שיכונים וקצת מלחיץ לצאת בלילה, הסוויטה קטנה מאד (לצורך השוואה - סוויטה בקלאב הוטל גדולה יותר), הבניין לא הכי סימפטי. לא היה מספיק מקום לאחסון, לא היה מקום לתליה.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026התארחנו בדירה במשך יומיים . שני מבוגרים ושני ילדים, והייתה לנו חוויה מצוינת. כבר לפני ההגעה דניאל היה זמין, אדיב ועדכן אותנו כשהדירה הייתה מוכנה. כשהגענו הוא ליווה אותנו עד הכניסה לדירה באמצעות שיחת וידאו בוואטסאפ, כך שהכול היה פשוט ונוח. הבניין אמנם ישן, אבל הדירה עצמה משופצת, חדישה, נקייה ונעימה מאוד. המטבחון קטן אך מאובזר היטב, וניכר שחשבו על כל פרט. המקרר גדול, המיטות נוחות בצורה יוצאת דופן – לא ישנתי כל כך טוב כבר שנים. המזגנים מקררים מצוין, ויש גם טלוויזיה עם כבלים. המקלחת והשירותים בדירה,חדשים, מעוצבים נקיים ונוחים לשימוש. המיקום של הדירה פשוט מעולה – קרובה לים, לטיילת ולמרכז המסחרי. אמנם הגענו עם רכב, אבל כמעט לא השתמשנו בו. מלבד נסיעה אחת לחוף הדקל לקבלת שבת המקסימה, ולפארק המים ווטרלנד שהיה מצוין, לכל שאר המקומות הגענו ברגל. בנוסף, ביקשנו להישאר בדירה מעבר לשעת העזיבה, ודניאל המדהים נענה לבקשה ואישר לנו, דבר שהוסיף מאוד לחוויה. ממליצים בחום על המקום ועל דניאל! בהחלט נשמח להתארח שוב.

Right at the center , easy to reach anywhere, there is airco in every room so it’s easy to get cool quick , the owner was available to help with anything we needed, and on top of it it was a bargain great value for the apartment. ( they even had full face snorkeling masks 1 adult size and 2 for kids ). Small cozy apartment that was perfect for the 4 of us

Для нас ,пожилых людей немного напряжно подниматься по улице вверх до квартиры. Но мы это знали и претензий нет.

הדירה בבנין ישן מוזנח, התקשורת עם בעל הדירה לא היתה מיטבית. במקום שיהיה במקום דף הוראות ברורות עם כל מה שנדרש לדעת על הדירה או לחילופין שיעביר בווטסאפ את כל המידע, התחושה היתה שצריך לחלוב אותו לפרטים(מה הוויפי, המוגן, איזה ציוד יש במטבח(תשובה: "כמו כל דירת נופש")),אין בדירה שולחן אוכל סביר.

Reviewed Mar 16, 2026הדירה ממוקמת בדיוק מעל מרכז העיר, מתחתיה יש גם מרכז מסחרי עם סופר. מיקום מעולה! היא דירה שמתאימה בדיוק למשפחה עם 2-3 ילדים. מאובזרת, נוחה, שקטה ובאמת מצויינת. הוראות ההגעה היו מפורטות, הכול היה מושלם.
היה חסר רק דבר אחד: מטלית לניקוי השייש.. בקיצור, באמת היה הכול!

Reviewed Oct 12, 2025התארחנו בדירת שני החדרים. המיקום מעולה למי שמגיע ללא רכב, יש חניה בשפע למי שמגיע עם. הבעלים זמין ואדיב. הדירה הייתה די נקייה ויש בה את כל מה שצריך. המזגנים תקינים ויש אחד נפרד בכל חדר, מה שהיה יתרון בעיניינו. בסה"כ דירה טובה ונוחה. לי המיטה הייתה נוחה, לבעלי שסובל מכאבי גב פחות. יש מקלט בבניין.
הדירה הייתה נקייה בגדול, אך גילינו קופסת אוכל שמישהו שכח במיקרו וכן לכלוך מתחת למיטה באחד החדרים. המצעים נראו נקיים תחילה אך כשהזזנו את השמיכה גילינו בהם כתמים כאילו מכלור, ולא היה לי נעים לישון כך. הדירה דורשת שיפוץ קוסמטי. הקירות מלוכלכים ויש ליקויים שלמשפחה שלנו גרמו להרגשה לא כל כך נעימה (יתכן שיש אנשים להם זה לא יפריע). ידענו שמדובר לא בבניין חדש וזה לא הפריע לנו, כי בעבר התארחנו באילת בדירות בניינים ישנים שהיו מאוד מטופחים ונקיים. כאן מתחת לבניין היה מלוכלך מאוד. זה לא תלוי כל כך בבעלי הדירה, אבל חשוב בעיני לדעת. ההרגשה לא הייתה נעימה, אם כי המקום הרגיש בטוח. יש מקלט בבניין, אבל לא בכניסה בה נמצאת הדירה אלא בכניסה ליד. תפסה אותנו אזעקה פעמיים והיה קשה ממש להגיע עם שני ילדים קטנים לכניסה ליד תוך 30 שניות. אם הציון של הדירה לא היה 9.4 בעת שהזמנו אותה, כנראה לא היינו מתאכזבים. יתכן שדירות נוספות במתחם יותר טובות ומתוחזקות. דירת שני החדרים בה התארחנו לא הרגישה לנו יותר מ 7.

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025The place was terrible. I’m shocked that it’s even listed on your platform. I had to contact the host several times the day before arrival just to get directions. The property is in an old building under renovation, with constant noise. It’s a divided apartment with unbearable noise levels. There were cockroaches in the room. The maintenance level of the apartment is awful.

Living room furniture can use some stain removal, but otherwise the place is clean. The view to the sea is limited.

Reviewed Dec 5, 2023The apartment was great! Big two rooms, a living room, bathroom and a well equipped kitchen. The apartment was renovated, spotless clean, and equipped with air conditionings for hot days. The windows have curtains but also blinds which let you the apartment completely dark which is awsome as I can't sleep when light comes in! Ilan is a lovely host, let me check in early and leave my luggage with him because my flight back was only in the evening. Quiet building just a top of the hill from the main mall and the sea area- prime location! In conclusion, not one bad thing to say. When I'll go again for Eliah I will most definitely stay here again, and I recommend you do too :) Thank you for everything, I had a lovely stay.

we managed to open the place where the key was kept to get in but couldnt open it to put the key back when we left/ the building is not very nice. the apartment is much nicer than the building itself

A rude man came yelling because there was a miss understood with the keys, Im treating me like a Rober when I was changing rooms, asking me if I was taking the charger from the house, and if i was really telling the truth (and they were mine) he send us the wrong number for the key holder, he din’t send the internet password and I din’t have WhatsApp to ask him because he didn’t send it in advance, he dint have shampoo. I was scared of that man inside the room with me. (It wasn’t the owner)

The second bedroom is very small… only room for the bed and small gap to pass around it. Small kitchen but sufficient for our needs. The outdoor areas of the building were a bit run down.

Reviewed May 20, 2023modern and with an amazing shower, close to the beach and very clean. beds are so comfortable and TV has everything. parking is not a problem the place has parkings at the back you can see the car through the window. absolutely great and amazing value.
