Stanza un po’ datata, soprattutto il bagno. Essenziale ma viene pulita tutti i giorni.

Hotel mieści się w cichej okolicy. W pieszej dostępności są piekarnia ze świeżym pysznym pieczywem oraz tradycyjnymi słodyczami i malutki sklepik. Dostępny parking bezpośrednio pod blokiem. Pokój jest klimatyzowany, fajny balkon z widokiem na wioskę. Dostępny basen do 20:00, jak również bar dla klientów. Do plaży Ok 10 min pieszo przesz chaszcze.

Bardzo słabe łącze. Brak dźwiękoizolacji, słychać każde otwieranie drzwi jak wejściowych tak i łazienkowych,strasznie przeszkadzało zasnąć, wybudzało w nocy , do tego jeszcze niewygodne łóżko

Il aurait été bien d’avoir un éclairage sur le balcon, et le lit n’était pas très confortable (mais reste ok)

Il personale molto gentile. La piscina e la posizione.

Le tovaglie cambiate ogni 3 giorni, dopo una giornata a camminare in mezzo alle rocce é normale che dopo la doccia le tovaglie si siano sporcate. Abbiamo chiesto ma non le hanno cambiate quindi siamo rimasti con le tovaglie sporche. Non ce il phono.

Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ φιλικό και εξυπηρετικό. Το δωμάτιο είχε όλες τις ανέσεις και περάσαμε υπέροχα. Η πισίνα ήταν καθαρή και την απολαύσαμε όλες τις μέρες της διαμονής μας.

La amabilidad del personal y la piscina.

Ottima collocazione per visitare molti dei maggiori punti di interesse dell isola di creta. Ambiente tranquillo, appartamento un po' spartano ma con tutto il necessario. L host è cortese, avevamo perso le chiavi dell appartamento in spiaggia e il proprietario ha fornito prontamente una copia e non ha voluto nessun pagamento. Consigliamo questa casa vacanze.

Stanza un po' piccola. Mi è mancato un asciugacapelli

Everything was good. The owner was very kind, nice location and everything was clean.

Zadbany i czysty obiekt,sympatyczny acz głośny właściciel(siedzi non stop obok basenu)duży taras z widokiem na morze i basen był super.Mieliśmy z mężem pokój standart i w zasadzie była tylko lodówka. Parking pod obiektem,generalnie basen robi tu robotę bo sama okolica to pustkowie jeśli nie masz samochodu,sklepik 200m dalej(drogi) i piekarenka z kawą otwarta do g.11/12 a kilka km dalej centrum z licznymi knajpami i hotelami wzdłóż plaży. Plaża obok hotelu(700m?) nie była ładna, kamienista,duże fale i kolor wody jak w bałtyku. Sam obiekt polecam przejazdem na 2/3 noce bo bliżej na lotnisko.

La posizione è ottimale per vedere le spiagge più belle della parte ovest, Elafonissi, Balos, Falasarna. La piscina è carina per passare un’oretta

Basterebbe poco per renderla più accogliente, il frigo proveniva direttamente dal 1990, faceva un rumore terribile. Neanche un frigorifero nuovo costasse un milione di euro! La luce saltava spesso non so se perché sovraccarico il contatore. Gli asciugamani non vengono cambiati spesso, il problema più grande è che le camere sono claustrofobiche e tra le foto c’è anche quella di una cucina che non è assolutamente presente né disponibile.

Casa piccola, spartana. Cambio lenzuola/asciugamani ogni 3gg. 300mt la prima spiaggia facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Ottima base per visitare la parte ovest dell'isola.

Nel nostro appartamento il condizionatore era datato e rumoroso.

Nice apartment with swimming pool, good location, near to the sea, near to the supermarket and also near to the centre of Chania. Very polite hosts.

Très bien situé pour explorer la région. Dans un petit village avec toutes les commodités à pieds. Chambre très propre et confortable. Piscine est un vrai plus. Très agréable et grande. Hôtel très confortable au calme.

Manque bouilloire, cafetière et un peu de vaisselle dans la chambre quand on reste quelques jours pour éviter de devoir manger au restaurant tout le temps.

Personnel très accueillant. La piscine est très agréable et tout était parfait. Le parking privé est pratique pour notre tranquillité d'esprit. C'est proche de la mer et des commerces. Nous y serons restés plus longtemps. Cela reste proche de lieux de visite sans pour autant avoir le bruit de Xania

Location is perfect for west Chania and best beaches, beautifull.bulding with the cleanest pool. Near market, bakery and Gerani beach. Stavros is a good host and pleasant to communicate with.

Bed comfort, small pilows, no utencils, non existing kitcenette for long stays, old.bathroom in other words buy everything before you go.

Letti scomodissimi, appartamento molto vecchio, tv minuscola, bagno terribile, come facevi la doccia si allagava tutto il bagno… E cosa più fastidiosa, al mio arrivo ho richiesto di avere un asciugacapelli ma mi è stato detto che prima di qualche giorno non avevano la possibilità di darmelo, assurdo, dovrebbe essercene uno per appartamento.

L’hôte etait grincheux, pas aimable. Les matelas vétustes et incomfortables Les murs :épais comme une feuille de papier : établissement sonore sans même une bouilloire ou du shampooing..

The pool area and reception are kept clean and well maintained which is drastically different compared with the apartments which are old and not clean.

Hair on the sheets, hair on the bathroom floor, old dirty hairy mop used to clean the entire apartment by the housekeeping so the whole place smells and the hair is everywhere. The level of cleanliness is very poor.

Great location, the staff and the owners were great. If you think about booking don't hesitate. We even forgot some of our filming equipment and called them by phone and the equipment was safe with them. Wish them all the best and hope to get back.

Прибирають кожний день, басейн на території, наявність балкону, недалеко пляж, власник постійно був на зв'язку та допоміг з викликом таксі до аеропорту та іншими питаннями які з'являлися в процесі відпочинку.

Не вистачало мікрохвильової печі, не було праски і фену.

Strutturata ottima, anche in relazione alla qualità-prezzo. Host davvero gentili e casa molto pulita. Posizione davvero ottima anche per raggiungere il centro di Chania ed esplorare la parte ovest dell’isola. Vicino ci sono anche tutti i servizi, bar e pasticcerie ottimi, minimarket e farmacia.

Posizione eccellente vicino a tutto,stanza pulita, aria condizionata.

Un po' troppo spartana la stanza,la luce al bagno non funzionava.

Non c’erano zanzare, la temperatura era perfetta

Apartament bardzo duży, wygodny, w pełni wyposażony. Sprzątany na bieżąco, pościel i ręczniki wymieniane dwa razy w tygodniu. Basen bardzo duży, czysty, dostępny codziennie do godziny 21. Właściciele bardzo mili. Do plaży parę minut na piechotę. W pobliżu restauracje i sklep, a także wspaniala piekarnia. Polecam z całego serca.

Deilig basseng med solstoler og parasoller rett utenfor leiligheten! Rolig beliggenhet med strand, bakeri, butikker, kafeer og buss like i nærheten. Daglig renhold av praktisk leilighet.

Sengen kunne vært litt mykere for vår smak og litt knapt med kjøkkenutstyr. Vi klarte oss imidlertid fint!

Zona strategica per raggiungere le spiagge "balos,elafonissi"

Ero accorente dalle altre recensioni.da premette non abbiamo usato la cucina pranzato e cenato sempre fuori.Credo c'è bisogno di un rinnovo . Il proprietario è stato molto disponibile ad esaudire le nostre richieste.

La posizione e la piscina

The location was good. Only 20mins away by car from Chania. There was a pool for guests to use until sunset (as lights were not on after sunset). Bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is a nice terrace with chairs and a table. Bed linen was clean and fresh.

The apartment needs maintenance expecially in the bathroom. Shower curtains are short and water leaks everywhere. You literally have to mop the floor after every shower. Toilet flushing leaks water every time you flush. Bedroom mattresses were too hard. Lighting was very dim throughout all the apartment's rooms.

Se devo trovare un neo di quello che nn mi è piaciuto è la mancanza della lavatrice, io ho soggiornato 2 settimane quindi ho avuto un piccolo disagio ma x il resto nulla da dire.

The only good thing was the location.

No TV set. No kitchenette. No water boiler. No cups. Bathroom with no hangers. Only a broken one. Bad mattresses. No wiggle room.

lits trop courts, oreiller trop compact. salle de bain minuscule, bac de douche trop petit, le rideau trop court colle à la peau, peu de pression dans la douche et l'eau inonde le sol. cuisine peu équipée et sale, il manque un torchon et du liquide vaisselle

A due passi si trovano molti Bakery dove mangiare

Bagno un po' antico, avrebbe bisogno di un po' di manutenzione, la tenda soprattutto dovrebbe essere cambiata essendo corta e ad ogni doccia si allagava tutto, ma nel complesso è andato tutto per il meglio

Το δωμάτιο δεν ανταποκρίνεται στην τιμή του. Η κράτηση μου ήταν για διπλό κρεβάτι κ μας έδωσε δωμάτιο με μονά κρεβάτια. Πολύ ακριβό για ένα δωμάτιο με παλιά έπιπλα, πολύ μικρή τηλεόραση. Το a/c δούλεψε σωστά μόνο την πρώτη μέρα κ μετά δεν είχε απόδοση στην ψύξη του. Η πετσέτες που υπήρχαν δεν ήταν καθαρές κ όταν ζητήθηκαν καθαρές ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν ειρωνικός κ αγενέστατος.

Lage war sehr gut und ruhig. Alles war sehr sauber und der Pool war klasse.

Der Gastgeber hatte keine Lust Frühstück anzubieten oder Getränke am Pool.

Apartment was clean and spacious. Complex and Locality quiet, but good selection of amenities and restaurants within few minutes walk. Beaches close by and again only a few minutes walk away. Bakery just around corner.Stavros the owner very helpful, free parking, air conditioning and good WiFi.

The apartment would have benefitted from a toaster and extra pillows, but managed without these.

It’s was nice and clean .

That they don’t have a kind of bar or somewhere to buy coffee or beverages from them .

È il secondo anno che soggiorniamo qui nei giorni prima della partenza...che dire?, camere spartane ma in cui siamo stati benissimo, comodo come base per raggiungere molte spiagge ...mezz'ora falasarna, marathi...1 ora scarsa per elafonissi, seitan limani e poco più per andare a paleochora e altri villaggi a sud...15 min per arrivare a chania (strada nuova e bella da percorrare) a mezz'ora scarsa dall'aeroporto. Piscina molto bella, luogo tranquillo per riposare(a parte i galli che ovviamente si/ ti svegliano alle 5....) Rapporto qualità prezzo imbattibile!

Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una rimodernata , qualche presa elettrica in più (ce n'erano solo 2, di cui una era quella della luce sul comodino e l'altra vicino al bago) sarebbe molto gradita, così come un bollitore per potersi fare almeno un caffè/tisana

Lovely spacious clean apartment in a peaceful location. Only a couple of minutes walk to a supermarket and about 5 minutes walk to the beach and tavernas. Towels and bedding changed twice during our weeks stay and bathroom and kitchen baskets emptied every day except Sunday. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Gerani.

Ubytování se nachazi v klidne casti 400m od plaze. Ma moc pekny bazen. Majitele jsou mili. Celkove se nam pobyt mic libil. Byl mozna az moc klidny. Dobra poloha pro vylety na Balos, Falassarnu, kousek do Chanie. Apartman byl prostory, s dvema balkony, vybaveni starsi, ale dostacujici a ciste.

Very comfortable stay. Apartment is spacious, pool area is nice and located 10min walk to the beach, supermarkets and restaurants around. The apartments also have a bar by the pool. We had a very good time with my family.

Shower is a bit temperamental. Apartment is well equipped, but little details like dish detergent, cloth to wipe table and shampoo were missing.

Struttura un po’ spartana ma pulita, letti un po’ scomodi ma per il resto ci siamo trovati bene, la stanza era abbastanza spaziosa. Zona top e piscina molto carina.

La luce in bagno non era funzionante

Το δωμάτιο ήταν βρώμικο. Κάτω από το κρεβάτι υπήρχε ένα άδειο μπουκάλι νερού και πολύ σκόνη. Στο μπάνιο δεν υπήρχε λίγο σαμπουάν οπότε όταν φτάσαμε δε μπορούσαμε να κάνουμε μπάνιο. Το μπάνιο δεν είχε εξαερισμό. Η πόρτα του μπάνιου δεν έκλεινε καλά. Η πόρτα του δωματίου δεν έκλεινε καλά και δεν υπήρχε ηχομόνωση. Το ψυγείο ήταν πολύ παλιό και έκανε πολύ θόρυβο. Οι ένοικοι κάναν πολύ φασαρία στις 2 ή 3 το βράδυ. Το ένα βράδυ γυρίσαμε και υπήρχε ένα νεαρός χωρίς μπλούζα που τριγυρνούσε έξω από τα δωμάτια. Μια κοπέλα κοιμόταν σε ένα καναπέ στην είσοδο. Έξω από τη πόρτα του δωματίου μας ήταν παρατημένα κάτι ρούχα. Το πρωί το προσωπικό που καθαρίζει έκανε πολύ φασαρία και μας ξύπνησε.

La piscine est grande et propre, tout comme l'appartement ! (mais j'y reviens en dessous) Une supérette et une boulangerie à proximité. Très bien placé pour visiter l'ouest de l'ile.

un appartement désespérément grand, videet sans son jus. on se retrouve dans un immense salon avec une toute petite table et 4 chaises. Une plaque de cuisson électrique, peu pratique pour faire à manger. Je n'ai pas allumé la télé, mais elle est vraiment petite. Vous avez une corde de 1 m sur le balcon pour faire sécher 4 serviettes et 4 maillots, il n'y a pas d'étendoir. La salle de bain qui est à revoir : - bac de douche carré de 70*70 avec un rideau, c'est minuscule et on met de l'eau partout. - un lavabo sur colonne avec aucun rangement. L’hôte qui nous appelle car nous allons arriver tard (20h30), mais il n'y a pas d'horaire d'arrivée à respecter sur la réservation, je pensais que l’hôte vivait sur place mais ce n'est pas le cas.

È immersa in un contesto tranquillo e rilassante, da cui si avverte il canto delle cicale e si può osservare il mare. Tuttavia, con pochi passi, si raggiunge la strada principale su cui si può trovare una buona bakery e i servizi di ristorazione. La struttura dista, considerando il traffico estivo, circa 20 min di auto da Chania. La stanza è essenziale ma pulita e funzionale. Personale cortese, gentile e sorridente! Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo!

Materassi migliorabili!

Eigenaar was bijzonder vriendelijk. Stond klaar op ons te wachten toen we 's avonds aankwamen om ons de sleutel te geven en kamers te laten zien. Zwembad was heerlijk en voldoende groot. Het was er rustig en op loopafstand van het strand en wat taverna's.

De kamers en het meubilair zijn enigsinds gedateerd. Bed was hard en kussen flinterdun. Airco stond niet aan toen we aankwamen dus op de kamer was het heel warm. Moest weer op temperatuur komen.

El apartamento está muy limpio, llegas y se nota el cuidado de todas las instalaciones, además, limpian cada día, la dueña siempre sonreía cada vez que llegábamos. Hay aparcamiento amplio, está a unos 20 minutos del centro de Chania, la ubicación también es muy buena si quieres ir a ver varias playas.

Il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato

Mi è piaciuta solo la posizione , anche se c’è da prendere la macchina è comunque una buona zona

Non mi è piaciuta la pulizia, il letto e i cuscini erano duri come la pietra, le pareti sono talmente sottili che sentivamo tutto delle altre capere compresa la sveglia altrui. L’acqua per fare la doccia cambiava spesso probabilmente in base anche a chi apriva l’acqua delle varie stanze. Tutti i cassetti/armadi se si aprivano avevano una puzza di vecchio terribile. C’erano solo 2 prese della corrente (nessuna in bagno) e una di queste non andava nemmeno. Più altri dettagli.

Ottima posizione vicinissima alla spiaggia e alle principali attrazioni.

Het zwembad was goed en fijn.

De kamers super klein, gedateerd en heel gehorig. We hoorde de hele nacht mensen praten en met bedden schuiven. De bedden zijn ontzettend slecht, we hebben 2 nachten amper geslapen en hadden overal in ons lijf een beurs gevoel door de veren. We hebben de eigenaar aangesproken en werden voor ons gevoel niet serieus genomen.

Nice location, ideal to visit the west side of Crete and also close to Chania. Gerani is a pretty village with bakeries, tavernas and supermarkets (also Lidl). Useful parking spot. Helpful host. Good cost quality ratio.
