Huoneiston sijainti on erinomainen, kaikki keskustan palvelut eli ravintolat, kaupat ja nähtävyydet ovat kävelymatkan päässä. Kadulta ei kuulunut liikenteen melua, sillä huoneisto sijaitsee rauhallisella sivukadulla. Avainten haku oli helppoa koodilla avainlokerosta.

Talon alakerrassa ja porraskäytävässä haisi maakellarille. Hajun tunsi myös huoneistossa ajoittain. Siivous oli hoidettu huonosti, sillä sekä olohuoneen lattialla oli hiekkaa ja pölyä että wc:n lattia oli likainen. Yksiössä ei ole minkäänlaista ilmastointia eikä parveketta. Ikkunat ovat länteen, joten iltaisin oli kuumaa ja valoisaa, sillä osittainen pimennysverho oli vain toisessa ikkunassa, keittiönurkkauksen ikkunasta se puuttui. Molemmissa ikkunoissa oli säleverhot, mutta niistä ei ollut paljon apua.

Sehr gut zu erreichen. In der Nähe vom Arctikum. City gut zu erreichen Bin von Rovaniemi begeistert. War vor 60 Jahren schon mal dort. Es hat sich sehr viel verändert, zum positiven denke ich.

Was mir nicht so gefallen hat sind die vielen Parkplatz Verbote, aber muss wohl sein.

Very quiet location, walkable to Main Street area. Great size space for two people.

Found it quite strange to charge (anything, let alone..) 5€ for use of towels (per towel) - this converts to nearly $10 aud which is pretty wild.

We enjoyed our stay on many levels. The apartment was spacious, clean and it had a sauna!!! The generous, hospitable and responsiveness of Rauno made our stay memorable. We tried to book the apartment again. But it was booked out.

We liked everything.

Good location

Sofa bed wasn’t very comfortable and collapsed while being used in the night. Was a bit noisy on Saturday night. Having to strip beds yourself and additional charges for things like parking and towels seemed a bit much. This should’ve been included. We used our own towels and found accessible free parking.

Todo EXCEPCIONAL. Por destacar algunos aspectos, el Sr. Rauno es extraordinariamente amable y servicial. Nos envió taxis (tanto a la ida como a la vuelta directos aeropuerto-apartamento, con un cartel en el que nos recogían a la familia), nos surtió la nevera y despensa con todo lo que le pedimos, ya que nuestro vuelo llegaba algo tarde y estaríamos cansados para ir al supermercado), y estaba disponible en todo momento, incluso para ofrecernos orientación con las excursiones a realizar. Nos recibió con un bonito detalle para las chicas y los niños (unas cajitas de bombones y unos peluches de reno y husky :) El apartamento está fenomenal: perfectamente aislado y con un buen sistema de calefacción y en un vecindario muy tranquilo (y a 5 minutos andando del centro de Rovaniemi). Tiene todo lo necesario: lavavajillas, secadora, una sauna finlandesa nueva y digna de probar, WIFI y canales de todo tipo en la televisión, y un salón - comedor espacioso para disfrutar en familia. El precio se puede considerar muy asequible valorando la relación calidad-precio ,que es inmejorable. Nos vamos con un muy grato recuerdo de la estancia. Muchas gracias.

Die Unterkunft ist super ausgestattet, man hat alles was man braucht :) Die Wohnung ist sehr süß eingerichtet und das Bett ist super bequeme.

Die Waschmaschine ist super laut :)

Sono stato insieme alla mia compagna e ad altre 2 coppie di amici in questo meraviglioso appartamento vicino al centro di Rovaniemi. L'appartamento è stupendo, pulito, ampio e dotato di ogni confort. Poco prima di arrivare è scoppiato un tubo per il grande freddo di questi mesi ma il proprietario è riuscito a far riparare con prontezza il guasto e a fornirci l'appartamento in condizioni perfette, offrendoci anche il pranzo per intrattenerci durante la riparazione. Oltre all'appartamento volevo spendere qualche parola per il proprietario, Rauno. Rauno è stato un valore aggiunto alla nostra vacanza, ha organizzato tutto al meglio. Abbiamo partecipato insieme a lui ad una caccia all'aurora e al tour delle cascate e del canyon di Korouma. E' stato davvero carino in tutto, soprattutto nel raccontarci tutte le storie legate al posto. E' stato un viaggio bellissimo e questo alloggio e il contributo di Rauno hanno reso unica tutta l'esperienza.

Sauna in casa Appartamento bello e pulito, cucina dotata di tutto. Posizione strategica vicina al centro. Host gentile all'occorrenza diventa anche cuoco. Le visite organizzate da Rauno ti fanno conoscere la Finlandia meno turistica' Consigliatissimo

Clean, fit for purpose, comfortable beds. Location is few mins walk from the centre. Great host.

You shouldn't have to pay for towels and more to that, if you're charging for towels you should at least make the cupboard organised and tidy. We weren't even sure they were clean

La posizione e le decorazioni natalizie.

La struttura non era pulitissima; inoltre abbiamo trovato un cartello che diceva che gli asciugamani erano a pagamento (5€) anche se nell'annuncio erano inseriti come inclusi nel prezzo.

Super lokalizacja, w okolicy sklepy, restauracje, Arktikum, postój taksówek i przystanek autobusowy. Apartament duży, wygodny, wyposażony we wszystko co potrzebne na dłuższy i krótszy pobyt. W kuchni podstawowe artykuły spożywcze: kawa, herbata, oliwa, sól, przyprawy itp. Rauno to wspaniały gospodarz i przesympatyczny człowiek, pomocny na każdym kroku. Pomaga w organizacji wycieczek i w załatwieniu każdej sprawy. Nigdy wcześniej gospodarz nie otoczył mnie taką opieką i życzliwością. Gorąco polecam.

Location was great with tje use of a car. Stores also within walking distance to the property. The host was very concerned for our comfort and provided helpful information for restaurants, stores and things to do.

Some repairs had to be made during our stay, but once again the owner went out of his way to make it convenient to our schedule and provided a thank you gift for us.

Logement très agréable et très bien situé en plein centre-ville de Rovaniemi. Tout est accessible facilement à pied.  L'appartement est très propre, bien équipé et chaleureux. Nous nous y sommes très bien senties. Un gros plus pour la literie, douillette et confortable !

Quiet location close to town centre

Key box for collection approx 250 metres from accommodation. Very unusual to have to pay extra to use towels, to be expected to strip the bedding and to empty any rubbish to a bin 50 metres away from property.

A three bedroom apartment 500 m from the centre of the city. A 10 minute walk to restaurants, shops and supermarkets. Apartment is fully equipped, with a full-size kitchen, two bathrooms; one with a washer and a dryer and the other one with a sauna. Two of the bedrooms are double beds and the other bedroom is two single beds. I loved that there was an area at the entrance to take off your winter boots and hang your jackets. Ranou our host was spectacular. He organised taxis from the airport for us, send us lots of local and historic information that was very useful. We had a small issue with the apartment and he sorted it within 15 minutes.

Smeštaj je odličan. Na par minuta do centra. Čisto i jako lepo uređeno. Osoblje uslužno. Odgovaraju na poruke maltene u momentu slanja i uvek su tu da vam pomognu vezano za vaš borovak.

Everything! Location was perfect for us. Easy access to shopping centers, restaurants, bus stops & more. Quiet place to stay with plenty of room for two people. Apartment was extremely comfortable and had all the amenities necessary. Loved the Christmas decorations and the festive Christmas Tree. Communication with host was on point our entire stay!!

Our host Rauno was really helpful & showed us around the area when we arrived. The apartment had everything you could possibly need. Spacious, clean & really well equipped. Highly recommend. Will definitely return. The beds were really comfortable & the showers & sauna were perfect!

Era pequeño pero muy cómodo y acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario. El anfitrión dejó instrucciones de todo lo que pudiera generar duda. El apartamento está al lado de Artikum, cerca de todo, con fácil aparcamiento.

Stylish, cosy apartment, seasonally decorated with Christmas tree, which made the stay at Santa's home town even more special; incredible attention to detail starting with room decor to Christmas mugs in the kitchen! The place was nice and clean, homely and spacious, with just the right temperature. Loved the fact there was no telly, but an electric fire place. Great location - 5min walk to a supermarket & city centre as well as the airport shuttle bus stop. Fantastic host - great communication, very helpful, quick replies. Folder in the living room with wifi password and top tips was very useful too.

Towels were listed as part of the facilities, but were actually charged as rentals 5€ per towel.

We spent one week in this apartment in March 2025 with family. Clean and spacy apartment. Very close to the centre of Rovaniemi, supermarkets, and the Arcticum (museum). The host (Rauno) is very attentive and always approachable by WhatsApp. Eager to find solutions whenever there are issues. Parking lot is next to the house.

Overall, the benefit / cost ratio does not fit from our perspective. Though the appartement is spacy (3 bedrooms with an open living/eating room) the furniture, blinds, kitchen equipment, etc. is very basic and makes a quite used/old impression. For that price we would have expected more comfort. Few examples: WIFI collapsed each time the PS4 was used. After a while we realized this pattern. You need to reset the WIFI each time. There are no TV channels in German or English. In these days it would have been just nice to follow the News a bit also on TV. Coffee machine is a very basic "filter" machine. For cost of the appartement for instance a Nespresso or any other capsule machine would have been just nice. Bed linen and pillows are very basic. We were not even sure whether it would be warm enough for us and slept first nights with an additional blanket. Sofa (in the living room) is just old and not comfortable anymore. At the dishwasher worked only one program - not possible to adjust it and the sink in the kitchen was not able to shut. It is incorrect (as included in the description) that transport to / from airport is included. It cost about 35 - 40 EUR and you must pay yourself. You have to ask for use of Sauna (which is in the cellar of another part of the building) a day before so that the host can organize that it gets heated. Theoretically fine - in our case apparently someone switched off the Sauna and it was not heated as requested. Again: Overall, not bad - the location, cleanliness and space is really nice. But for nearly 500 EUR per day, we would have expected more. Certainly, too expensive and not matching a 4-star rating. Bigger renewals for a more modern equipment would be very much needed from our perspective.

Since we stayed as a stopover, we didn’t need it, but charging an extra fee for towels seemed interesting. We believe that the payment already covers the use of the apartment’s facilities.

The location is good. There is an elevator. Good design of the apartment.

Too strict with the rules. I am asked to remove bed sheets and empty the trash bin to the outside. These must be done by the host.

From the initial booking to the checking out, we had a fantastic experience dealing with the host Rauno and his lovely apartment. Rauno met us when we arrived at the apartment, which was late and he kindly offered to bring us to a late open supermarket to grab a few thing to get us started the next morning. The apartment is in a fantastic location only 400-500 meters to the main streets in the city, with all the tour pick up points in short walking distance. The apartment is so large and spacious with all three bedrooms very comfortable. The kitchen living space and dining area is all really well equipped with everything you could need. All contact I had with Rauno was very easy and he quickly responded, he very kindly gave us all the information about the area which was very interesting. If I or any friends were to visit Rovanemni again i will be highly recommending this apartment.

The apartment was very spacious and located within walking distance of city centre. The host is very helpful and replies promptly to all our queries.

Our host met us at the airport and took us to the apartment as well as providing us some suggestions on where to go. We ended up going to all the places he recommended and it did not disappoint. Couldn't ask for an easier check in and stay.

Great location , plenty of space.

The flat is super nice warm and it is in a great location. Just a few minutes from the city centre. There is a big shopping centre and restaurants near 2-3 minutes walk. The flat has everything, good kitchen with everything you need. It is very stylish and remains of christmas. Easy access and good elevator. Jon was a great host. He picked us up from the train station and showed us the flat,helped us with the luggage. He was very helpful and attentive

Central to the city centre, close to the bus stop to get to all the activities. Spacious and had everything we needed.

The apartment is in the Town and near to everything. Grocery , Mall, Taxi , Bus and site seeing place like Arktikum . Everything just walking distance. the house fully equipment with kicthen and all the utensil. washing Machine , & heater . the room is comfortable. Come with extra blanket too! We really enjoy staying here . Rauno The owner is so Lovely and so nice. He is very helpful and offer us to buy grocery For Our breakfast the next day. He even get us “Halal Chicken” from asian Market . So Nice of him . We glad that we stay in his apartment. He keep respond to us when ever we need him . He even came to the house when i dont know How to turn on the heater 😅 at night . How responsible he is . He did bring us to aurora secret place near the apartment 😄. If i could give 5 / 5 star For the apartment , i will give him a 100 / 5 stars for him ⭐️. He also introduce us to local farm to visit reindeer and they come and pick us up in the apartment .

The owner was very kind and show us everything in the house. The place was clean and had all we need. The location perfect, in a quiet zone but at 10 minutes walk to the town center.

Absolutely amazing stay Host was so helpful and even left a small gift for the kids in our family aswell as an Xmas Tree do decorate such a kind touch. Apartment is fantastic so warm and cosy so spacious, so cosy to come home to after a day in snow, so much space so not to drag wet boots in inside, honestly best apartments I've ever stayed as a family of 7 Sooooo many facilities and location is a 2 minute walk from town I'd recommend this apartment to anyone going to Lapland such a gem

Excellent communication with the host. Very close proximity to the city centre. Accommodation suitable for a large group which is very hard to find. Spotlessly clean.

Rauno is a great host that provided us with good tips on what to do in and around Rovaniemi.
