A number of apartments in the building. On our second night, there was a lot of noise from one of the neighbouring apartments. There was some confusion over the number of beds, but to be fair, I have to take some responsibility for this.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026A lovely apartment wonderfully located across from the beach and within easy uphill walking distance to the town. It's clean, comfortable and well equipped. It has a double room and a twin and is pet-friendly.
A minor downside is the lack of a dishwasher, but with only 4 of us, it wasn't really an issue.

Tennis rackets, buckets & spades & books available to borrow. Short walk to main st to shops and restaurants. On site parking, sea views, tea/coffee/condiments supplied. Apartment was very clean. Easy check in. Definitely would stay again.

It would help if an explanation of recycling was shown at the property. Being from a different country with varied recycling it was not clear was could go in the recycling rather than the rubbish bin.

Reviewed Jun 4, 2026Fabulous unit, very spacious with beautiful water views of the inlet. The unit is modrn, well furnished with up to date cooking facilities, appliances and utensils, it has everything you need to self cater. I would highly recommend. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
Suggestion, rather than a dilike. Would be helpful if there was information on how to turn everything on (if it was there i could not find it), especially the heating. Plenty of instruction on how to turn everything off when leaving the stay.

Steep stairs on high floor appartments may not be suitable for older people, but there’s another appartment on the ground floor, so make sure to let them know if you need to be on the ground floor. They’re really attentive and kind.

E' un appartamento spazioso con due camere, un bagno, un soggiorno cucina ed un piccolo balconcino interno. Le chiavi si ritirano nel keybox che c'è davanti alla casa, la comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata puntuale. Ci sono due posti auto, proprio davanti l'ingresso, in comune tra i vari appartamenti. La zona giorno ha vista sul mare. Il centro del paese di Buncrana si raggiunge con una breve e gradevole passeggiata. E' una zona molto bella e l'appartamento è comodo.
Il rumore del traffico del lungomare in alcuni momenti è fastidioso. L'arredamento è un po' vecchio e basico.

The noise. Unfortunately you can hear absolutely everything from the other apartment, almost to the point that they're in you'rs. We were kept away till 2am the first night and it was just two people talking and walking around. The second night people checked in late and again no sleep till they went to sleep. It is a beautiful place but more needs to be done to reduce the amount of noise.

The floors in the house aren't soundproof so we could hear a lot of chat and movement on the other floors. To be expected in a townhouse. Aside from that, everything was great.

Good sized bathroom, and kitchen diner with plenty of room to relax. Kitchen was well set up - cooker, microwave, fridge / freezer etc. Location was superb - overlooking coast so great views, next to a play park and tennis courts, 2 minute walk from the start of parkrun route, and a 5 minute walk from the main street.
