Reviewed May 2, 2025If you are searching for a safe and good value for money stay directly on the beach, this is the one! It is perfect for 1-2 persons especially if you visit Cabarete for watersports. The owner Nikolai is super friendly and helpful, even spontaneously prolonging the stay was not an issue.
Everything’s perfect, furniture might need an upgrade in the next couple of years, but apart form that you have everything you need for a longer stay!

Showed me inside unit property is quiet, cleaned and in good walking distance location to the beach. I will be doing business with owner Nick in near future. You can't go wrong booking a stay with owner condos properties its great hospitality at its finest!

Reviewed Aug 27, 2023Location is great, very close to the beach, LEK kiting school, restaurants, Rosa supermarket is just 400m away. Ocean Dream complex is very nice and has security. Nick was a very helpful and responsive host. The studio had everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!
No patio/balcony, not that much of a view from the windows. The kitchen doesn't have things like salt/pepper/oil/coffee. The bathroom doesn't have soap or shampoo. Wasn't a deal-breaker for me at all, but smth to keep in mind.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2023A nice big well fashioned apartment. Nik was a great host. Very attentive, organised and available. The good and clear instruction on everything from entry to exit were really appreciated. It's got a beachfront exit so it was perfect for when i went kite surfing. The pool was lovely and never crowded - a nice peaceful break from the beach to rest on the sun lounge or take a dip The beach bars and restos are just a short walk away where you can find good food, drinks and entertainment. Highly recomended if you are staying in Cabarete and especially if you like to kite surf.
