יש מלא רטיבות בקירות וקילופים אין מספיק מצעים והמקום לא נקי כל הדברים שניתן לשפר על מנת.שהמקום יהיה מושלם

את המחיר ,חניה קרובה, קירבה לאירועי העיר העתיקה במרחק הליכה

לא בטוחים לפי רמת הניקיון מתי לאחרונה הוחלפו המצעים . היה קשה להבין איפה מסתתרת השמיכה, רצפה לא ממש נקיה עם בדל סיגריה, מתקן כיור שבור במקלחת, תנור וכיריים שבורים במטבח, קיר מעט מתפורר בחדר שינה . על הרחוב הרועש היה קשה לישון .

Very disappointing experience. I definitely would not come back and would not recommend this place. The apartment looked nothing like the pictures shown on Booking. It is very old and far from what was advertised, and I would not even describe it as properly clean. Several door handles were broken, the cabinets in the bathroom was broken, and the sofa bed intended for the third guest had no pillows, sheets, blankets, or any bedding provided. On top of that, the sofa itself was dirty, with visible stains and spots, making it unacceptable to sleep on!! This property needs serious maintenance and should accurately represent itself with updated photos.

היה נורא. ביקשנו 3 מיטות קיבלנו 2, כתמים על הספה ללא כרית ושמיכה, מלוכלך

לא אהבנו שום דבר גם הבעל דירה לא ענה ולא קיבלתי מענה והוא גם גנב לנו את הכסף שהשכרנו לדירה גם לנו להישאר בחוץ בגשם באזעקות בלי מענה בלי שום דבר אני רוצה החזר כספי הוא לא עונה לנו בכלל דיברנו עם הבעלים לגבי הדירה בשביל להשכיר אותה בהתחלה הבעלים לא רצה להשכיר לנו את הדירה ואז דיברנו איתו וסוף הוא הסכים להשכיר לנו אותה שילמנו לו כסף על הדירה הגענו ב23:45 למקום ובסוף הוא גרם לחכות מחוץ לדירה והביא לנו פרטים שגויים הוא גרם לנו להישאר בחוץ בקור וגם בגשם וגם מתי שיש אזעקות אני רוצה החזר כספי או פיצוי על המקרה הזה כי לא הגיוני שקורה ממצב כזה וגם ניסינו להשיג אותו כול הלילה ולא היה מענה משום מקום ובסוף נשארנו בחוץ כמו כלבים

Completely uninhabitable and unsafe. The pictures are doctored or perhaps what it looked like 20 years ago. It's run down, worn down, stinks of cigarettes, there is water in the shampoo dispenser, and there is an overall gross feeling. The area is unsafe and scary, especially at night. There is shop below that does carpentry with an electric saw in 11 pm and a bar next door with booming music until morning. But the worst part is it it fully unsecure and dangerous. The lower main entry lock is broken, one of the windows doesnt close at all, and there is a door to one of the bedrooms that is hidden behind a large shade that doesn't lock at all. Young male criminals in the area, who likely have broken locks and use the place as a hang out, pounded on all the doors in the middle os the night and terrified us. One even managed to get in via one of the bedrooms until we screamed and he ran out. It was a terrifying night. We called the police. We did not sleep one minute and had three babies with our group increasinc our anxiety. The host did not respond to any of our messages thar night or the next say and is now ignoring our rightful demand for a full refund. If rhe taxicab crashes you dont pay the fare. This "taxicab" crashed hard. If anything, we are owed a refund plus damages for our severe emotional distress that night. We will have no choice but to dispute the charge with our credit card and seek damages.

Stedet minner om rom man leier for noen timer for å tjene penger. Soverommet har en glassdør som åpner rett mot gata og ikke føles trygg. Strøket virker heller ikke trygt, særlig nattestid. Ikke rent, men slitne rom og møbler. Vi valgte å reise til annet overnattingssted.

היה חסר שמיכות לילדים, הובטח לנו שיכינו לנו מראש לול לתינוק ורק בערב הגיעו לתת לנו את הלול. הייתה שם דלת זכוכית שבורה של היציאה למרפסת (הזכוכית מנופצת), ואף וילון הגלילה של החלון התנתק לפתע וכמעט נפל לנו על הראש.. המזגן בחדר המגורים היה ללא שלט. רמת הניקיון לא משהו. לפחות הגג ומרפסת הישיבה היו בסדר.

מקום מקסים .. סוויטת הרחוב מהממת מספר (5)!!! המיטה הצפה עם שילוב האבן והארכיטקטורה של הקשתות בחדר יוצרות תחושות של קסם •°○° הקדמון נפגש במודרני - האהוב עלי !

אפשר לשפר את הסוויטה בעוד מגבות + מכונת אספרסו + קפסולות . עוד כמה פיצ'ים קטנים יעשו טוב למקום .

היינו 2 משפחות, סה"כ 8 נפשות כולל תינוקות וילדים קטנים. כוונתנו הייתה להתארח ללילה בלבד, ל-6 שעות שינה אבל זה לא קרה. קודם כל, המיקום אינו מדויק ואין כניסה ברורה, דבר נוסף, הדירה ממוקמת בעיר העתיקה, הבנתי שלא מדובר באזור מומלץ, ועל אף שהזמנו אותה לשינה קצרה ברגע שראינו את הסביבה ברחנו כל עוד נפשנו בנו. האזור מלא בזרים, שיכורים ואלימות. מקום מפוקפק ביותר. לא הרגשנו בנוח לישון שם עם קטנים, ומשפחה אחת שכללה רק נשים. גם ללילה אחד לא הייתי נשארת שם. מסוכן ממש. אווירה קשה. לא מומלץ.

The apartment looks nothing at all like the pictures. at all. If the pictures are not edited, so much time and neglect has passed that they represent nothing. Don't fool yourself that maybe for you it will be better, they took at a lot of the furniture in the picture, whatever was left is torn, dirty and broken. The place smells from cigarettes, there was tons of noise from outside, the walls are thin and you can hear everything. Also they didn't setup the folding sofa, even though we paid for 4 people, so 2 of our friends had to sleep without sheets on the dirty sofas... Absolutely horrible place.

אבא שלי ואחי הזדעזעו מהמקום!!! הם היו בהלם ממה שהם חוו שם. להשוואה הראיתי להם את התמונות שמופיעות פה והם אמרו שזה לא קרוב בכלל למציאות. פשוט שום דבר ממה שמוצג כאן לא אמיתי.

בעל הדירה לא שלח לי פרטים איך להגיע עד שהתקשרתי אליו כמה פעמים ושלחתי לי הודעות לפני כמה ימים ולא ענה, בסוף הלכתי לכתובת והתקשרתי כמה פעמים עד שחזר אלי ושלח לי את הפרטים. הריח במקום לא הכי טוב יש ריח של אבק מריחים שהדירה לא הייתה מאווררת הרבה זמן יש מלא אבק ספות מלוכלכות, לא היה אינטרנט, שירותי הטלוויזיה לא עבדו עקב בעית האינטרנט דלת מרפסת יש ווילון כמעט שקוף תמיד נכנס אור לחדר שינה ולא הכי מרגישים בפרטיות בחדר

המקום מצוינת! הרחוב שקט, המלון קרוב לתחנה מרכזית באר שבע. החדר ענק ומדהים. תודה שהשאירו שקיות תה, קפה סוכר בשבילנו.

המכסה של קומקום היה פגום, ונתקענו בבעיה של התחברות טלוויזיה לפלאפון. הדלת של אמבטיה נתקעה ובקושי פתחתי אותו בחזרה

כלום. פשוט נורא לא להתקרב לשם

אישרו לנו את ההזמנה ואפילו קיבלנו הודעה באותו היום עם הנחיות להיכנס לחדר. בפועל לא ניקו את החדר והחדר היה מזוהם. קיבלנו חדר זוגי למרות שהזמנו חדר ל5 איש. נתנו לנו טלפון של השרות ניקיון. אחרי שעברנו 4 חדרים בהנחיות טלפונים מצאנו חדר אחד סביר והתחלתי לסדר מצעים מהמחסן שלהם. בעל הבית לא ענה לטלפון ולא להודעות. רק שירותי הניקיון ענו והכל אני סדרתי. סביר הכוונה שהיו מגבות משומשות בכל מקום, פח מלא ולא ניקו את החדר חודש, אבל יכולתי לסדר מיטות לכולם וזה היה באמצע הלילה. הגענו עם ילדים. לא להתקרב למקום!

חזרנו מהחתונה של אחי לישון בדירה והמפתח לא היה במקום ולא היה מי שיפתור לא ענו בטלפון ולבסוף לא יישנו שם כי לא היה עם מי לדבר

Logement sale, poils qui traînent, poussière, canapés sales avec tâches, odeur de cigarette. Ne correspond pas aux photos ! De plus, boutons apparus sur la jambe de ma fille après la nuit … Quartier bruyant la nuit. Nous avions l’appartement numéro 2.

Be very careful with this place! What you see in the picture is nothing like what you get, they literally bait and switch the customers.We ordered this place for a family trip.

הנקיון פשוט על הפנים ... המפתח היה תקוע בדלת ... לא היה מענה בטלפאון... לא היה מגבות, סבון ושאמפו כמו שהיה כתוב. בדלת סרוכית לא היה וילון ובבוקר קיבלנו שמש בפנים 🫣

Great location, easy to access , great value

Very nice apartement in the heart of beer sheva. Comfortable beds, VERY GOOD A/C Nice double shower. Electronic tint windows in the bathroom.

Make sure you have a phone number and/or Whatsapp for the instructions to get the key. Location could use a sign that says Saphir Boutique Apartement. But in the end we found it and we had a great stay. Shabbat shalom.

Perfect, especially the upper appartment with the corner balcony. We stayed two days, one on the upper appartment with the corner balcony and once on the ground floor. I would rate 9 the upper appartment and 8 the ground floor. For sleeping and the beds and good airco both apts get a 10. The lovely view of the main road of the "old city" of the upper apt is really nice, and something you dont expect when booking an accomodation in Be'er Sheva. Check in was almost seemless, a clear photo of the old building or a video or the exact google map link could be given, instead of just text description, but that was really a minor thing. It also has washing machine which after 1 week road trip throughout Israel.and Palestine was much needed. It also has a dryer but couldnt make it work, not sure it works. There was flexibility in checking out of around 1 hour but you have to ask through whatsapp which is fine. Also in booking it was showing fully booked the second night, but having the whatsapp from previous night we have asked and finally there was an available room. Super because it was quite late when we did that. Around the apts are some nice restaurants, a georgian one with fantastic georgian pies/pizzas and a greek restaurant with live music!l, which as greeks we honored by paying a visit 😅

The apt below had some stone but also soft material walls that in some corners created dirt. Not a big deal. The feeling of being on the ground floor was a bit strange to me (some noises, not security door etc). Again, not a big deal but could be an important factor for other people.

The location was good, and the parking lot was near the property. The host sent precise instructions about directions and the key placement.

The property needs to be renovated! All the walls with the signs of peeling paint and aging, hairs in the bathroom, the cleaning level is poor... Cigarette holes in the sofa and bed linens for the kids (partial) are missing.

Pictures in booking are taken some time ago, apartment and furniture is worn out. Shower is tiny and must be renovated. Sound isolation is poor, and two night we stay there we heard club music all night long.

The apartment is beautifully designed, clean and comfortable with a nice kitchen and a great balcony. Its location is great, ,in the middle of the old city, so everything is close by: shops, pubs, restaurants etc. . Communication with the staff was convenient. We would definitely come back.

Great location, good job on safety measures. The apartments style is really something, we really did like it a lot.

There is some wear and tear that is noticable but the place itself is pretty cool and we really liked it and would happily come again.

I did not like the property.

In the pictures advertising the property, it looked as if there was one large building with many apartments. However, when we arrived, the apartment was in the old part of town all by itself. It smelled of cigarette smoke so strongly that we were not able to spend the night and had to go to a hotel. I messaged Sapir twice but never received any response. I highly recommend that you look elsewhere for accommodations. This was not what was advertised.

The apartment is not close to the photos in Booking. The apartment maintenance is very bad. There are cracks in the walls, and walls are dirty. The bath room and the cabinet needs to be replaced. The entire apartment needs renovation.

This is a good option if you're passing through town, need a place for a night or two. Better for solo/young/student travelers/backpackers. It did the job. Important things were stocked (toilet paper, tea, coffee, etc minus shampoo).

The area is completely deserted at night, which can feel a bit creepy. It's not the best area. Important note: there are no shades on the balcony door in the main bedroom - light will pour in early. The other windows have good shades.
