We stayed only for one night before our flight, but honestly, I would always come back to this place when in Thessaloniki. The location is superb, right on Tsimiski, just behind the White Tower, so you really can not ask for a better location. And although it’s on such a busy street, it was not noisy at all, which was a really nice surprise. The apartment itself is beautiful, with amazing decor. The bathroom is a great size, the bed was very comfy, and the kitchen had everything you could need, plus a Nespresso machine 😊. And the cleanliness… no words, everything was spotless. Also, being pet friendly was very important for us, so that was a big plus. Another really useful thing, especially if you have a late flight, is the baggage storage room. We were able to leave our bags safely and enjoy the city instead of carrying everything around with us, which made our last day so much easier. But most of all, the host, Jolene (I hope I got her name right 😄), was amazing. Communication was spotless. She was so kind and friendly and very responsive. You can really tell when someone cares about their place and their guests. We were only there for one night, but I would definitely stay here again without thinking twice. Highly recommended!

Perfect location near the white tower so easy to get around, the apartment was really nice and clean, had everything I needed and I really loved my stay here. Check-in, check-out and communication was really easy. I would definately stay here again.

Non è uno studio ma una piccola stanza, più adatta a personale di servizio maltrattato! 1. Le finestre sono alte e piccole: ultima foto 2. Il piano cottura è scrostato e macchiato: da sn. seconda foto Il bagno è pessimo: 1. La sigillatura delle mattonelle della doccia fatta con un brutto materiale nero: prima foto a sn, 2. Il termosifone è scrostato e arrugginito: terza foto, 3. Il soffione della doccia schizza acqua oltre la cabina doccia: quinta foto, 4.poiché non hanno saputo fissare il water, lo hanno poggiato su un blocco di cemento; sesta foto! Infine, si sente il gran rumore dello scarico di acqua del WC del vicino! Per le mie proteste, mi hanno cambiato luogo, dandomi un vero appartamento, ma anche qui non sono rose e fiori: 1. È rumoroso per il gran traffico 2 il sedile del vaso era rotto

Torniamo qui ogni volta che andiamo a Salonicco!

Γενικά ήταν θετική εμπειρία. Συμμαζεμένο δωμάτιο και πολύ καλή τοποθεσία.

Ενώ υπήρχε ψυγείο, πάγκος και εξοπλισμός κουζίνας δεν υπήρχε τραπέζι και καρέκλες για να φας κάτι στο δωμάτιο.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 We truly enjoyed our stay - it really felt like a home away from home. The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. A big thank you to Sofia - she was kind, responsive, and always available. Her hospitality made our stay even better. Everything exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended!

Everything it was perfect

There was a lot of daylight coming into the room in the morning, so blackout curtains would be a great addition. The TV was also not working during our stay. A few extra pillows would have made the room more comfortable as well. Other than that, everything else was fine, and we had a pleasant stay.

Locație frumoasă in centrul orasului, foarte aproape de punctele de interes. Managerul Sofia a fost foarte amabilă, mereu preocupată pentru a se asigura ca totul este in regula, oferindu-și disponibilitatea de a ne ajuta cu orice consideram necesar.

Περίεργο διαμέρισμα. Ήταν στον πρώτο όροφο και όταν έμπαινες δεν καταλάβαινες ακριβώς που είσαι γιατί ακολουθούσες έναν διάδρομο που αρχικά σε έβγαζε στην τουαλέτα- η οποία είχε σιδερένια πόρτα που έτριζε κάθε φορά - και μετά ο διάδρομος οδηγούσε στο δωμάτιο που είχε ένα στενό παράθυρο με θέα τον ακάλυπτο.

There was a huge cockroach in the house, we managed to kill it, but when you see one, you would never be sure there is another 🤮 The cleaning people banged on the door several times at 10:30 (30 mins before checkout time), asking us when we would leave and waiting at the stairs until we left!!!

On the day of my arrival, I was informed that the room I had booked was no longer available due to a plumbing leak and ongoing repair work. While unexpected maintenance issues can happen, being notified at the last minute left me scrambling to find alternative accommodation on the same day. The property was unable to offer another room and asked me to cancel the reservation in order to receive a refund. The situation caused significant inconvenience and stress, and unfortunately my confirmed booking could not be honored.

The host was kind enough to let us check in a bit earlier.

The room feels like a prison. The listing didn't include photos of the windows for this small double room, and now I see why—they look exactly like jail cell windows. The paint color only makes the bleak, institutional vibe worse. ​Furthermore, the room we were given did not match the floor we actually booked. Essential amenities listed in the advertisement, such as a washing machine and a microwave, were completely missing. There was also no table and no closet. To make matters worse, the air conditioning makes a very annoying noise, and the remote control is taped together and barely works. ​This place is a total waste of money. The hosts need to be much more honest about what they are offering, especially given the high price they are charging. Host didn't wanted to give us other room despite all this issues. I also received an email stating that we need to pay €1.50 per person, per night, in cash upon arrival. I didn't pay.

Είχε σπασμένα πατζουρια και έμπαινε το φως και δεν γινόταν ν κοιμηθείς!!! Πολύ θορυβώδες χαλασμένο καζανάκι και εκτός τον άλλον είχαμε κλείσει άλλο δωμάτιο και δεν μας είπαν πότε εκτο προτέρων ότι θα μας βάλουν σε άλλο με αποτέλεσμα να βρεθούμε προ εκπλήξεως!!! Μετά κάναμε παράπονα και δεν μας άλλαξαν ποτέ δωμάτιο !!! Δεν θα ξανά έμενα ποτέ

A stunning, sexy apartment in a great location. Easy to communicate with the host, access, and get around from this location. You're in the center of the best shopping street, surrounded by restaurants, and so close to the iconic white tower. You'll want to sleep in, in the large comfortable bed, and spend a night in, having a little wine, the apartment is so beautiful and unique, with high ceilings, dark, moody walls, and dimmable lighting - truly one of a kind. The elevator makes bringing luggages up very easy, luggage storage was available for our check out day. The shower was large with great water pressure, and the kitchenette was helpful for us traveling with a baby. A small balcony with a table was perfect for a morning coffee in the sun and taking in the views of beautiful Thessaloniki.

Θα ήθελα να έχει σίτα το παράθυρο του μπάνιου.

Das Gebäude ist in einer super Lage, die Parkplatz suche ist aber Katastrophal. Es war vorgeheizt, was mir besonders gefallen hat. Der Fahrstuhl war leider sehr klein, weshalb ein Kinderwagen nicht rein passte... Zahnbürsten, zahncreme, kaffe, Wasser waren vor Ort 😊. Alles sehr sauber

Unangenehmer Geruch, welcher aus dem Bad kam und die ganze Wohnung roch danach. Wahrscheinlich vom Abfluss 🫤

Location was excellent. Room is spacious well decorated and located in a very secure area. Right in the heart of the city. Next door excellen gyros restaurant. Close to the paid parking lot. Clean and comfortable. What else can i say? Stayed there with my 12y/o daughter and enjoyed it so much. Definitely recommended.

Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο της πόλης. Άψογοι οικοδεσπότες και καθημερινή καθαριότητα. Εντυπωσιακή σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής. Πολύ καλές εγκαταστάσεις χωρίς κανένα πρόβλημα.

Konumu harika tam merkezde kısa yürüyüşlerle yemek ve alışveriş imkanı sunuyor. Odamız tertemizdi incelikle tasarlanmıştı ihtiyacımız olan her şey düşünülmüştü ev konforunda dinlendik. Sofia çok ilgili ve samimiydi hızlıca iletişime geçtik. Otopark için de otele yaklaşık 500 mt mesafedeki AVM nin otoparkını kullandık ve 16 saat için 28 Euro ödedik.

Location, THE ONLY thing that was ok

This was by far the worst place I have ever stayed in Thessaloniki. The photos are completely misleading — in reality, the property is old, poorly maintained, and in urgent need of renovation. Several things shown in the pictures were simply not there when we arrived. The stay was extremely uncomfortable. Sleeping was almost impossible due to constant loud machine noise throughout the night, combined with music and other disturbing sounds coming from nearby rooms. There was no peace or quiet at all. Cleanliness was very basic at best and far below acceptable standards. The only positive aspect is the location — everything else was a disappointment. Definitely not worth the money and absolutely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

There wasn't a place where we could hang our wet towels and also some people were doing some construction in the building and it was kinda loud at some moments

Η τοποθεσία που ειναι κέντρο και τα έχεις όλα δίπλα.

Το δωμάτιο στο οποίο μείναμε πάνω στο ταβάνι στις γωνίες είχε ιστούς με αράχνες και το δεύτερο που μας ενόχλησε αρκετά ήταν η τουαλέτα που ήταν έτοιμη να φύγει μόλις καθόσουν μαζί με την γυψοσανίδα. Ενώ γενικά έχουμε μείνει άλλες δύο φορές στο κατάλυμα αλλά σε άλλα δωμάτια και το είχαμε ευχαριστηθεί γι’ αυτό το επιλέξαμε ξανά. Αλλά δυστυχώς αυτή τη φορά απογοητευτήκαμε.

The apartment is spacious, well equipped, clean, in a good location in the center of Thessaloniki. It has both air conditioning and heating.

It is impossible to find street parking, only possible in parking garages. There was a shortage of kitchen paper towels or cotton towels.
