Superbe logement, proche d’absolument tous les centres d’intérêts de la ville (prestataires d’activités / restaurants et bars / pont / forêt). Un vrai petit cocon, on s’est vraiment senti comme chez nous. N’hésitez pas à réserver pour votre séjour.

This apartment was a home away from home. We were never cold in this apartment although there was plenty of snow outside. Shower got nice and hot super fast. Great location: right across the Torupuistikko bus stop--the loop bus that goes to the airport, train station, and Santa Claus Holiday Village stops here. Short walk to the supermarket. We cooked our own meals so I especially love that the kitchen has both an oven and a microwave. If you don't want to cook, it's also very close to an AMAZING burger place called Kauppayhtio. Just take note that since it's an apartment and not a hotel, there's no way to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out. Our hosts were not around to receive us but they are on Whatsapp and they were very kind to inform me of luggage storage options when I asked. All instructions for the house are given on a printed booklet inside the house so we didn't need any assistance.

There should be darker curtains on the window in the living room area as well, since there are no doors between the living room and the bedroom

Ottima posizione centrale: a pochi passi si trova il supermercato h24, il centro città con bar e ristoranti, di fronte la fermata del pullman che porta sia al villaggio di babbo natale che all'aeroporto. Appartamento molto ben curato e dotato di tutti i comfort. Molto consigliato.

Consiglio di migliorare la pulizia dei tappeti, sopratutto del bagno. Per il resto l'appartamento era pulito.

Good apartment in the city center, clean, comfortable, location is perfect.

There was not enough coffee (for 2 cups) for 3 days of our stay

The apartment matched the photos perfectly and was spotless and well-maintained. Its location is ideal, just a short distance from the busy main street. There’s a bus stop directly across the street where the buses to the airport and Santa Village stop. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed and very well heated despite temperatures dropping to -25 during our stay, it was always warm and comfortable inside.

Lovely apartment with everything you needed in an ideal location

It was a comfy space and the place was huge for 2 of us. The location was great as it’s near the city center and there’s a bus stop opposite to Santa village! There were also alot of amenities provided in the apartment and also backups for stuff like toilet paper etc if we ran out of it.

The space was generally a lil too cold and there’s only heated floorings in the bedroom and toilet (unless we missed the switch for the rest of the place)

The apartment is so cozy! It’s located right in the heart of the city center, and you can just cross the road from the entrance to reach the Santa Claus Village bus station. The apartment also has everything you might need, and it was definitely worth the stay!

It was a little hard to find the apartment at first. Just open Google Maps and look for a garden in the area—across the road from the garden is the building entrance. Once you enter the building turn right and you’ll find the apartment

The location, the apartment in general is good and has all the amenities. They allowed us to stay slightly longer on checkout

We did not have sheets for the sofa despite having requested them. The sofa cushions were not clean

Location and new building.

Ground floor so you can't keep blinders of French doors open because it opens to apartment building courtyard. So it's kind of dark inside so you need to keep lights on.

Very nice apartment with all the necessities and very clean. Nice big bathroom and comfy bed. Friendly staff..

The location was great and easy to get to. Collection of the keys was easy too since codes were all given already in the email. Comfortable sofa bed and bed and furniture are new.

The kitchen was not as clean as we would like it to be. The air vent above the kitchen area was filthy to be honest. I wish I had taken a photo.

The location is great as very central and close to shops and restaurants and Naava Cafe with ice skating. There were a couple of minor things which Janir was able to help us out with very quickly. Fantastic host!

Car parking was metered on the street (as described in the advertisement) but the EasyPark app makes it convenient to manage. The dishwasher wasn’t working properly but this wasn’t a big issue and likely due to a water tap being turned off.

Very cosy space. Exactly like photos. Love everything about the house!

Conveniently located in the city center, cleanliness of the apartment, responsiveness and kindness of the host. We stayed just 1 night but the place was really nice!

Minor observation: it is on the ground floor and there were people walking outside looking through the windows - very easily solved using the curtains tough!!!

A cosy apartment with an excellent layout to make the best use of space. A very central location in easy walking distance of many shops and restaurants and easy to get public transport and taxis nearby. Everything had been well thought out, with everything you need during your stay, with homely decor as well. We didn't meet the hosts but they responded quickly to texts and the key collection was extremely easy. We were also able to check in an hour early which was a huge help

I did not receive any information in advance that two different codes were needed to get into the apartment. First: for getting into the building, second: to get into the apartment. I only got one code from Booking.com and it was wrong. Helpful neighbour let me into the building and luckily I got hold of the owner who then gave me the necessary two codes. I checked all my emails including bin and spam, and there really was nothing to tell me about these details. Also it was not easy to contact the property owner.

The accommodation was in a good location, few minuets to the supermarket, restaurants and a 15 min walk to a forest for little hikes.Public transport is in walking distance as well. The accommodation was clean and had all the necessities.

the first thing was "checkin on line" you can arrive at the location at any time without thinking that you are bothering anyone. in the message that tells me the code for the door and the box with the key, I was informed that the house rules are on the table. of course he apologized for not being able to meet us. at first I was opposed to this regulation, but in fact it was a pleasant surprise. it contains everything a visiting friend, not a client, should know. there was information for any incident with emergency numbers and some advice, a short info on each electrical appliance and how to use it. the best taxi companies. the restaurants in the area and a brief description of them and the food served. positioning and a few words about the shops in the area. absolutely incredible how complete and useful it was I needed a clarification and an answer almost instantly. the cleanliness was exemplary. the apartment is modern and equipped with everything you need. located in the center at the crossroads of sights and also restaurants and shops the apartment overlooks the inner courtyard, so there is no noise

It was better then I could expect. Everything is very comfortable and I didn’t sleep so well for a long time. Very good that floor in the bath is with the heating. Very comfortable to rich any destination. It was a pleasure to stay in this apartment

The apartment was beautifully decorated and spotless. Communication with the hosts was fast and easy. Great location!

It would have been great to have two pillows instead of just one. At home I sleep with three 😄 I also would have appreciated an extra small towel for washing my face, I didn't want to use the hand towel for that. A wine bottle opener would have been great to have also. So nothing too major to complain about

The apartment was ok! Well located. The main room it was perfect, but I think, It would be better to invest in the sofa - because the mattress it was really uncomfortable! Many thanks for the books with the rules - very appreciate!
