Aucun personnel de disponible en cas de question. Pour 4 étoiles, c’est très dommage. Moins d’équipement que dans un hostel que nous avons fait la veille.

Reviewed Sep 18, 2026交通便利，地鐵1號線和3號線交會，蓮山站走3分鐘就到，地鐵有電梯，不用擔心大型行李。附近有超商、麵包店、Isaac Toast、bb.q炸雞、星巴克、大創、Olive Young。房間內有簡易廚房、大冰箱、微波爐、洗衣機、地熱。房門密碼鎖，不怕忘記帶門卡或鑰匙。
自助式入住、退房，房間若需要打掃，可另外付費。浴室空間較小，不是乾濕分離。

Reviewed Sep 6, 2026The location was superb as it sits within walking distance (2-3 mins) from Yeonsan station. There are amazing dining and shopping options (Olive Young) nearby as well. The accomodation was fully furnished, even with soaps and detergent, which was a pleasant surprise. The facilities are also quite well-maintained.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Everything was great. Location was a 60 second walk from the subway. Plenty of food options nearby. The room was spacious and clean and modern. The self check-in process was seamless and I had no issues. The room has everything you could need. Including a fridge and freezer, a microwave and a washing machine. Wouldn’t change a thing.

與客服溝通很困難，打了英文但客服回韓文，需要另外使用翻譯軟體。以往在國外住到這種物業通常都會回英文，畢竟太多外國旅客。另外，我們住了五天，已經知道不會有人來打掃了，所以想要自己打包垃圾，但問了客服卻說垃圾袋要我們自己買😅這也是跟以往經驗不一樣的地方

床の一部が物を置くと温かくなるのが気になった 警報装置が韓国語のみで、緊急放送のように文字情報を伴わない音声だけの警報が理解できなかった

Reviewed Aug 9, 2026空間舒適，有全身鏡，簡單的杯碗盤， 叉子筷子湯匙可以使用，有洗衣機，而且有洗碗精、洗衣精、沐浴乳、洗髮精, 十分充足，也有吹風機、櫥櫃下方有垃圾桶的塑膠袋備品。
入住四天只有兩瓶水、兩個膠囊咖啡，中間不會有房務打掃，比較可惜。

1.浴室水壓偏小。 2.隔音不算太好，是聽得到走廊其他戶開門聲，但可能入住期間沒有遇到很吵鬧的鄰居，所以入住期間還算舒適。 3.電梯只有兩台。 4.附近巷子有一些店，獨旅的人再小心注意自身安全、提高警覺。

Reviewed Jul 8, 2026Fully equipped offering everything you need, luggage storage is highlight especially for early arrival. Remote support is effective and response quickly.
There's dog bark at 14th floor not sure what happened. Still can smell smoke in wash room even smoking is prohibited for whole building, have make fans on all the time. There's a scar on screen door without proper fix, mosquito entered first night. All above not bothering much I mentioned here to help improve service only. I would stay again next time.

大廳的開門方式不太容易理解，第一天超過11點要入住時，在大廳門口嘗試了15分鐘還不知道怎麼開進去😂感謝同為住客的好心人解説開門方式，才得以順利入住。

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026Si tratta di una struttura di alta qualità, con monolocali dotati di tutto (cucina, bagno privato, lavatrice, balcone), puliti e ben arredati. Tutta la gestione è automatica, si riceve il codice per l'apertura della porta all'arrivo e si accede alle stanze. Abbiamo anche usufruito del deposito bagagli gratuito (che ha un codice di apertura separato), molto comodo. La posizione è ottima, praticamente in centro a Busan, con una grande quantità di attività commerciali e di ristorazione nelle vicinanze. Il panorama dalle camere, soprattutto dai piani più alti, è spettacolare.
La pulizia non viene effettuata, se non su esplicita richiesta (ma è normale in questo genere di strutture). Se proprio dovessi trovare un difetto direi che la zona potrebbe non essere adatta ai bambini, data la grande quantità di locali notturni di dubbia finalità nelle vicinanze.
