Le frigo a eu du mal à refroidir. Le fait de devoir aller récupérer les clés à Salou est une contrainte surtout quand on ne vient pas en voiture et qu’on dépend des bus ou taxis… heureusement nous avons trouvé un arrangement pour cette fois

En el momento de hacer la reserva no se especifica que la recogida de llaves se tiene que hacer en otro municipio, a unos 15 kilómetros. Básicamente lo que uno percibe de la empresa es un montón de reglas cuyo incumplimiento suponen un sobrecoste. Por las prisas en el momento de la reserva, no nos fijamos en el abusivo plazo para la devolución de la fianza, y que suponía más del 50% del coste de la estancia. La descripción del alojamiento tampoco es precisa. Solo incluye un único rollo de papel higiénico, y por productos de limpieza 40 mL de lavavajillas. La "terraza" inferior es poco práctica, ya que da directamente a la ventana del vecino y ahora está invadida por plantas mal cuidadas, que incluso invaden la acera
