Reviewed Oct 15, 2025Sijainti, jos liikut jalkaisin, sen jälkeen kun työmaa on valmis naapurissa
Huoneistossa haisi "väkevä haju, joka tuli ilmeisesti ruskeasta taljasta /matosta. Vrt kissankusi. Ei sovi liikuntarajoitteiselle. Ei pysäköintipaikkaa. Varustuksena keittiössä vai yksi kattila ja paistinpannu. Iso työmaa vieressä. Lisäksi pitää sopia tarkasti avaimen luovutus, kun ei ole sähkölukkoa tai avainkoodillista lokeroa. Sisäänkirjaus viim klo 21. Piti kiirettä Helsingistä, kun laiva tuli satamaan iltapäivällä.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025Oikein siisti ja hyvällä maulla sisustettu. Toimiva ja ehdottomasti uudestaan kun tulee mahdollisuus.
Ohjeissa mainittu kahvinkeitin ei toiminut. Kirkkopuiston remontti häiritsi aamu unia, mutta tämähän ei mitenkään ole vuokranantajan vika.

Kein Parkplatz inkludiert, teilweise etwas beschädigte Sachen wie Toilettendeckel. Unser Pech war eine Großbaustelle vor der Tür.

Wc-pöntön istuin/kansiosa ei ollut kunnolla kiinni jos oli ollenkaan. Pimeällä numeroiden pyörittely varmasti haastavaa jotta avaimen saa haltuunsa.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2025Loistava sijainti, lähellä keskustaa mutta rauhallisella alueella eli ei minkäänlaisia häiriöitä. Asunto oli tyylikäs ja varusteluiltaan erinomainen. Helppo päästä paikalle sekä julkisilla että autolla. Parkkihalli aivan vieressä.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025Taiteellinen ja persoonallinen majoitus ei peruscandinaavinen tylsä vaan ihanan kontrastinen Emme ehtineet sisäänkirjautua klo 21 mennessä mutta henkilökunta jousti ja toi avaimen meille. Ihanat ja laadukkaat tekstiilit!! Hyvät sängyt nukkua.

Reviewed Aug 5, 2025Oikein kaunis asunto ja todella hyvä sijainti. Ulkokuntoilupaikat olivat myös lähettyvillä.
Kesähelteillä asunto oli yöaikaan kuuma, puhallin kyllä auttoi perheen poikia nukkumaan. Makuuhuoneessa oli kieltämättä liian kuuma lämpötila nukkumiseen.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2024The property is nicely located between the centre and the university and is well equipped. Good beds. Marimekko and Iittala textiles/table ware.
At the moment construction work is going on in front of the house where an underground parking is being built. Noises start at about 7:15, stop around 16:00 and are not too bad; on weekends no work is done.

Terrible noise outside. Agreed with owner that she would return our money. We went to hotel. After that, 3 weeks of phonecalls and messages. Owner has no ability to handle things. Finally getting money back after 3 weeks. A lot of stress and trouble.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2023Kitchen part was modern and well equipped, main bed was comfortable and the apparment had plenty of space.
Wasn't realy our design taste but that's an individual thing, however, manequin torso and stylish heater with dear antlers on top of it instead of a bedside tables was a bit to much. The biggest problem however was a huge windows with no blackout blinds, given the location I would expect that to be in place.
