Çok memnun kaldık ev sahibi çok ilgiliydi tam merkezde otobüs duraklarına sahile otobüs terminaline hepsinin tam ortasında konum olarak harika bir çift kişilik yatak bir de açılabilen çekyat var üç hatta dört kişiye kadar kalınabilir fiyat performans gerçekten 💯💯

Konumu güzeldi, ev tertemizdi. Ev boş olduğu için check in öncesi girmemize de izin verdiler. Çocuklu bir aile rahatlıkla kalabilir.

Tvyi açtığınızda ses cızırdıyordu ama çok problem değil

Merkeze konumu çok iyidi. Park yeri yok ama yürüme mesafesine parkedikecek yerler var.

Dedeağaç ın en merkezi konumunda. Yakınında ücretsiz park yerleri var. Ancak yer bulmak zor olabiliyor. Ev temiz ve içerisinde ihtiyaç duyulan herşey mevcut. 2 yetişkin 1 çocuk çok rahat ettik. Ev sahibi ilgili.

Die Klimaanlage war wohl spontan ausgefallen, deshalb war er leider nachts ziemlich warm

Yeri çok merkezi heryere yürüyerek ulaşılabiliyor. Evde gerekli herşey var. Ev sahibi oldukça yardımcı

Sadecw havlular biraz eskimiş ve sıcak su için önceden açıp beklemek gerekiyor. Otopark için aracı biraz aşağıda yola park ettik ama çok sorun olmadı.

- havlular çok eskiydi -perdelerin kalın olması gerekir ışığı ve sıcağı çok geçiren perdeler rahatsız ediciydi -bagajın merdivenlerden indirilip çıkarılması oldukça zordu

Oldukça temizdi. Konumu çok güzel bir yerde. Limana yakın orada ücretsiz otopark alanı çok olduğundan bırakıp odaya yürüyebilirsin. 2 çocukla çok rahat ettik. Hava oldukça soğuk olmasına rağmen odaya girdiğimizde klimaların ikisi de çalışıyor ve oldukça sıcaktı.

Sıcak su için Güneş enerji sistemi var. Düğmeye basıp yarım saat beklemem gerekiyor. Daha fazla bekledik ısınması için ve sıcak su hemen bitti. Yani iki kişi arka arkaya duş alamaz en an 45dk beklemek gerekli.

Konum olarak bilinen yerlere yakın olması tek avantajı

Ev içerisinde petekler çalışmıyor, sadece klima var, klima ile ısınmak çok ama çok zor. Su ısınması için bir tuşa basıldıktan sonra yarım saat bekleniyor, sonrası ise tam bir felaket. 5-10 dakika içerisinde sıcak su tamamen bitiyor. 10 yaşındaki oğlum hiç duş alamadığı gibi ev düzgün ısınmadığından hasra oldu. Konumu iyi olacağına bu olumsuzlukların olmamasını beklerdim. Kesinlikle verdiğim paraya değmedi ve çok fazla para verdiğimi düşünüyorum. Verdiğim paranın en azından bir kısmının iadesini bekliyorum. Bir daha asla tercih etmem.

Çok merkezi idi. Herşey hazırdı. Ev sahibi sürekli bilgilendirdi. Teşekkür ederiz.

Это не относится к объекту размещения, но нужно знать, что парковку нужно искать , но мы ставили на платной без проблем вообще.

Merkezi konumu sayesinde her yere rahatça yürüyebildik. Tesis temizliği ve genişliğiyle çok beğendik.

Konumu çok iyi, 4 kişilik bir aile yeterli genişlikte ve rahat. Ev sahibi ilgili, hızlı dönüş yapıyor, klima olanağının olması yaz aylarındaki seyahatler için büyük avantaj

Sıcak suyu kullanabilmek için yarım saat önce evdeki bir butona basılması gerekiyor, plajdan gelindiğinde o kısım biraz zaman kaybı yaratıyor. Dik merdivenler ile çıkılan bir ikinci kat daire olduğu için kalacak olanların bu durumu göz önünde bulundurması gerekiyor.

Konum harika, çok temiz, güzel dekorasyon. Hemen çarşıdasınız,ulaşım ve araba parkı için sorun yaşamıyorsunuz. Kahvesi, suyu hatta buzlukta buz bile süpriz oldu. Eşyalar yeni, iki odada da klima var ve biz gitmeden önce açıp evi soğutmuşlar :) banyo, havlular, yatak ve çarşaflar beş yıldızlı otel ayarında. George bizimle çok hızlı iletişime geçti . Bizi her konuda bilgilendirdi, çok kibar ve nazikti. Tekrar tercih ve tavsiye edeceğim bir konaklamaydı. Çok teşekkür ederiz.

The size and amenities were sufficient. It is center of the city.

The facility was located on a street one block below the main avenue, and it was a bit noisy because of restaurants open until late. There is no parking space in front of the facility, so you need to leave your car a bit further away. We stayed at the end of October when the weather was cool, and as a family with a child, I believe the radiators should be turned on at night.

It is very near to the city centre and we were always able to walked to the best restaurants, coctail bars etc.. The balcony was excellent.

There is an issue for hot water, although we applied the instructions, we couldnt be able to take a shower with hot water.

Above my expectation… beautifully designed clean, comfortable apt. Highly recommended…

Unfortunately we coincided with the big Thrace Fires. We had to stay in another place to avoid high carbon levels in the city. Neither the Booking Team nor the owners stepped to refund at least some part of the payment.

The flat is located just in the city center, close to everything - museums, restaurants, beach. Very convenient location. Flat is very clean and comfortable. Working at gives relief in hot weather. Second floor, no elevator. Nice view from balcony.

Conveniently located in the heart of the city just a few minutes walk from all the attractions.

Excellent apartment! The location is perfect, on a quiet but also very lively street, right in the center of Alexandroupoli. George, the owner, is an extremely nice guy and was always checking if everything was right.

The locatioon of apartment was in the center and close to everywehre. It is very close seaside and restaurants, pubs, cafes around it and may take few minutes with walking to all. There are also many shopping points around apartment. Room is well decorated and cosy. It is enough for a family with two children. Kitchen is big enough and has all equipments you need. Bathroom is not so big, but is sufficient. The room has also two air-conditioners George who is owner was very helpfull and very kind. He gave very good assitance. Whatever we asked, he tried to give answers kindly and patiently with smile. Thanks to him for his great hospitality.

There were only small negativenesses. One is outer door of the room with some glasses and children may not feel safe themselves and the door also cant be locked from inside. It might be better to replace it. Second problem is that the apartment doesn't have its own park place and you have to drive around the blocks.
