Reviewed Dec 1, 2023My stay at this apartment was exceptional. It matched the online photos perfectly, was immaculately clean, and the host's communication was outstanding. I highly recommend it and plan to return soon.

Reviewed Nov 7, 2023unfortunately only the view of the Marina outside the room.
The connection between the photos on the website and the truth is extremely coincidental. The room I received was tidy and at first even seemed clean. After less than a few minutes, I realized where I had ended up and it was very unpleasant. Sticky floor in all parts of the apartment, stinky smell everywhere, mold in the ceramic bathroom, extremely poor sanitary conditions. All this led me to the decision to leave the room immediately. Because it was late and the alternative hotels were full. I managed to book and move to a hotel located 18 km from the place. Total disappointment. Both from the place and from the care afterwards from the BOOKING team. which was 6 hours at a full cost of over 1300 euros with a refusal to refund! you have been warned !

Reviewed Jul 2, 2023A great place overlooking marina. Close to excellent beaches. Very comfortable for a family with a kid. Efficient check in. Great communication with the owner. A wonderful trip overall
The appartment needs a facelift/renovation. Things start to look and feel very old. Same goes for the furniture, including the bed in the main bedroom. It would also benefit from better cleaning. Nothing awful but definitely requires more effort.
