What I liked most about the property was its central location, within walking distance of Mykonos Town, which made exploring the area very convenient. The exceptional and welcoming staff, excellent cleanliness, and great value for money also stood out. I particularly appreciated the complimentary transfer to and from the accommodation, which made arrival and departure hassle-free.

I didn’t dislike anything about the property. Everything met or exceeded my expectations, and I had a very positive experience throughout my stay.

The staff were so warm and welcoming, and the port/airport transfers were a great bonus. The free water and juice each day were especially appreciated in the Mykonos heat. Our room was spacious, with lovely robes and slippers. The location was perfect — right by the bus station and Fabrika Square, making it easy to explore the island, Old Town, restaurants and nightlife. Would definitely recommend!

Super herzliche einheimische Gastgeberfamilie. Sehr gepflegte, moderne Zimmer in denen es an nichts fehlt....Nespressomaschine, bequeme Betten....v.a. die Kopfkissen!, großer Spiegel, hochwertige Pflegepeodukte. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Nightlife, um die Chora zu erkunden oder mit einem der Busse an die zahlreichen schönen Strände zu gelangen. Es kann nachts in der Hauptsaison durch die Parties in Mykonos Stadt etwas laut werden. Zu guter letzt - sogar der Transfer vom Flughafen und zum Hafen war inklusive. Vielen Dank für den schönen, wenn auch kurzen Aufenthalt.

Really enjoyed our stay, the property is so clean, the staff is very friendly, the location is perfect being right near the town and the taxi/bus station. The room we had we could not hear the noise from the town at night

10 out of 10! Staff was amazing, they picked us up from the Airport and were happy to help with any questions about places to see, beaches and information about busses. Super helpful and kind. Breakfast in the room is great to start the day. They provide beach towels which is a big plus. The location is perfect since it's just a short walk to the city centre and right in front of the Fabrikas bus stop there you can take busses to a lot of beaches in the island. The room is clean and spacious.

Sometimes there is noise in the room as the back and front door are used as a shortcut by many night party people.

Everything was great. From Airport to our return staff was very helpful and friendly. Location was in the central oldtown. Very easy to find bus or taxi. For sleep well, room was better then our home. Silence and dark when close windows 😍

Choosing Fabrikas was the best decision we made coming to Mykonos! greeted with a warm welcome by Dimitris, Katerina and the whole team was very nice, from the beginning they were easily reachable by whatsapp and through the whole stay, they offered us a pick up from the port which was very helpful, the rooms and the hotel is very clean, the location is very central walking distance from everything, I had a Atv which was easy to park in the Fabrikas Parking, also the rooms are very well sound proofed and with the black out curtains when we went to bed we heard nothing and got great sleep, we’ve been traveling for 2 weeks now and when we arrived here for the first time we felt at home! 10/10 experience, after my second time in Mykonos if i come back i’m staying in Fabrikas forsure and highly recommend if you want a great stay and experience with great people!

This is my second time at Fabrikas, highly recommended and centrally located within walking distance to little Venice and all the beautiful places in central Mykonos The host was very welcoming and accommodating to our requests and helpful im recommend places etc, I really like the airport pick up and drop off service they have for free , its a creative touch and makes life easier for everyone

Amazing location - so conveniently located we never had to get a taxi anywhere. The room was absolutely spotless clean and just had such a lovely feel to it - really modern and looked like it had been newly refurbished. The hosts were so welcoming and warm, they even kindly upgraded our room free of charge without us asking when we arrived which was just incredible. Highly recommend - we wouldn’t stay anywhere else on the island when we come again! Thank you!

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, άνετο, καλαίσθητα διακοσμημένο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ό,τι χρειαζόμασταν για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Οι οικοδεσπότες ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλικοί, ευγενικοί και πάντα πρόθυμοι να μας βοηθήσουν, κάνοντάς μας να νιώσουμε σαν στο σπίτι μας. Η φιλοξενία τους ξεπέρασε κάθε προσδοκία και σίγουρα θα επιλέγαμε ξανά το κατάλυμα.

Δεν υπήρχε κάτι που να μη μας άρεσε. Όλα ήταν άψογα οργανωμένα και η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική από την άφιξη μέχρι την αναχώρηση.

Attention to detail. Rooms are beautiful, staff is extremely helpful. The free pick up and drop off from the ferry is a huge added plus. The location is exceptional - right at the entrance into the little streets with shops and if you want to venture elsewhere the bus stop is right there as well.

Comfortable stay ! great location ! Excellent Service We as a couple enjoyed our stay at Fabrikas to the core. From picking and dropping us to the airport in odd hours, helping on our itinerary being available for our queries all the time, clean room serviced daily, location being at the entrance of old town with restaurent eateries little Venice all reachable by walk, having taxi and bus stand all opp. to the stay and great hosts. Out stay in Mykonos couldn’t have been any better. Also we did enjoy great meal at the Indian restaurent just across the road. Recommend this place fully Thank you guys for hosting us

O tratamento das pessoas para conosco foi excepcional. Um diferencial foi a busca no porto pois viemos de ferry desde Santorini, e depois do checkout nos levaram até o aeroporto. Sentimo-nos como se estivéssemos em casa. A localização facilita sobremodo o deslocamento para onde queira ir, estando os ônibus a poucos passos do hotel.

De não poder ficar mais uns dias. Por certo retornando a Mykonos buscaremos ficar no Fabrikas.

Spotless and so convenient to Windmills and Little Venice! Before arrival, hotel checked mutiple times whether I needed complimentary transport to the hotel. After I arrived, they spent time explaining to me how to get to the different tourist spots. Great service!

Die Unterkunft ist der absolute Hit! Antonia und ihr Mann (ich glaube er heisst Dimitri) sind so nett und freundlich herzlich und lesen einem jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab ! die Abholung vom Fährhafen war im Preis mit inbegriffen und auch die Fahrt zum Flughafen Mykonos. Andere Hotels berechnen hierfür 40 Euro. Wir wurden fürstlich und pünktlich abgeholt, Koffer wurden getragen, das Zimmer war so groß dass wir dort 1 Woche mit 3 Überseekoffern hätten Urlaub machen können. Die Lage ist der absolute Knaller, super ruhig, aber direkt am Ortsanfang von Mykonos Stadt gelegen. Super sauber und wir zahlten einen Preis von 100 Euro pro Nacht Mitte Mai! Wir haben das Hotel schon unseren Freunden empfohlen und kommen sehr gerne wieder!!

Es war alles so perfekt , dass es nicht besser hätte sein können !!!!

I am speechless over this amazing family, rooms and place. Everything was perfect. They came to pick us up at the port, we had a baby cot fully ready in our room, some snacks and fresh water, and the room is… amazing!!!! Bed is extremely comfortable, we had 4 pillows, bathrobes and slippers, and 3 towels per person. A++ for comfort. The family is very lovely and helpful. The location of the hotel could not be better if you like peaceful places. It’s right at the entrance of the pedestrian village, so everything is walking distance, but you are not in the tiny tiny roads crowded with multiple people. Would definitely recommend ♥️🙏🏼thank you for having us and welcoming our family so well

The owners picked us from the airport at no extra cost, he is from Mikonos gave us lots of good tips since it was our first time, Maria at the front desk was fabulous, professional, speaks English,Spanish and French, Maria made us feel like home we will stay here again.

Everything was perfect! Very large comfortable bed, big hot shower just as photos. Hosts were really lovely and the little touches made it special. Wine, cake & croissants in our room and a goodbye gift. Transfers included. Perfect location - just on the edge of the busy ‘Old Town’ near the bus station. The only thing that we felt unnecessary was linen & towel change for only two nights.

La ubicación es inmejorable: cerca del centro de la ciudad, de las playas y de la terminal de autobuses, lo que hace todo muchísimo más fácil pero al mismo tiempo una oasis tranquilla y familiar. Cada día nos deleitaban con café Nespresso, té, zumo, agua, croissants y dulces en la habitación . Un gesto que demuestra el cariño con el que tratan a sus huéspedes. Todo fue más que EXCELENTE. Absolutely amazing. Affordable, large room, large comfortable bed, huge bathroom and walk in shower, aesthetically beautiful, complimentary food and drink, and absolutely loving and helpful hosts. Free shuttle service to the airport (5 minute drive!) walking distance to the beach, center of the town, walking distance to the port. 1000/10 would recommend and will return.

The host are super cooperative with her mind blowing welcoming nature . The property is in heart of the city , everything in walking distance . City centre in 1 month by walking and little Italy is 10 mons by walking . All resturent , bus stoppage , rent a bike options , groceries, taxi everything is just at the e door step . Highly recommended property . Very comfortable and spacious room with all facilities . However they don’t provide breakfast , but they provide you daily free juices, croissants, cakes are a very Tammi taste. Welcome wine is an additional gift 💝. I love it and I recommend this property delightfully for anyone who wants to stay in heart of the city
