Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Large and very comfortable apartment overlooking Lake Constance. Maria met us at the door, helped us secure our bicycles in the underground lot, and gave us a detailed tour of the property. Absolutely fantastic communications. Kitchen was well stocked and location was ideal, very close to numerous restaurants and a swimming beach.
Everything was wonderful.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026De ligging en de grootte van het appartement en de vriendelijkheid van de eigenaresse of beheerder. Er was fruit, drinken, thee, koffie, zo veel! En het Bodensee zwembad vlak naast de deur, heerlijk!
Weinig, misschien dat er geen horren voor de ramen en deuren zaten, er kwam wel veel ongedierte binnen s avonds. En een luidruchtige beneden buurman. Maar dat zijn peanuts hoor, het is een prima stek! Vooral voor twee personen.

Schlafzimmer zur Straße raus. Die ganze Nacht Angeber die mit ihren Autos und Motorrädern Krach gemacht haben.

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Sehr saubere und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit allem was man braucht. Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon auf den See. Es wurden jegliche Goodies wie Mineralwasser, Weisswein, Bier, Kaffee, Früchte, Toilettenartikel etc. etc. zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Kommunikation mit Frau Joppich lief reibungslos, unkompliziert und sehr schnell. Parkplatz vor der Haustür kann für CHF 10 gemietet werden und ist ideal. Gerne wieder.

Gibt nichts außer das 2 Wochen vielleicht zu wenig sind.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026The apartment is located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood, Lake Constance is just in front of the building, everything in the apartment is kept in order and very clean. The host is super nice, we changed our plan for getting there by train instead of driving car, the host kindly gave us some advice about how to get the place, when we arrived, there are plenty of welcome drinks, fruit, and snacks waiting for us, we really appreciate hospitality and enjoyed our stay, 100% recommended!

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026Alles da, was benötigt wird. Und mehr. ( Wein, Wasser, Cafe, Milch, Kekse. ) Parkplatz vor der Tür. Sehr gute Kommunikation. Toller Balkon mit Seeblick. Schwimmbad direkt nebenan. Aber man kann auch am kleinen Hafen direkt ins Wasser steigen, um ein bisschen zu schwimmen.
Leider liegt das Schlafzimmer zur stark befahrenen Hauptstraße. Aber mit geschlossenen Schallschutzfenstern für uns kein Problem.

Reviewed May 28, 2026Appartement bien aménagé où il ne manque rien, avec une belle vue sur le lac de Constance. Nous avons apprécié les collations et boissons offertes pour notre arrivée, surtout après une longue route.
Un peu bruyant la nuit car la chambre donne sur la rue et nous avons entendu des motos et camions, malgré le double vitrage. Le matelas est un peu trop ferme à mon goût ; le parking avec parcmètre est payant à l'arrière et il vaut mieux prendre la place de parking proposée par l'hôte à 10 CHF.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Die Unterkunft können wir nur empfehlen! Sehr netter Kontakt zum Gastgeber und eine tolle Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum See. Im Sommer gibt es wohl die Möglichkeit zum Schwimmen. Herrlicher Ausblick vom Balkon auf den See. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, auch wenn wir die Waschmaschine nicht ans Laufen bekommen haben (vielleicht mal eine Bedienungsanleitung hinlegen?). Wirklich ganz toller Aufenthalt, gerne wieder bei Gelegenheit.

The square pillows and single duvets on a double bed. Some hooks in the bedroom would be useful. The coffee pods did not have any info on them to say what type they were.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2025部屋からボーデン湖を見渡すことができ気持ちのいい滞在ができました。キッチンの設備、食器、カトラリー、洗剤、ナプキン等も、想定以上に揃っており不自由しませんでした。施設の洗濯機を使うことができ、その面もすごく良かったです。水、フルーツ、スナックなども、準備されており、良かったです。何よりも、マリアさんのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。聞きたいこと、困ったことがあれば、すぐ対応してくれました。ホルンはボーデン湖地域を列車で回るのにも便利なところでした。
2階（日本式3の階）までリフトがありませんので、あらかじめ知っておく必要があります。

Reviewed May 13, 2025Everything!! This is the best apartment we have stayed in during our 9 week trip to Europe. It is right on the promenade overlooking Lake Constance, has two balconies, large rooms, extremely clean and very well appointed. It has everything you could wish for in a home including a great selection of teas. Maria, the host, shows care and hospitality in all the little touches including chocolates on the pillows and a welcome bottle of wine. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2023the flat was on the top of an apartment block, location was superb, with 2 balconies, one side overlooking the lake. very short walk to the waterfront where we could have a swim. Nice and modern and clean, wished we could have stayed longer
check in wasn’t straight forward but it could have had to do with the language, we could ring the property manager and sort it out
