Reviewed May 31, 2026Very, very clean. Excellent air conditioning. 3 Televisions (1 per bed + livingroom). Good kitchen utilities. Large enclosed yard area. Quiet. Organized and very well designed - felt high end.
You'll need a car or taxi to get anywhere (3-4 minutes drive). Water pressure was only okay. Internet (in smart TVs) was mediocre and sometimes stalled.

Reviewed Apr 1, 2023Very convenient location within walking distance of grocery store and good restaurants. Bed was comfortable. Hot water was plentiful. This apartment is on the ground floor and has a huge patio area--would be good for small children. Owner/manager was responsive to requests for help. He sent out our laundry at no cost because washer didn't work. He signed us in to his personal Netflix account since cable TV didn't work. The apartment is modern and clean.
The detailed instructions for arrival were not sent until we reported difficulty finding the front door (there is no number on the door!) The instructions were missing the fact that sometimes you have to press 7 x 1's instead of 6. Master bedroom door can only be operated if bed is shoved against wall, making it hard for the person on that side to get in or out of the bed. Other bedroom is so small that it can't have a door; instead, it has a shade. The washing machine didn't work. Cable TV didn't work (repair person came as we were checking out.) Patio chair cushions were stained & dusty. They should be stored inside or covered.
