of our many highlights: Ravi's New Year's party with the best fireworks on the island!

We loved everything about this place. There was nothing bad about it, all was great. Easy to get around, safe, short walk to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay at Xanadu Blue Bay Curaçao. The property is modern, clean, and beautifully maintained, with a great location close to the beach and amenities. The accommodations were comfortable and well-equipped, and the staff was friendly and responsive. A peaceful, high-quality place to stay—highly recommended!

Our condo faced street so lots of work traffic noise in the morning. Uncomfortable couch in living room. We weren't able to move to one bedroom condo once the other party left even though the complex wasn't fully booked.

The apartment and the location are great

We booked a single apartment for 4 nights, with no expectation of switching apartments during our stay. We received no warning of any issues before flying to Curaçao. However, for some reason unknown to us, Holiday Rentals split our reservation in two in their internal systems (and kept it invisible to Booking.com), without ever telling us or Booking.com about it. On day 2 they started to threaten us to leave the apartment on day 3 at 10am. But we had reserved the apartment for 4 nights. We called Booking and they confirmed we had a 4 night reservation, without any previous requirement to switch apartments. Holiday Rentals didn't care and kept threatening us to leave. To cover up their mistake, they forged an email simulating they had sent us a notice 3 weeks before. The email was fake. They used an email that was indeed sent 3 weeks before, included a new paragraph in the middle of the body, informing about a need to switch apartments, and forwarded it to us as if this was the original notification. Unbelievable. Who does something like that? Do not trust this rental company.

A wonderful, neat and clean place. We had an amazing time. A big thank you to Ravi and Carlos for making our stay so amazing. The apartment has a good size with a nice, fully equipped kitchen, even with freezer. We really enjoyed the pool. The apartment is in a great location, quick drive to supermarkets etc. We are definitely coming back.

We stayed here for a week. We wish we could extend the time to eternity. Ravi is a great person who will help you with words and deeds. The villas have all the comfort facilities you need. De instructie van de host/eigenaar waren duidelijk. Alles op het eiland is sowieso dichtbij, gemoedelijk en super vriendelijk. Het was onze eerste keer op Curacao, maar het heeft ons hart wel gestolen. Ieder heeft zijn voorkeur natuurlijk, maar we hebben in de ruim 2 weken hier het eiland behoorlijk uitgebreid verkend en Blue Bay, of liever Blauwbaai is volgens ons echt de leukste plek. Je zit in een kwartiertje in hartje Willemstad en vlakbij leuke restaurantjes en mooie strandjes. Wij waren niet gecharmeerd van (een groot deel van onze landgenoten bij) Jan Thiel, maar ieder zijn meug natuurlijk. De 2 bekendste natuurparken Christoffel en Shete Boka zijn echt niet de moeite waard. Ze krijgen beide heel veel goede recensies en daar zijn we ingetuind, echt niet doen wat ons betreft. Met uitzondering van sommige personeelsleden bij de bekendere hotels/restaurants bij Jan Thiel, zijn de mensen van het eiland de allerbeste attractie. Wat een oprechte vriendelijkheid nog, zo moet het in Nederland pakweg 100 jaar geleden ook nog geweest zijn.

Bij de desbetreffende receptie duurde het even voordat men kon bevestigen dat zij inderdaad toch de sleutels hadden. Dit was een voorbode van de slechte communicatie met receptie (die verwijst steeds door naar eigenaar/host) en eigenaar/host (die niet of veel te laat reageert en de receptie de schuld geeft. Het totale Blue Bay Golf and Beach Resort bestaat uit veel verschillende onderdelen, kennelijk allemaal van verschillende investeerders. Het is duidelijk dat ons appartement (kennelijk onderdeel van Blue Emerald) minder aandacht krijgt van de receptie, wij hadden de indruk dat er gewoon minder service wordt afgenomen door de investeerders van Blue Emerald en dat de receptie niet veel te verwijten valt.
