Incredible view of lake Brienz, very convenient location，large apartment, just as shown in pictures. We didn’t meet the staff. All communications were done by messages and were very effective. Smooth check in and check out. The apartment is clean.

only one thing. The dishwasher is a little smelly. It needs to be cleaned or replaced.

Lovely sized apartment with a fabulous lake front position. Had absolutely everything we needed. Great location near the station and a supermarket. We’d definitely stay again. Loved it.

There were no issues for us at all. We had a fabulous stay. The only one thing I’d mention that someone else said about was the Bath/shower. They’d secured the shower screen so you could only get into the shower by climbing over the end of the bath. I’m a normal sized fit woman and I still found it a little difficult getting in and out of the bath without slipping. If you have mobility issues it would definitely be an issue for you.

The view was amazing. The house was spacious. The access to the Brienz walk and lake.

Wasn’t so clean. Cleanliness Could have been better. Crockery and other essentials were incomplete. Toilet soap and shampoo was not so good. Washing machine, microwave and other appliances seems to be old and require replacement. Basically the interior requires refurbishing.

Pillows should be replaced and extra bedding sheets should be provided.

The location is amazing near to everything and the view is fabulous just 1 minute and you are walking around the lake

La vue époustouflante sur le lac. Le calme fin février L appartement est très agréable et grand La terrasse très appréciable. Proche de la gare. Très bien équipé. Proche des restaurants et commerces.

Ne pas savoir qu il y avait des places gratuites devant l appartement er devoir payer le parking privé. Personne pour nous accueillir ou nous donner des explications en direct c est pas très chaleureux. Manque un support dans la salle de bain pour accrocher les habits.

Sehr kommerzielle Wohnung. Ausstattung in der Küche, Geschirr und Besteck, lässt zu wünschen übrig. Alles ein bisschen schmuddelig und zusammengewürfelt. sehr wenig Essbesteck vorhanden.

Very well situated! Excellent beautiful view of the lake from the living room and one of bedrooms! It is a very clean appartement.

The view from our private balcony over looking the lake was spectacular. It was an easy walk to the train, ferry and supermarket and the apartment was comfortable and clean. Check in was very smooth and we greatly appreciated the consideration given to our request for a Late checkout.

We all felt a little hot overnight due to the central heating running hot. It was fantastic to have a coffee pod machine available but maybe a few complementary pods would be even better.

Lokalizacja jest rewelacyjna. Lata świetności ma już za sobą ale było czysto wygodnie i przyjemnie. Godne polecenia o ile niedogodności garażowe zostaną poprawione.

Sposób korzystania z garażu jest niewygodny. Wszyscy lokatorzy apartamentów korzystają z jednego pilota do glownej bramy garażowej. Jeśli jedna osoba zapomni oddać pilota cała reszta jest uziemiona.

Amazing views and location. Self check in hotel and little difficult to fine was confused with the name as the hotel does not have a name board it is called casagrande and the parking is not clear. They leave an envelope with the name of your room which is abendrot and name of the parking. Where is it and how to find it instructions are not given. Had a little confusion was called up in the morning for parking in the wrong location which was parking for another hotel. Also the number I called listed on booking .com was not answered and hence all the confusion in finding the hotel finding my room and finally finding parking.

The scenery is so beautiful and comfortable. The balcony faces the mountain and river . The hotel owner is very nice and helpful.

The lake view was great. Friendly hosts. Parking and check in was easy. Room was very spacious and the couch was comfortable.

The location is perfect, very near to grocery stores, the famous Lake Brienz you can wake up to every morning, near bus stop and boat. Very quiet. Clean. Everything needed in a house is provided. Spacious

Everything, the house is so comfortable that even just sitting in the balcony overlooking the lake Brienz eating b/l/d or just drinking coffee makes us feel so good and relax. What truly is a vacation. It is clean and have all what we need with twins around (we cooked most of the time and have all that we need). The location is really good too with nearby supermarket and restaurant around. Owner is also really warm and accomodating. Next time (definitely visit switzerland for the nth time) I will definitely make sure to stay here again :)

Nice 2 bedroom apartment with nice view of lake Brienz, and close to rail stations, many restaurants and shops nearby. Very calm and comfortable for families, especially who wanted to stay more days in Switzerland, apartment is provided with full fledged kitchen and washing machine.

No care takers, have to send message to apartment owner for any needs.

Heavenly views of the Lake Brienz. Great location, 3 mins walk to rail/bus station or boat pier providing easy transfers to Interlaken or other major stations. Friendly owner and staff. Full privacy and extremely comfortable stay.

Outdated furniture but manageable. Would be nice to have some toiletries and basic condiments like salt, sugar, and oil to cook in the kitchen.

Excellent location, 5 minutes walk from Brienz station and ferry terminal. Easy transfers by train or ferry to other towns. Splendid view from the apartment balcony. Very spacious and comfortable.

Would have liked the 2nd room to be made up before our arrival instead of only one room ready, since we were two single travellers. 2nd room could have been cleaner - found hairs on the floor 😔

The property itself was overall good, and the balcony view was great. However, the radiator towel rack was not clean, and there was no other rack can hang the towel. Be careful when you go to shower as the bathtub was very high and the floor was slippery.

Be careful if the host let you to live in another different and horrible apartment which just next to this apartment!!! We booked three days, on the first day when we arrived, he took us to the wrong apartment and told me that here is your apartment without say anything. After I realised that was not the right apartment, I was told my apartment was duplicated booked and I only can move to the apartment on the second day”if I want” as the current guest which live in my booked apartment only stay for one day. He also said” you are lucky because I have this apartment available for you”. he even want to persuade me this apartment is better than my booked one which is bushit. He said it was booking.com’s problem which is not true after I checked with booking. Obviously, the apartment only allow to book 3 continuous days on booking. It was impossible to book only one day though booking.com. We were very tired and had a lot of luggages , no other choice, so we have to accept to live in the horrible apartment on the first day. Obviously, these two apartments had different price as I checked, however, I didn’t get any refund from him. The pictures below shows how old and outdated of the apartment and its name. The kitchen and kitchenware were very dirty and we had to clean everything before we use. And one of the bedroom was very small and only had double bed. Two of us have to squeezed and can’t sleep well. moreover,because the apartment door was facing towards the front gate, a guest knocked our door at night and thought this was the reception room. It was really the worst experience in this place.
