Reviewed May 4, 2026Todo muy bien en el apartamento la atención fue excelente y lo que más me gusto fue que la espera y a la hora que yo pude llegar por que el viaje fue de la parte sur del país desde Barahona hasta la romana y salí a las 9.00 pm de mi casa 🏡 con mi familia y llegue a la 1.00 am y aún a si me recibieron
Por favor a todas las personas que tengan envi envi que siempre ante de entregar un apartamento revisen la ducha 🚿 que casi siempre votan más el agua con atra qué por alante y es muy incomodo

Odeur de renfermé très déplaisante, et considérant l’absence de moustiquaires, impossible d’aérer. Fourmis dans l’appartement. Propreté discutable. Excentré, la plage à bon prix doit vraiment être la priorité pour ce séjour.

la casa un po' vecchia ma quello va bene il problema maggiore era la pulizia. la casa ci é stata consegnata praticamente sporca, la cucina disgustosa con tutti i piatti e bicchieri sporchi, il bagno puzzava sempre ed era troppo vecchio. solo le camere erano pulite

El olor de las habitaciones y la limpieza no era la mejor. El agua no salía con suficiente la presión. Y la ubicación no era en una buena zona.

El grifo del baño perdía agua, la mesa del comedor se tambaleaba, olia a humedad, la ducha no funcionaba correctamente. El wifi no funciona y dentro del apartamento no hay cobertura. No hay utensilios suficientes para poder cocinar.

Reviewed Jan 31, 2024When checking in, I was surprised by the bars at every step, the entrance to the courtyard, the entrance to the entrance, the entrance to the room, to enter you need to use three keys. But the area is dangerous, returning to the room, not far from the apartment, on the next street at 20.30 we were attacked by bandits with a knife and robbed. In 20 days of being in the Dominican Republic, this was the first case.
Turning to the apartment owner for help, she explained that she could not get through to the police. Judging by the behavior of the neighbors and the landlady, it was clear that I would not get help in calling the police.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2023The host was very friendly! She gave us some good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The bed was comfortable and there was everything we needed for cooking. I liked that the host let me use their nearby hotel when I needed to work, which had much faster wifi! The smart tv in the bedroom was also nice.
Only thing is I wish the wifi had been faster in the apartment.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2023Our hostess Emily was really pleasant. The gated building provided good security. There is a pool at another one of their nearby buildings that we had free access to even though we didn’t use it. We had no problems with WiFi connectivity.
The stove didn’t have a stable surface for the coffee maker and two batches of coffee spilled on the stove. The coffee maker had no handle. Roaches and ants were present. There was only one dinner fork. No privacy blinds on living room windows. Privacy blinds in bedrooms would not stay open position to allow natural light. All furniture was dilapidated. The shower head was very inconvenient to use and was partial inoperable. There’s more but I’ll stop here.

Reviewed Jan 26, 2023Very cute apartments. We traveled with a large group and was accommodated perfectly. The kitchen is equipped to cook and the apartment was clean.
The location is hard to find and google maps can get you lost. You need definitely reach out to the host before starting your journey. The location is only close to the beach by car, its not walking distance.

The location was not good. the Caleta beach is about 3 KM from the property and not “cerca”. Hot water system can be improved. a bit of an issue with the horn from the railroad locomotive, specially when you are sleeping at night
