It was hard to find even though it was right in front of me. We had to walk around for a little bit to find it. You should give a landmark. It’s right in front of the bun Brothers.

Great host who met us she was very friendly and looked after all our needs very well. Great view from the lovely outside balcony. Lovely touch of shampoo and shower gel. Also a lovely area to make tea and coffee with a fridge which was stocked with cold water for us which was a lovely well appreciated gesture. The bed was super company and the air conditioning worked very well.

Little tricky with the stairs and having a suitcase to carry up l. The bathroom could have done with a little update but that’s just being picky it was lovely and clean and serviceable.

The manager Rediana was excellent. Very efficient and friendly checking us in. And following up any questions we had. Room spacious with views of sea . Very convenient access to Bus Ferry's and restaurants.

As expected noise levels are higher . But we knew this when we booked. We wanted convience.

It is in an excellent location for catching the ferry and for exploring the town. The view over the port is very interesting and you're close to restaurants.

It's a steep staircase up to the first floor if you have cases to carry. We asked for help to carry them down from the restaurant below and this was given very willingly and another time we would ask for help going up.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt an der Hafenpromenade, nur getrennt durch Straße und Außengastromie. Neben der Unterkunft verläuft eine Straße, die de facto eine Umfahrung der Fußgängerzone darstellt und entsprechend frequentiert wird. Hinter dem Haus befindet sich ein Fußgängerweg. Dementsprechend ist das Geräuschniveau insbesondere auch in der Nacht recht hoch. Es handelt sich um einen renovierungsbedürftigten Altbau mit geringer Schallisolierung. Der Name "Casa Blue Sea View - Phillian Collection" vermittelt einen Anspruch, der den tatsächlichen Gegebenheiten nicht gerecht wird. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keiner Weise - verglichen z.B. mit der exzellenten Unterkunft Noemia Skiathios, in der wir zuvor übernachtet haben, die aber leider ausgebucht war. Die beigefügten Bilder vermitteln einen Eindruck vom Treppenhaus (der Transport größerer Koffer wird zur Herausforderung), dem Eingang zum Zimmer 101 (neben den Putzmitteln), dem Zimmer selbst und dem Bad mit Dusche ohne Vorhang und einer Stehhöhe von weniger als 2 m.

I found the shower a bit confusing

The location is perfect if you want to be right at the port and not have to take bags very far. You can easily walk to bus stop, taxi, ferry and town shopping area. The staff were amazing very accommodating and helpful. There is no front desk but staff met us at the ferry and showed is to our room. She was available by phone for anything you needed.

The hotel needs a bit of work, floors badly scratched, paint chipping in bathroom, no shower curtain, doors to balcony didn’t close tightly and were a bit rusted from salt air. Clothes drying rack was broken on balcony. Pillows were rock hard. Staff did mention noise from tavern/bar right outside, which I appreciated however it was much louder than I expected-pretty hard to fall asleep. I paid extra for the sea view thinking we could sit on balcony but it was literally right at the roof line of the taverns and just above the street, not matching the photo online. I don’t like to leave a poor review ever but this spot has to improve for the price. Maybe, the other rooms were better. Overall, staff get a super high rating!! And location can be good if you get a room not directly above street. Convenient location for a quick one night stay before going to the airport would not want to stay longer.

Wir waren nur auf der Durchreise. Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen. Uns war dadurch auch klar, dass es am Abend etwas länger draußen laut ist. Die Kontaktperson war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Transfer zum Airport wurde prompt organisiert und der Fahrer war sehr pünktlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent emplacement sur le port

We were met at the port by the host who took us to our room. The location was perfect with restaurants right outside the front door in front of the port. There are plenty of shops/markets only a few mins walk away. The front door was locked at night so we felt safe. The balcony is a good size so if you needed to wash there is plenty of room to dry your clothes and we had a view of the port. The host organised an airport transfer the day we left.

There was an air conditioning unit in the lounge room which was above the bed, it leaked a small amount of water once or twice during the night. There is a steep staircase, we were on the top floor so had to walk up 37 stairs with a large suitcase, it is only an inconvenience at the beginning and end of your stay, if you have mobility issues I wouldn’t recommend this property.

Perfect location. Great balcony with stunning views of the sea. A lovely old building right in the centre of town on the harbour. The bed is so comfortable.

La posizione è ottima, all'entrata del centro, pieno di vita e di localini per ogni esigenza. Si ha tutto a portata di mano. La proprietaria è stata molto gentile nel rendere checkin e chekout molto semplici e ci ha regalato splendidi consigli per il nostro soggiorno. La camera è davvero bella,piena di luce e con un arredamento in legno e stile Marino fantastico. Il soffitto è molto alto. Bellissima davvero così come il balconcino e la vista sul mare.

Forse il bagno un pò buio e senza tendina per la doccia ma bellissimo tutto blu!

Leider ist das Zimmer direkt über einem Burgerrestaurant und es ist sehr laut, bis spät Nachts und es fängt um 5 oo Uhr schon wieder mit der Lautstärke an weil hier schon wieder Leure unten sitzen Also wer eine ruhige Nacht sucht und schlafen möchte ist hier falsch, aber dafür ist man mittendrin im Leben Der Preis mit 170,- Euro/ Nacht ist viel zu teuer, denn die Ausstattung ist mittelmäßig

Perfecte locatie 1 minuut lopen naar de veerboot. Hij vaart bijna je appartement in . Het was voor 1 nacht omdat het vliegtuig niet aansloot op de ferry. Wel veel stadsgeluid en enkelglas ramen. Dus voor een langer verblijf zouden wij op een rustigere plek willen zitten. Maar voor een kort verblijf prima.

Het stadsgeluid, hoewel we dat wel verwacht hadden. De locatie vlak bij de haven had voor ons prioriteit

Rediana was helpful with the check-in and communication. Location could not be better for the ferry, drinks and dinner and a breakfast. Coffee, kettle and a fridge.

Occasional noise but we were in centre of Skiathos.

Close to the ferry

Rediana was really friendly and helpful and met us at the property. Perfect location for the ferry.

We have stayed here a few times as a one night pre ferry stay. Honestly any closer to the ferry and you would be sleeping in the sea! First floor of fairly steep steps to room 101, which also has a small balcony with 2 chairs and a table to watch the world go by. Staff always excellent and easy to arrange airport pick up with them. Very clean and tidy. Directly above a coffee shop and one of the portfront cafe restaurants with comfy seating to wait for your ferry.

Can be noisy from passersby but didn’t stop me sleeping.

Location was perfect for our needs. We came off the ferry and it was right in front of us. We only stayed one night before our flight the next day.

I liked how clean and comfortable the room we stayed in was. The balcony area for this room was amazing.

The only downside I have to the property is no ironing board/iron which for me Is an essential when going on holiday.

Das Apartment liegt direkt am Hafen von Skiathos, gegenüber legen die Fähren an und ab. Dementsprechend kriegt man den Lärm mit. Das Apartment ist winzig, der Balkon hingegen gross. Für 2 Personen und "lustige" Wohnung für maximal 1 bis 2 Nächte.

Die Möbel auf dem Balkon sind stark abgenutzt. Die Wohnung ist wirklich sehr klein, der Fotograf hat hier alles rausgeholt. Es gibt einen einzigen Schrank im Badezimmer. Die Wohnung liegt im 2. Stock, kein Lift, eine sehr steile Treppe.

the location was ideal overlooking the new port. The apartment was highup so not noisy. A good size comfortable bed and the sheets changed every two days. The apartment was clean but not fancy and quite basic but clean and comfy. There were a lot of steps to climb to the top apartment. A slight negative was the fact that the view was lovely but spoiled a number of times a day with the arrival of the car/lorry ferry which moored just outside.

The shower wasn't fully enclosed, so water went everywhere. The very steep stairs to the second floor would be a problem to anyone with mobility issues.

I loved the convenience of staying at the port as was staying for one night. It was comfortable and clean. Near to lots of shops and cafes/restaurants. Spoilt for choice. Fab check in with Redianna.

We stayed last year and knew it was a busy port, but there was lots of shouting of people late evening. Enjoyed the busy port overall.

The location of the hotel is right opposite the main port which means until 2:30 am you can hear music, shouting, cars and traffic from 5 am in the morning. You can hear the boats entering the port and the officers whistling. I would advise customers to be very careful of the landlady. He requested that we pay her €87 in cash. When I told her I had paid the full amount by a booking.com she said no you still have to pay an extra €87. I told her I did not have cash and my card was buried in my suitcase and that I would have to sort this tomorrow. She told me to come to main reception in the morning where I could pay the money there was no main reception so had I given her the cash or money on my card last night? I would never have got that back.

Perfect location for an overnight stay before catching the ferry to Skopelos. Rediana from Casa Blue was very friendly, efficient & helpful.

Die Lage ist grundsätzlich top, sehr zentral in 1. Reihe - 30 Meter von der Fähre ins Zimmer. Sehr freundliche Dame, die uns empfangen hat. Auch zu allen Restaurants und Läden ist es sehr nah. Sauberkeit war gut!

Jedoch stimmen die Bilder nicht mit der Realität zusammen...Balkon sehr schmal, darunter laute Restaurants (bis ca 2 Uhr nachts). Auch ist das Bad nicht schön, ...Rest ok. Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht: 174€ für DZ OHNE Frühstück! Insg. für 1 Nacht ok.

Phänomenale Lage, direkt schräg gegenüber von der Anlegestelle der Fähre. Unterkunft hat lediglich 3 Zimmer. Kostenfreier Safe im Zimmer. Im Kühlschrank war kaltes Wasser zur Begrüßung. Schlüsselübergabe sehr unkompliziert, Kommunikation mit Vermieter hervorragend und zeitlich keine Problemegehabt. Nach Ankunft mit der Fähre wurde bereits auf uns am vereinbarten Treffpunkt gewartet. Auschecken auch sehr Gästekulant. Möglichkeit zum Abstellen des Gepäcks war gegeben. Würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.

Stadthotel - nicht änderbar - schmales Stiegenhaus mit etwas höheren Treppen, leider kein Lift. Zimmertüren mit Glasscheiben. Frontzimmer - nicht empfehlenswert für geräuschempfindliche Personen.

Sehr zentrale Lage, direkt davor Essenslokale und nach 30 m auf der Haupttouristenstraße von Skiathos. Ideal für die Übernachtung um die Zeit bis zur Fähre zu überbrücken. Sehr nette und zuverlässige Mitarbeiter und die Schlüsselübergabe und die gesamte Abwicklung hat trotz keiner Rezeption problemlos funktioniert. Kontakt via Whats-App problemlos und sehr zuvorkommend und zeitnah. Kühlschrank, Safe. Kleine Unterkunft mit 3 Wohneinheiten. Von unserem Zimmer konnten wir direkt zusehen wie die Abfertigung der Fähren ablief, sehr beeindruckend.

Holzteppe, daher etwas laut und hellhörige Eingangstüren. Balkontüren in unserem Zimmer haben unten nicht dicht abgeschlossen.

The location was great: in the centre of Skiathos town. The room was clean and comfortable for one or two nights. The small terrace enabled you to sit out and look at the harbour, and the ferries coming and going.

The door to the room was a painted over glass door, so didn’t feel it as secure as I’d have liked. The downstairs door was often left open. The bathroom needed more light. There were gaps under the terrace doors. These are points that need addressing but we still enjoyed our overnight stay.

La proximité de l’hôtel juste en face de l’arrivée des ferrys est très pratique.

Comme l’hôtel est dans une rue fort animée, un peu de bruit tard encore en fin de soirée.
