Net i agradable. Zona tranquil.la. Per entrar s'ha de rodejar l'edifici completament. Vam arribar de nit i no ho trobàvem però ens van atendre per telèfon molt bé.

No hi ha aparcament, s'ha de deixar cotxe al carrer, però hi ha força lloc.

Logement situé dans un quartier très calme. Possibilité de se garer gratuitement juste devant dans la rue . De nombreuses supérettes à proximité. Cuisine bien équipée, vaisselle en quantité.

Pas de chaînes de télévision, uniquement des services de streaming accessibles avec des comptes personnels. Nous étions trois, mais il n' y avait que deux couchages préparés. Nous avons tenté d' ouvrir le canapé lit, mais au vu des nombreuses taches sur le matelas, nous avons renoncé et notre fils a du dormir sur la banquette.

I really liked the apartment, the staff were very helpful and nice, the beach was near and beautiful.

Hårfön saknades. Bedrövligt område med extremt störande musik. skrik och gapande hela nätterna och alla rökte i trapphus och i grannlägenheterna som påverkade oss. Området känndes väldigt otryggt.

Es gab ausreichend Handtücher sowie zusätzliche Kissen und Decken. Alles war sauber, bis auf die Kaffeemaschine: Darin befand sich leider noch ein alter, verschimmelter Kaffeefilter von den vorherigen Gästen.

Für drei Kinder gab es definitiv nicht genug Schlafplätze, was für uns der erste und größte Minuspunkt war – nur ein Sofa ist absolut unzureichend. Das WLAN hat überhaupt nicht funktioniert, was zu großen Unannehmlichkeiten bei der Nutzung von Handys und dem Fernseher geführt hat. ​Zudem ist die Schalldämmung sehr schlecht, im Badezimmer gibt es Schimmel, und das Gebäude liegt in einer schlechten Gegend mit merkwürdigen Leuten. Das Treppenhaus war zudem verraucht und renovierungsbedürftig.

Sijainti loistava. Vaikka talo ulkoa vähän elämää nähnyt onkin, niin asunto oli ihan kiva. Naapurusto rauhallinen ja todella mukavan oloisia. Lattiat vähän heikossa kunnossa, muttei haitannut. Majoituksen saa kolmelle, mutta sohva jossa itse nukuin, oli aika kova ja heräilin useasti. Joten kahdelle paljon parempi.

Pieni päivitys olisi paikallaan, mutta kaikki toimi, joten voisin mennä uudelleenkin.

The property was clean and had a nice location.

Very good value for money. We were a bit wary because of some negative reviews, but I don’t understand the negative comments at all. The apartment is absolutely great considering how cheap it is. It’s spacious, clean and it has everything you need. It’s also walking distance from the city center. Really great value for money. Would book again.

The shower doors aren’t that great. Even when closed everything got wet.

Die Küche war sauber und zweckmäßig, die Betten komfortabel. Das Schlafsofa war gewöhnungsbedürftig. Schlüsselübergabe erfolgte über eine Box und war unkompliziert.

Das Apartment war in einem Wohnhaus, welches sehr hellhörig war (knallende Türen) und schmuddelig aussah. 2x wurden wir nachts herausgeklopft, da weitere Reisende der Meinung waren, sie hätten unser Apartment auch gebucht.

Dirty around house outside. Overfilled garbage containers. Inside apartment small adjustments: - Towel hanger in bathroom - Forgot to bring own shampoo, for business clients, would be good if shampoo available. I am used to hotels. - Bed not super comfortable

The apartment needs an update , doesn't fit 4 person we booked for , even for 3 persons is small.

Very good location. The grocery store and eateries is nearby. I felt very safe in the neighborhood. I can see our car parked by the roadside from the apartment. The apartment is big with 2 comfortable reclining sofas. Check in instructions are very clear. I love this place!

A very nice apartment, with all the necessary equipment, including washing machine and dryer. In a quiet residential area of the city but not too far from the supermarkets, and city centre, with the possibility of parking.

Entrance into the building was a bit shabby and smelt of smoke.

- would have preffered all beds would have been made and prepared for us. We had advised we would arrive late but found a sofa that we had to figure out how to unfold - and then make our own bed and we were really tired as travelling and driving all day and finally to bed by 01.30 - no hairdryer in any of the flats - Margit very fast though to respond - bathroom somewhat worn out and needs refurbishment as shelves broken/missing, etc. - Walk in throught the back yard - light outdoor was not working so very dark arriving after midnight. Easy to enter to hallway though and find the lock box and code

Quality accommodation in a quiet location. Good usability for car trips in the area. The equipment is purposeful and completely sufficient. For more comfortable seating while eating, an ordinary kitchen table would be more appropriate for older visitors.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. There is everything I need and feel comfortable. The host was very polite and helpful.

Was basic and had what I needed to get by for a few days. Clean and tidy in arrival.

Location was a bit run down outside, and stank of smoke at doorway. Furnishings were a bit cheap and not great comfort.

Nice apartment, excellent kitchen facilities, walkable from the train station in 10 to 15 minutes. We were able to leave luggage in another flat after relatively early check-out.

The apartment faced the street and a car was parking several times right outside the living room and bedroom window playing very loud music and with loud conversations. Including 4 am in the morning. Wish we had had the quieter apartment facing the back gardens! Check out too early.

The inside of the apartment is lovely. Clean. Basic stocked kitchen. The washer was broken but the host stated she could swap it out immediately. Host is very receptive.

The apartment complex is shoddy. The inside of the building reeks of cigarette smoke despite signs on the door, and the outside is littered with butts. The front entrance has open, broken mailboxes with mail all over the floor; the front door does to the building does not lock and is rusty. Once inside, the apartment is a very pleasant surprise. Nicely furnished and comfortable. My one issue with the apartment itself was the two tiny beds; rather like sleeping in a crib; not comfortable. There is room for a queen bed in the bedroom, and it should be replaced with something larger and more comfortable.
