Reviewed Sep 11, 2026Very calm and beautiful village, close to Andermatt and all the famous cols that you can bike. The apartment is cosy and has everything you need. The owner is answering fast and he's very nice and helpful.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2026De locatie was prima. Zeker met het warme weer in Europa zit je hier gewoon heerlijk koel op je eigen terras. Het appartement is goed uitgerust met alle comfort. De parkeergarage is zeker ook een plus. Ook de ongedwongen communicatie en aandacht door de eigenaar was perfect. Ik geef niet vaak een 10 maar dit verdient het!

Die Wohnung war sehr kalt und hat über einen Tag gebraucht um warm zu werden. Da nur Fussbodenheizung da ist. Im Bad gab es keine Heizung. Es wurde durch die anderen Räume warm

Reviewed Sep 15, 2025Host was erg vriendelijk, vroeg na een paar dagen uit intresse of alles naar onze zin was. Wij vonden de garage heel erg fijn. Maar ook de rolruiken die de kamer snachts goed donker maakt. Het geluid van de treinen hoor je binnen niet, zolang je de ramen dicht houdt en anders is het ook zeker niet storend. Het appartement ligt vlakbij alle mooie passen. Appartement heeft alles wat je nodig hebt.

Reviewed Sep 1, 2025The apartment is exceptional. Really spacious and very clean and comfortable,. The area where the apartment is situated is an area of outstanding natural beauty with many superb mountain passes all around. There is a lovely patio with mountain views and mountain views from all the windows. Fabrizio the host, is super friendly with excellent communication and was a great help to us. We would like to thank him for a fantastic holiday. If anyone stays here who uses a wheelchair, there are extensive smooth tarmac paths all behind the apartment, which are perfect for a wheelchair. We highly recommend this apartment.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2025Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Eine Flasche Tessiner Merlot zur Begrüssung. Tiefgaragenplatz steht zur Verfügung. 5 Min. Fussweg zum Bahnhof der Dampfbahn Realp - Obergoms.
Fliegenplage in der Wohnung. Teilweise altes Mobiliar. Hochbetten (Kinder) aus Metall machen Lärm (quitschen). Kein Restaurant und Laden in Realp. Man muss nach Andermatt fahren. Preis/Leistung stimmt nicht.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2025The apartment is located at the foot of the Furkapass and very close to the train station. It is quiet with a nice view of the mountains as the Furkapass from the terrace. It has plenty of space, a fully equipped kitchen and underground parking. Great place for cycling Nufenenpass, Gotthardpass, Grimselpass and Furkapass. You can take a train to Oberwald or Ulrichen to start a ride if you prefer.
Realp has very limited restaurant options so for that it is better to go to Andermatt. Also for a COOP you need to go to Andermatt (but it is well equipped). Of course, you can always cook yourself or use the electric grill on the terrace.

Smooth and clear communication with the host ( grazie mille, Fabrizio!) Great beds with mattresses, pillows and blankets granting us perfect rest at night. Underground parking. Really enjoyed our stay.

Equidistant between Lugano and Zurich. Super access to Andermatt, motorways, mountain passes (Furka and Gotthard).

Reviewed Dec 27, 2023The facility was close to a small lot that allowed for us to easily carry our things to our unit. It included parking, and they were good with us bringing our dog along! They had games, a well-stocked kitchen, and a very nice shower- which everyone loved after a day skiing.

He provided detailed instructions on how to access the property and was flexible on check out timing, so that we could enjoy a full morning in the area. Reviewed Jul 3, 2023This place is amazing. We didn’t use the 2nd bedroom and even with the bad weather we had so much fun. Fabrizio the host was there, such a kind person and explained all we needed to know. The kitchen is well equipped, many toys we could use, bed was like heaven. The area is super nice, there is a Murmelli pass for kids and one stop is literally a 3-5 minute walk away from the apartment. Andermatt can be reached by train and the stop is right next to the house, not loud at all! We bought a tourist ticket from the office in Andermatt that allowed us to use the trains and the skilifts. It’s truly a great place to be in every aspect. We hope we could come back soon!
