Very quiet, comfortable and beautiful - just a lovely place to stay.

Lovely 3 bed ground floor accommodation. Extremely well appointed and very comfortable. Lovely setting within the Woodstock estate. Hosts are friendly and helpful…..wish we had booked for longer!

Our first night was perfect. The second night unfortunately a family arrived in the accommodation above who sounded like the children were running a marathon. It did stop by 10:45 pm but disturbed the idyllic peaceful location.

It's one of those places I would wish to keep as a state secret. It's a beautiful ground-floor apartment, which was originally the stables of the "big house". It is situated in a courtyard in the midst of some of the oldest trees in Ireland. A truly magical place.

Susie's apartment exceeded our expectations! It's stylish, modern, cosy and spotlessly clean, carefully thought through with a great attention to detail! We had everything we needed for a relaxing break, including complementary food (which helped a lot for our breakfast in the first morning). The surroundings are wonderful. Susie is such an amazing host and genuinely inspirational! We are hoping to return someday for a longer stay. Many thanks for everything and all the best!

We were able to meet the owners. They definitely take pride in their renovations. Susie gave us helpful suggestions for things to do, and places to find food. She also welcomed us with wine, cookies, crisps and milk. The location was beautiful. The inside of the apartment was large, inviting, and warmly decorated. Showers were easy to operate. This is a great base for exploring the southeastern parts of Ireland. We were only able to stay for two nights, but will make plans for a longer stay in the future. Note: This really deserves higher than a 9, but that wasn't one of my options. 🙂

Laundry facilities would have been helpful for those wanting to stay for an extended period of time. We can't think of any other things we didn't like.

It was very clean, spacious, well stocked (!), nicely decorated, warm, quiet and the location in Woodstock park is simply amazing! We felt completely at home and are definitely coming back! Susie and Sean were very welcoming!

This is my second stay in two months and I'll definately be back again! The location is beautiful and the apartment is spotlessly clean and has a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Susie is a wonderful host.

Everything about the accommodation was excellent - really comfy and welcoming, well laid out and set up, clear and helpful communication from the owner - exceeded our expectations. We can't wait to visit again!

Loved the location on the grounds of Woodstock, beautiful place for a walk. Inistioge is a very pretty village too. Close to Kilkenny and Waterford cities as well. Lots to do in the area. The apartment was really well decorated, spotless and very cosy and comfortable. It was very well equipped with everything we needed.

Glowing review! The accommodation was wonderful. There was a charger for our Electric Vehicle which was just a brilliant bonus. Overall we were delighted with this booking and highly recommend.

We are just back from a two night stay and it was the nicest self-catering accommodation we have stayed in. Everything you need is in the house. We stayed with a 17 month old and he loved exploring outside and going to the playground near by. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing trip.

Admittedly, we had lovely weather, but the location was magical. The little ones loved the public woods and playground which were almost empty while we were there in April. Susie and Sean were relaxed and welcoming. The apartment was decorated beautifully and was really comfortable. Top marks!

Beautiful property in a wonderful location

The property was spacious, modern and exceptionally clean. We were travelling with 6 adults and at no time did we seem cramped. Every minor detail has been thought of. We were visiting family so was a great base for us . Would highly recommend and will be visiting again!

Beautifully furnished apartment in a truly beautiful location. We stayed for a week with a young child and had a wonderful stay. Suzie the host could not have been more welcoming and the apartment itself had everything you would need to have a relaxing stay. A v short walk to beautiful Woodstock gardens and a short hop to Thomastown where we really enjoyed the Saturday market. Would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back again in the future

The 3 bedroom apartment was extremely comfortable and spacious. The location was exquisite as it was a adjacent to the Woodstock gardens and arboretum allowing for beautiful and peaceful walks in the woods and by the river. The host, and her cats, were very helpful and offered tips for additional hikes and sites to visit.

Wanted a couple days out of the cities. This was perfect. It was convenient to Waterford, Kilkenny and a golf course we wanted to Mt Joliet.

If anything the upstairs is tight for two adults. But one only needs to open the skylight to let in some fresh air and see the stars at night to forget that small complaint.

We really loved our stay at Woodstock Courtyard. The location was so great, like being in a park with access to all the trails and gardens for Woodstock Gardens. The apartment was very spacious and much larger than it looks in the pictures. It was perfect for getting together with our Irish relatives! The home was decorated really nice and modern and had all the kitchen amenities & appliances we needed. We spoke with the hosts as well and they were very nice and provided us information about other points of interest along our route we were traveling in Ireland. Would highly recommended this rental!

We loved our stay at the Woodstock courtyard. The hosts were amazing went above and beyond. Even had plastic plates and cups for the kids. The apartment is huge and so homely feeling we will definitely be returning

Both herself and Sean have put a lot of work and thought into every detail of this rescued property.Susie has gone to great lengths to make everything comfortable as possible providing for almost every need while you are away from home. Both Susie and Sean are great ambassadors for the county and very knowledgeable of local and further attractions and give great recommendations for dining options. I will definitely return some day with my family and wish Susie & Sean continued success with the lovely Woodstock Courtyard.

The setting for this luxurious apartment is superb. Away from the main roads, allowing you to enjoy the sounds of nature. A stones throw from the village of Inistioge a short stroll through the woods or by road will get you there in no time. The layout and interiors were fabulous, all mod cons, WiFi, temperature control and fully equipped kitchen. A lot of thought has gone into the remodeling of this beautiful granite building that probably once housed animals and now a beautiful 5 star accommodation ..certainly worth a stay for any occasion. The host Susie was very accommodating and helpful. Will return..

The overall experience was one of relaxation and peace and was most enjoyable . The setting at Woodstock is magnificent. The accommodation is surrounded by beautiful gardens , woodlands and wonderful views. The property was modern and comfortable and yet had character and much thought went into the design and decor. so many little details everywhere, great place for kids with many books and toys and room to retreat and relax fully equipped with absolutely nothing missing, very comfortable and exceptionally clean, very well decorated and taken care of, the dog kept our little daughter busy, the dog is super friendly and playful, the area around is great for walks and bike rides

Local restaurants are not that great, but the accommodation has absolutely everything to make up for it. if you do want to eat out you would need to drive for about 20 minutes

Location a bit far from Village

The apartment is wonderful, with everything you could ever wish for. The environment is beautiful and tranquil, no matter what the weather does. The hosts are lovely and friendly. The village is only a short walk away with a great local pub and well stocked local store. Perfection.

Thank you so much for the stay! It truly was even more than we expected and the house and surroundings could not have been mire perfect. Everything was super clean, there were all the supplies we needed and the host was lovely. She even brought fresh scones. We will all reccomend 100%

From the homemade scones, milk and butter on our arrival, to the toiletries in the bathrooms. This place exceeded our expectations. The place was absolutely stunning with an amazing outlook. Lovely and warm. The owners were very warm and welcoming. Very handy to Woodstock Gardens.

The only issue we had was finding it in the dark, as we arrived late - mostly due to us second guessing ourselves.

Absolutely everything!!!.. Our young family had an absolutely amazing pre Christmas break in Woodstock Courtyard to visit the Christmas festivals in Kilkenny and Waterford. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. Our host Susie was so lovely, friendly and accommodating and even facilitated a later check out for us at no extra cost.My 2 young children loved her dog Lola and would have brought her home if they could! The house was absolutely immaculate and so beautifully decorated with all mod cons and amenities you could need. There were even a few bits to get you started like milk, butter, coffee pods etc. It's also situated in the most beautiful location with plenty of scenic walks around the grounds of Woodstock Estate. We went on the Waterfall walk our first day and it was like a Winter Wonderland. We will absolutely be back again to stay and would recommend a stay here to everyone..🎅🎄☃️❄️
