Top floor studio apt, nice views. Clean. Washer/dryer a bonus. Well-equipped small kitchen. Management company gave clear instructions on accessing the apartment.

Could not figure out how to open the floor to ceiling glass panels on the balcony railing to get fresh air in. No instructions found anywhere for that or for opening the fixed blinds on the inside windows. Fine for a night’s stay for solo traveler but wouldn’t be very comfortable for multiple nights.

Ich hatte ein paar tolle Tage in Oulu. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr ruhig. Bequemes Bett, unkomplizierter Check-in. Der Blick und die Lage in der Innenstadt ist sagenhaft, und es ist alles vorhanden, was man täglich braucht.

Auf dem Balkon war es hinter den Glasscheiben bei Sonnenschein extrem heiß. Im Winter sicherlich perfekt… Die dezentrale Lüftungsanlage war mir zu laut.

Siisti ja rauhallinen. Yksinkertainen, mutta tarvittava varustus. Positiivinen yllätys,että huoneistosta löytyi kahvia ja suodatinpussit.

The appartment was just fine. Has a nice view.

I didn’t expected the bed to be so close to the kitchen. And during the night the extractor fan made a loud noise. All facilities are available and yes it was clean etc, but still it felt a bit off. Just practical and not a cozy appartment. Also they forgot to communicate our early arrival to the cleaning lady, as she was still there When we arrived.

Tvn och sängen var lite konstigt placerade! Skulle möblera annorlunda!

Sijainti erinomainen. Näppärä sähkölukko. Ihanat maisemat parvekkeelta merelle saakka.

Asunnossa ei ollut yhtään vaatehengaria. Ei kaappitilaa vaatteille. Kaikki kaapit talon tavaroille varattu. Juhlavaatteita ei saanut mihinkään roikkumaan. Viestittely omistajan kanssa tylyhköä.

Keskellä keskustaa ja kaikki lähellä..huippumoderni yksiö, hienot näköalat

Olisi saanut olla käyttöohjeita lieteen, ilmastointiin esimeriksi ja hieman epäselväksi jäi että pitikö asunto siivota itse, kun siisteydestä tuli vähän väliä viestiä

Kaikki fasiliteetit kunnossa. Viihtyisä parveke, hyvä sänky, tyyny ja peitto. Erityispisteet kenkälusikasta!

Everything was good and comfortable. Location is quite good!

Small bed just in case of more that one person

The location itself was clean and generally well maintained. However, I found it a bit uncomfortable to see warning signs displayed everywhere stating that fines would apply if you don’t clean up properly or if you stain the bed linens. While I understand the importance of respecting the property, the constant reminders made the atmosphere feel slightly tense rather than welcoming. Additionally, the bed linens did not appear new or freshly ironed, which made those warnings feel even more surprising. Overall, it was a decent stay, but a more relaxed and guest-friendly approach would definitely improve the experience.

Tarjolla oli helposti Mobilepaylla maksulla virvokkeita yms. Parveke jäi testaamatta.

Sänky oli keittiössä eli oleskelutila oli kaikki yhtä tilaa.

Kylpyhuoneessa tunkkainen haju, joka kyllä väheni kun laskimme vettä lattiakaivoon. Ehkä tämä kannattaisi huomioida varsinkin jos majoittujia ei ole joka päivä.

Lisävuode sohvalle oli pyynnöstä pedattu. Huippu paikka ja täysin äänetöntä keskellä kaupunkia. Näkymät 12 kerroksesta aivan huiput. Siistiä ja kaikin puolin kaikki ok. Jopa shamppoota ja saippuaa löytyi, ja virvoitusjuomia maksusta kaapista. Tuuletin löytyi, ja pimennysverhot myös. Toista kertaa tälle kesää paikassa, ja tulen käyttämään jatkossakin majoitukseeni. Pitemmällä reissulla tarvii pyykinpesukonetta ja kuivausrumpua, niin nekin löytyy.

Kaikki ok. Ehkä leivänpaahdin voisi olla.

Excellent location in the heart of the city, great view, very clean apartment. Perfect for 1-2 persons.

It was a bit hot as the weather was hot and sun was shining. Air conditioning would be a great addition, the fan is not efficient enough. On the other hand - it does not get so hot in Oulu very often.

There was no breakfast. The location and cleanliness are wonderful!

Central location, great views and modern design. The check-in and check-out instructions + overall introduction to the housing complex were well presented.

Excellent location with a fantastic view from 12th floor. Modern building, new apartment, well equipped, very clean. Good communication and instructions, very smooth check in.

The only issue I had was that even at the lowest setting the ventilation was blowing quite heavily and I felt a strong draught in the small space. Thanks to floor heating it was never cold in the apartment but the air was extremely dry. In the summertime I am sure this won't be a problem.

The apartment has a nice view and you dont hear traffic noice. It was clean and comfy.

They gave me the wrong code to get inside, they did not know the code had changed. I had to wait outside late at night until a resident of the building let me in. It took some time before they reacted and at first it was not sufficient to the absurdity of the situation. They compensated a little bit of the price for me when I asked.

The mattress on the bed is quite worn and it wasn't comfortable to sleep on.

Excellent location and a nice view from a high floor. Check-in was effortless. The apartment was clean and felt surprisingly spacious. It has a very nice balcony.

There was no microwave oven. The double bed could have been slightly wider.

Accomodation for one night. The balcony is a plus - especially in the summertime. The location in the centre.

The apartment is very small. There is no dining table - only a side table for eating. No parking. The linen were a bit worn out. Kitchenware were limited.

Central location, very easy to reach.

When it comes to accommodations, I only rate them according to my sleeping quality. There were no working blackout curtains in the apartment and bright light in the apartment in the very early morning, which woke me up every day. The host didn´t come up with a solution, I was not satisfied.

Nice city view from the window and a balcony (useless in winter though). Perfect location. Would be a very cozy apartment, if properly organized and cleaned, I suppose.

Cleaning in the bathroom. I had to remove lots of hairs from the draining hole in the shower and the shower doors were far from being clean. Even in winter too much streetlight at night. The curtains are not covering the whole window. No convenient sockets to charge the phone at night. There is an iron, but no ironing board available. Small towels, pretty worn out bed ware.

Flat was in the heart of the city. Clean well orginised and easy to access.

Check in time was too late.

It's a modern apartment and location is good. Cleaning was good. Good kitchen amenities. Easy check in instructions. Room size is good.

Due to high ceiling height and outer wall being all glass window it felt a bit cold during night when outside was about -20°C even though the floor heating was working fine. The stove top fan was very noisy. I don't mind taking the trash out when I leave but at this price it should be included without leaving a tip to the cleaner which is not customary in Finland

I was missing a small table: a pity to eat (or work)in front of a wall with such a great view.

The mechanical ventilation makes a lot of noice. There was one curtain missing. The window and doors of kitchen cupboards were not clean.

Amazing views. Clean apartment and bathroom, comfortable bed. Super location! Getting there and getting the key was easy and well informed.

Finding the trash cans from downstairs was difficult and the info about it wasn't very good. There could have been complimentary shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. Air condition was a bit loud and I didn't know how to turn it down.

cant turn off the air inductor making it quite cold for us. the noise of it was also an issue as we couldn’t sleep through it during the night.

Central location. Shops and restaurants nearby and in walking distance to train and busstation. Wifi worked well. Good view from 12th floor.

This is NOT a one room apartment, it is a studio with everything in one room. The bed is only a metre from the kitchen sink. Communication with the agency did not go well, we did not receive the entry codes before arrival and I did not get any answers to my questions. Very disappointing and unlike other places in Finland.
