Reviewed Aug 21, 2026Wir haben die Unterkunft gleich 2x gebucht als Zwischenstop zur/von der Fähre nach Norwegen. Die kleine Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Küche ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem. Kurz - uns hat es gefallen und wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder.

Reviewed Jul 22, 2026Wonderful and cosy place! Great atmosphere and the garden with the deers was a delight, especially for the kids. We spent one night here, on our way to taking the ferry as of Hirthals the next morning. This stay was a lovely surprise and the host Birthe was very welcoming.
Everything was great. Big personal touch, as everything in the apartment was unique.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026Birthe hat uns sehr nett begrüßt. Die Ferienwohnung war komfortabel und gut eingerichtet. Praktisch war der Parkplatz direkt davor und die ruhige Lage.
Wir hatten im Schlafzimmer kein WLAN. Es gab zwar einen anderen Router, aber dafür kein Passwort. Allzu ausgiebiges Duschen ist nicht möglich, da nur begrenzt warmes Wasser zur Verfügung steht. Der Herd hat bei uns nicht funktioniert.

Het password voor wlan kan simpeler.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Hele lejligheden ligger i et idyllisk sted med fantastisk natur. At man kan gå ned og beundre de smukke rådyr tæt på, er endnu et stort plus. Lejligheden ligger i rolige omgivelser uden støj. Indkøbsmuligheder af dagligvarer ligger tæt på og Sindal station er også indenfor fornuftig afstand. Der er hvad man skal bruge i lejligheden, hvis man ønsker at lave mad, bage mm. Der er rigeligt af sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker. Alt i alt en hyggelig lejlighed med charme og hyggelig atmosphere. En sød, hjælpsom og mødekommende udlejer.
Efter min smag var madrasserne for bløde, men jeg ligger nu også bedst på en lidt fastere madras. Jeg savnede en god lænestol i stuen når jeg af og til så fjernsyn. Det er fint at der er et strygejern, men strygebrættet mangler. En radio eller cd- afspiller savnede jeg også.

Reviewed May 5, 2026Sehr nettes, privates B&B in ruhiger Lage direkt an einem Wildgehege. Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Frühstück zum selbst besorgen.

Viele Spinneweben und deren Bewohner 🫤 Heizung elektrisch, für die im Bad wäre eine Anleitung toll, Bad war bei 5° Außentemperatur sehr kalt 🥶

Mitte November gegen Null Grad, Wohnung ist nicht beheizt und lässt sich auch nicht beheizen. Vermieter 20 mal angeschrieben doch kein Kontakt. Vermieter hat schon bei Booking.com eine falsche Rufnummer hinterlegt. Keine Kommunikation möglich. Siehe Foto, so habe ich mit Tischgrill und Toaster versucht über die Nacht zu kommen

Kleine Küche mit Essgelegenheit, grosses Schlafzimmer mit Fensterblick zum Hirschgehege, zu dem man auch hinlaufen konnte (einmal ums Haus rum). Man hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Parken konnte man direkt vor der Wohnung. Es gab eine Terrasse mit Sitzgelegenheit. Schön ruhig und gemütlich.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2025The apartment has its own charm and atmosphere, which we really liked. Being able to watch the deers through the window was a real plus. The bed was very comfortable. The apartment is located quite centrally at the tip of Jutland's peninsula, enabling you to reach Skagen in 40 minutes, the Rubjerg Knude lighthouse in 30 minutes and the Oceanarium in Hirtshals in 20 minutes (all by car).

The view from the bedroom/lounge window was great, with deer in the field. They even supplied binoculars. We would defiantly stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 30, 2024The communication from Birthe prior to arrival and during our stay was excellent. We were visiting family in Sindal and the hostess kindly organise bicycles for us to use during our 13 day stay. This enabled us to easily get around to the shops and bakery which are located nearby. There is also Sindal railway station located within a 10 min walk to Engbo. The unit is quiet and comfortable and has everything you need. The view across the deer park provides guests with a nice relaxed, rural ambiance.

Internet wasn't working, but we used our own mobile internet. One bed was directly next to heating pump, so it was necessary to turn it off for the night, or at least change settings so it was not blowing on us whole night. So best for 2 people.
