Reviewed Aug 30, 2026The rooms available provided a good restful space. It was beneficial having two bathrooms. As this was an unplanned stay it was really helpful having access to a washing machine. The garden was also lovely to be able to sit in.

Misleading photo of area, expecting it would be ij the big country field. Hot water was not on, took 3 hours had to wait.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2024The property was very clean and spacious. It had good facilities. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed our stay as my family felt at home. The owner was helpful and welcoming.
Nothing, everything was brilliant. However due to the location you have to be careful when coming in and out of the drive as traffic can be heavy at times.

Reviewed Jul 8, 2024Everything is perfect: the location is excellent for visiting all of southern Cornwall, the house is very large, welcoming and complete with everything you might need. Excellent parking for 2 cars and beautiful garden. A nice barbecue would be enough and it would be the best 😁

Entry from road a bit tricky. Esp with fast moving traffic along adjoining main road. Need to be cautious on entry and exit.

Reviewed Sep 6, 2023Beautiful property. Everything we needed for our stay. Large kitchen, enough space for 6 people. Two separate bathrooms and the bedrooms were a decent size. Beds very comfortable. Host answered al queries swiftly.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2023Lovely well appointed first floor apartment. Large kitchen with classy appliances and fittings. Two double bedrooms both with large comfy beds. We didn't try the single room. The bedrooms were on the opposite side to the road so were nice and quiet.
The property is approached from a busy road, read and follow the joining instructions exactly, they work. There is a tricky half step into the kitchen, was fine for us but my elderly mum would have struggled with it.

Busy,noisy road. The windows not closing properly. Needed to clean cutlery on arrival. Needs a larger TV with a better signal. Lack of toiletries, cleaning products. Cigarettes left in ash tray on outside furniture. Some towels are grubby. No oven glove, t-towel. Light in main bedroom not working. Password for WI incorrect in welcome manual. Easy to fix.

Because it was that close to the road you can hear the noise but it wasn’t to bad.
