Small unintentionall mistake in key code. Some stairs up to the door with big suitcase and a horrible cigarette smell on the approach to the apartment door.

1. Lack of bedding and blankets - usually apartments have extra for any case 2. The ACs filters were filthy, i had to take them out and clean them in order for the AC to cool properly - the filters were never cleaned, no air was passing though the massive layer of dust that took me while to clean out 3. Some beddings were ripped

התכתבנו עם בעל הנכס עניינית. מצאנו את המקום די בקלות, אבל חייבים לעשות זאת לפי ההורעות שהבעלים שלחו, לא לפי הכתובת. הדירה והמטבח מאובזרים ונקיים. אפילו הייתה ערימה של ציוד לשנורקל!

המזרון לא היה נוח לנו - התנועות של בן זוג מורגשות מאוד. חוץ מזה - הכל מעולה!

Очень приятные апартаменты, все очень продумано, 2 комнаты, много места, все чистенько, аккуратно. Полностью оборудованная кухня. Близко магазины, тихо, хозяин очень любезный. Мы в восторге!

Clean, includes all the required. Good communication with owners and good service. Free parking (marked as multicultural parking zone, but owners mentioned that no payment is required).

Old neighborhood, noisy. But with closed windows is less a problem.

הדירה נקיה מאוד, הושקעה מחשבה רבה באיבזור המטבח ובכלל. מכונת הכביסה היתה מועילה מאוד והמארח אפילו השאיר קנקן מים קרים במקרר

המיטות לא הכי נוחות והמגבות קטנות ולא רכות

הדירה נקייה, לא חסר כלום לכמה ימי נופש משפחתי. הבעלים נחמד וזמין, למרות שלא היינו זקוקים לו הרבה. חשוב לציין כי ישנם כ12 מדרגות מבחוץ כדי להגיע לדירה. בדירה יש מכונת כביסה, מקרר בגודל מספיק למשפחה, פן, מגהץ ועוד.

הכל היה בסדר גמור.

אזור של הבית פחות נעים, שכונה פחות סימפטית וגם אקוסטיקה של הבית מאפשרת לשמוע כל צליל מבחוץ; שווה את הכסף, אבל לא לצפות ללוקשיין מיוחד, לבוא לישון זה מתאים

Everything was great, host helpful, the place perfect!

Nothing incovenient

Its a great apartment. Very clean and well looked after. I would have given 10/10 except its not that easy to find if you don't read or speak Hebrew. Fortunately my wife does, even then the instructions given were not easy to understand due to the fact we arrived from a different direction. If the host could send a pin location it would be so much easier. Great value for money and I would definitely stay there again. Parking was super easy.

Run out of hot water due to lack of sun. Host just forgot to mention that you need to turn on the power when its cloudy. Directions need to be better.

There is everything you need in the apartment. A lot of space. Comfortable bed. Fully equipped kitchen.

Lovely spaciousness, quiet apartment with lots of attention to detail for a lovely stay. Just seconds to a convenience store and less than 5 min walk to the supermarket and the bus stop to the beach via the pedestrian lanes. Lovely sheets.

The value for money supercedes the location which is not near the beach for those who wish to be downtown. One can walk down to the beach in 30 min, the climb back up is a good workout. 15 min on the bus to Royal Beach. 5 min taxi to the bus station.

Difficulty in getting location

Everything new and clean. Everything works. All the facilities. Hot water always. Big bed. Big fridge. Parking near the house.

A little bit noisy neighbors.

A great value for a whole apartment. It's well equipped with cooking stuff, refrigerator, and even a washing machine. Also furnished is a clothes drying rack. Snorkel gear, too. Good WiFi. And all the space of a one bedroom apartment, bigger than a hotel room; a long term stay would be comfortable here. Not far from the central bus station. More of a walk to the Red Sea.

It would have been good to have the code to the lock box and clear directions to where it was hidden, sent via Booking.com messages. Because it was almost the sabbath, I called the host (for quicker response than messaging), who then called the man in the neighboring unit to help with that. They were all nice about it and I was able to gain access to the apartment. However, some of this may have been my fault for not having WhatsApp if good instructions were sent there. (Israelis love WhatsApp). I was paying attention to my e-mail, where Booking.com messages would appear.

Very nice apartment. Had a great time from June 30 to July 2, 2024. Everything is in the apartment, everything is in excellent condition. There were three of us adults with one child. Thanks to the owner for quality accommodation for us tourists.

the weather was hot. the location is very far from all attractions and sea. there were a lot Christian literature in apartment.

Very basic

Very spacious one bedroom apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. The apartment is very well equipped and has free WiFi and plenty of free parking around it.

The property is great and has everything you need for a short stay in Eilat. We received great instructions of how to find and enter the property. The property was spotlessly clean.

Room was good for a family on a budget. Slept 2 kids plus one on the floor. Full fridge and equipped kitchen. Washing machine was nice and even included some soap to use. Parking was on street. Supermarket nearby.

One A/C didn't work when we arrived, but the host had it repaired within 2 hours. The neighbors were loud. Yelling and honking on the street from locals until late at night one evening. Windows not soundproofed. Room had washer, but no dryer or any place to hang wet laundry.

The apartment has all the facilities, all what you need. Everything clean and new. It located 15 minutes by feet from the Central bus station. Kitchen is fully equipped and has a full-size fridge. Supermarket is just near the house.

Like paper walls, you can hear neighbours and everything on street. Looks very cheap.

the location was very convenient but the neighborhood wasn't the nicest. However definately value for money.

The only thing that I would improve is the bed. It could be a bit better. It wasn't bad, but not brilliant.

Very clean, organized, spacious and completely furnished. Everything you need is in, from small oven to microwave, toaster, kettle, large fridge. Even washing machine with detergent, iron, and snorkeling masks. Parking and supermarket really close. Very quiet area. Air conditioned and wi fi perfect. Nice host.
