Reviewed Aug 12, 2026היי שכרנו את הדירה כדי שנוכל לישון אחרי טקס סיום קורס קצינים. בדרך דרומה הלכה לנו מערכת הבלמים . נאלצנו להשאיר את המכונית בבית קמה ולדאוג להסעה למצפה רמון. אקצר בתאור של הלחץ להספיק להגיע לטקס , לחזןר וכו. מיד הודעתי על כך לבעלת הבית. התשובה היא שזו המדיניות. נכון היא ניסתה למצוא חלופות בקבוצות הפייסבוק. אבל! זה ארוע מבאס גם ככה עבורינו (הבוקר חזרנו מהמרכז להעלות את האוטו על גרר) אפשר להתחשב. המדיניות של בוקינג מבאסת גם. אפשר להחזיר את הסכום, להציע מועד אחר. לקחת 956 שח על לילה שלא הגענו בגלל שהלך לנו האוטו עם כל העגמת נפש לא עושה לי חשק לישון במקום שאלו בעלי הבית.

הגענו 2 חברות , הזמנו דירה בת 2 חדרי שינה וסלון וקיבלנו חדר אחד עם מיטה זוגית. התמונות באתר לא שיקפו כלל את מצב הדירה, היא שחוקה לגמרי. לא נאמר לנו שהדירה בקומה 3 בלי מעלית. הכניסה והמדרגות היו מוזנחים מאוד וללא תאורה. ובדירה, הזנחה, תריס בחדר שינה שלא עבד, מקלחון ללא וילון, טלוויזיה לא עבדה, שירותים לא נקיים, וכאשר התקשרנו לבעלת הצימר וביקשנו לעזוב ולקבל את הכסף חזרה - סרבה ולא ניסתה לסייע. נשארנו בלית ברירה , לא נחזור אליה.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2024The flat was clean and had all the necessary equipment, including air condition even though usually you can do without . The view was great and close to the promenade. It was easy to find. The building and the neighborhood is very quiet. Around the building you can encounter herds of ibex. We recommand it
The building is not welcoming but this is a very small flaw. In the morning we got a parking report and we asked the municipality to cancel it and still we are waiting for a reply

Reviewed Aug 24, 2023The appartment is nicely decorated and has a special "soul", we liked the interior and comfort of the place. The kitchen is well equipped and we also had a tea/coffee and some basic spices, plus milk in the fridge, which was very nice of the owner. The beds were comfy and clean. Lots of toys for children (in our case was super helpful :-) There is also a swing in the living room, which was absolutely fantastic and was a "favorite" of our child. The balcony is fabulously arranged and looks very inviting. The location is right near the crater and offers marvelous views.
The bathroom "screams" for rennovation.

Grubby apartment block, third floor walk-up with cats' turds on the landing. Very difficult to find entrance. Very tired interior of apartment. Specifically requested 2 rooms 2 beds (self and daughter), but second room still had dirty bedding from previous guests and we had to make this up ourselves. Though not actually dirty (mostly), a most unappealing environment, and on requesting a refund of the (excessive) cleaning fee from the owner, this was refused. Very draughty kitchen due to big hole in door to balcony (full of brooms and other stuff blocking door) where cat-flap was missing - had to block this with pillow. Outside main door were a broken discarded sofa and other junk. No milk or any other welcoming items in property.

Reviewed Mar 19, 2023The location almost at the edge of the crater is excellent, and the apartment itself is well equipped and very stylish. The instructions from the host were very clear, and we could arrive anytime to thanks to "self check in". (That was very helpful, as we were arriving in the evening of Shabbat.)
The house entrance and staircase did not look very inviting, but the apartment itself was very nice.

The owners attitude was a problem. They made a mistake regarding the property's number of rooms in the flat, and were not ready to acknowledge that at first. It took some discussions on our side to reach an understanding with them. There is no cooling or heating system in the flat, no soap or shampoo were offered. The bathroom and toilet room were found not really well kept.

It's actually a two bedroom apartment with a living room, not a three bedroom, as stated in the description. The host leaves her stuff and cats in the apartment.
