You can safely arrange any tour you want in Luxor with Mohammad. The house is really comfortable, clean, very close to grocery stores and restaurants, and in a safe location.It's also very easy to cross to the east coast and return by felluka. The location is good, as we are on the calmer side of the river but can find everything we need close by. The apartment was big and well decorated, perfect for 4 people. The pool was a big plus, as it was really pleasant to take a swim in the egyptian heat.

It's clean, spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The water pressure in the shower was very very low. Two weeks before my stay, I asked for a $15 hotel airport pickup and had to wait 30 minutes! I just rented a car from the hotel for the day and was taken to a totally unattractive souvenir shop and an expensive, bad restaurant that the hotel was linked to.

This is the second time I have stayed at this exceptional property. It is located on the West Bank just steps away from a gorgeous boardwalk with plentiful boats to get you to the East Bank and feluccas for tranquil sunset sails. The are an abundance of restaurants and a little supermarket. The apartments are spotlessly clean, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. They offer what the name suggests… luxury. They even have a washing machine and a drying rack. The pool is fabulous. Very clean and refreshing. It has a poolside shower to rinse off and comfy loungers. There is a little section of the garden with tables and chairs to socialize outdoors. I fell in love with Ramses and Nefetari, the tortoise couple. Mohammed is a delight. Kind, friendly and accommodating to all requests. He gets you great deals on balloon rides and tours.

Muhammad our host is friendly and helpful to organize our visits and activities. West Bank is calmer than east bank and the people are helpful.

Mohamed our host was really excellent and also a very nice man. He was always at hand even to the point where I woke him up at 3.15 am on the morning of our return flight with a text because the taxi he arranged didn't turn up (thanks Mohamed!). I found the whole experience of our trip to Luxor a very warm one and would be delighted to come back.

Really there was nothing we didn't like. The flat had the odd niggle but Mohamed attended to them immediately so no complaints there.

There is construction on the main road and dirt everywhere. Smelly bedsheets and there was no water once and the guy responsible was not available to respond. Neighbors helped me. $105 a night is a rip off. Better to get hotel on east bank and go by boat.

The owner was very helpful and friendly with good English. He’s really kind and interesting man, he was was always ready to assist us with any problem we had. The apartment was amazing. Very clean and specious. There was everything what we needed from laundry machine and hairdryer to heating and AC. Location was close to trust worthy shops and good restaurants recommended by the owner. Privet pool area with sunbeds was perfect place to chill.

The accomodation offered us everything that we expected. When we needed something, each request, no problem at all. The owner is such a nice guy, does everything he can to make your stay as good as possible. Location provides nice access to Nile river, beautiful views. Loved it!

The apartment was very spacious and had a seperate living area, bathroom and bedroom. The host was very kind and helpful.

There was no body wash, shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom and the bathroom also echoed loudly.

The place was clean and I got to have the keys provided to me directly and things explained.

The wifi was just not stable. I planned to do some work while here, but I am realizing in Egypt in general that's difficult. The internet is very unstable.

Clean and modern in a great location just off the West Bank Corniche. Washing machine was a godsend with powder provided. Lots of restaurants within a couple of minutes walk. Obama the owner was helpful in showing us the local mini market and recommended restaurants. Easy to get boat to east bank from end of road.

Our stay couldn’t have been better. Plenty of space in an apartment that has been meticulously designed with a lot of attention to detail. The private patio garden area outside the sliding doors had a clothes rack to dry laundry. The kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, which is perfect for those who travel light and need to refresh their wardrobes. The pool area is gorgeous and inviting. The building is on a quiet dirt road just steps away from the West Bank of the Nile waterfront, near ferries, and directly across from Karnak Temple. There are dozens of small restaurants on the waterfront but we enjoyed Nile Freedom so much we returned there whenever hungry. Obama, our host, was a sheer joy to be around and looked after us so well it was hard to leave.

A holiday we will never forget. We were warmly welcomed by the owner Mohammed. The apartment was larger than expected and beautiful. The outdoor area with swimming pool and sun beds was also well maintained. We were immediately given a tour of the area and a lovely spot to have breakfast behind the house. We wanted to do a hot air balloon flight, a horseback ride and do a bike ride, this was immediately arranged by Mohammed down to the last detail with a pick-up service at the apartment. We experienced the residents of the area as extremely warm and hospitable. We will definitely come back and already miss Luxor.

Mohamed was such a best host! The place has ample space, was a 5 minute walk from the boats to cross over to the west bank, and there are local restaurants and that reflect Egypt’s authentic beauty.

The WiFi could’ve been stronger and more stable.

The hosts were continuously responsive and accommodating. We were in contact and able to meet at a time that was comfortable for everyone. The location was perfect and the home was spacious and comfortable. We loved our stay. Would highly recommend.

It does experience brief power cuts and it warms up inside quickly without electricity. Provision of basics like toilet paper and drinking water would have been a thoughtful gesture.

There were quite a few things to be liked specially the warm welcome by the host. The place was totally neat and clean like new. Almost everything of daily use was available. The host specially took out time and took me outside to show all around like the super store, the nearby eating place and where to get the boat to travel to the other side of the Nile. Immediately arranged for the drop off to airport on my request. It was very peaceful place. Beds were comfortable.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Mohamed can assist you with everything that you need including airport transfer. The apartments are very big and clean, also near a bunch of restaurants and market. The apartments are fully equipped. The whole experience was amazing.

My family (2 adults, kids 13, 13, 11) had a great time at this hotel. There was a small kitchen, washing machine and a pool. We enjoyed being on the West bank as it was a bit calmer but still had good restaurants and small shops. The hosts were great and looked after us. The hotel was very clean.

Family of five stayed here for three nights. New modern apartment with AC in every room. Convenient location with many restaurants and shops nearby, yet quiet. Mohammed is kind and shows us real hospitality.

Very good location on west bank near the frequent official ferry. Peaceful and friendly. Nice shop for basics close by. Very comfortable and well equipped apartment. Housekeeper Habashi attentive but not intrusive. Mohammed picked us from the train station and arranged our car to Hurghada at a fair price. He was on hand to help without being pushy. Good guys. Pool was ice cold but it was February!. Nice pool and garden area to chill out in.

This apartment has a great location on the quieter westbank of Luxor. Many nice restaurants in very short walking distance with stunning view of Nile and the eastbank. Including a small supermarket where you can get all of your essentials and more. Spacious appartement, clean, decent size pool and most of all, peace and quiet from the hussle and bustle of Luxor.

We chose Spirit Luxor Luxury for its location on the west bank of the Nile, which offers a more authentic atmosphere compared to the opposite side, better time and price accessibility to the sights and significantly more peace. If you need to move to the center of Luxor, there are many motor boats available at a low price. The apartment building is right next to restaurants with good food and drink and especially with wonderful views across the Nile to the historic city. The apartment seemed luxurious, it was very pleasant, extra large, clean, well equipped, with a quality mattress, with nets on the windows and a pleasant garden with a swimming pool. The crown of the good feeling of the stay is created by the always smiling and friendly Mohamed, who helped us not only with transportation from Hurghada to Luxor and organizing trips, but also informed us about local prices and conditions. After a week of stay, we assess that our decision was correct, the accommodation was really excellent in all respects and we felt comfortable and safe here.

The apratment was in a great condition with all appliances and utilities being top notch. The helping staff, Ragab was really helpful and gave us tips on how to get things done, suggested prices to us and even accompanied us when we wanted to buy some backeries to show us the way. Really appreciate his help.

The apartment was amazing - plenty of space, a kitchen, a good bathroom, and outside there is even a pool to refresh after a long day of sightseeing. The location was great too - in the vicinity of good restaurants by the Nile, on the best side of the river for most of the archaeological sides and very good connection to the other bank of the river with Luxor temple and Karnak. You would definitely be on the more authentic side of Luxor. The real boon, however, was the host, Mohammed, who really goes out of his way to make the stay special for all his guests. He organised various activities for me, was always fair, and genuinely cared to ensure that his guests saw the best of Luxor!

It was so much more spacy and luxurious than we thought! Exceeded our expectations. Size of the apartment is very large for two people. It's a stylish place. You have everything you could need, from a kitchen with a cooker to a washing machine. Also, the host Mohamed was very friendly and helpful.

Just a few very slight points of critique: the swimming pool was too cold (in December) to swim in with 26 degrees weather maximum (but that's to be expected). Also the bath tub has an edge that sloped towards the wall. The shower is in the tub, which made that you're likely to wet the bathroom floor anyway, but the hand shower tube was leaking and due to the sloping bath edge all water ends up on the floor. Unknowingly, we flooded the bathroom once this way, by using the hand shower for a few minutes. Though, we told the host and he was happy we told him so he could fix it, so I assume it's a thing of the past.

The team that manages the apartment is awrsome. They attend to your every request. The apartment is clean and super spacious. There is a pool and tub, which is a plus with the Luxor weather being so hot.

Quiet location at a walking distance from all restaurants and the jetty. The appartement is very spacious with a big bedroom and large living room + kitchen and private terrasse. The owner is super responsive and helpful, he sent us his driver Mohammed which took a great care of us : pick up, arranging balloon tour, recommending restaurants always with great smile and energy

We had an apartment on the ground floor. The rooms are really huge. The kitchen was fully equipped and a washing machine is also available. The highlight is the garden with pool. The owner and houskeeper are amazing people.

The host, Obama was amazing, he personally greeted us at 23pm, took us to the market to buy necesssary items like water, took us to a restaurant that would be open at that hour so that we can have dinner. Took care of us like family and attended to all our needs immediately, we felt very comfortable with him and all his helpers. Would recommend it to everyone who wants to experience the real Egyptian service!

Everything was perfect!

The location was on the West side of the Nile in a very quiet area in the sense of little noise of traffic and city noises. The main city is right across the river and you can access the main city (Luxor) anytime for about 1-2 USD by boat taxi. Our host (Mohamad +201063800086 on WhatsApp) was fantastic and offered to help us arrange anything we wanted or needed to include libations, taxi rides, excursions such as Balloon car service Felucca, etc and all for under prices we had checked online through tour companies. Mohamad checked on us many times to see if there was anything we needed or he could help with but was never pushy or intruding. We felt super safe in the area! In fact, my wife and I cannot count how many times we were asked if we feel safe in the area. Local Egyptians in the area seemed to be genuinely concerned that my wife and I felt safe in their area. The room was very clean with beautiful marble floors. The pictures posted for the property are perfectly accurate. The washer worked without issue and we used the pool on the property that was kept up very well. Firsts class all around. We will return and stay here again and we highly recommend Mohamad, The Spirit Luxor Luxury and the area if you are going to be in Luxor!

Nothing was in this list because everything far exceeded our expectations. I wish I had understood some of the rules of tourism in Egypt before I had gone. No matter what you are told, there is a culture to understand with the hawking and tours but if you stay at the Spirit Luxor Luxury, work with Mohamad to get some great excursion deals. He is the best and his room is top notch!

The location was a little bit far from the center, approximately 30-40 minutes. However, this didn’t impact us as we were being transferred by taxi which was really cheap.

The caretakers Mohammad and Ragab were incredible- very hospitable and accommodating to our requests. The property was spacious and clean, the garden area was very cam and nice to sit in. Although the property is on the West Bank of Luxor, it is right next to the Nile and so it is easy to take a boat across to the East (the caretakers are also more than happy to help organise one for the guests).

First of all I want to mention Mohamed who is an exceptional, friendly person who helped us a lot. The superb apartment with a very beautiful location.

Mohamed and Regep were great to us! Very lovely and warm. Regep helped us to but some beer for the evening, Mohamed took me to buy traditional clothing, after I asked him where locals would buy such garment. And he made sure nobody would overcharge me. They provide a tidy and warm home, with a washing machine, pool, comfortable bed and everything you need. Mohamed can also take you around Luxor for a little extra cost. If you are in Luxor, you should book this accomodation!

Big rooms and close to boats and fairy station

Amazing stay at Spirit Luxor Luxory! Located at the Westbank! Just a 15 min walk to the local ferry, which bring you to the east bank, and only cost 5 egp. The Westbank is more quiet is you want to escape the rush. Obama made us feel more than welcome! He showed us around and told us where to eat. His private driver Mohamed brought us to the valley of the Queens and Habu temple. He will bring you anywhere you want. The appartment was very spacious and clean. If you want you can use the pool. The highlight of our stay was the hot air Balloon tour! They charge you a fair price. Would definitely recommand this place.

Very good value for money, we stayed in a huge apartment with a washing machine and even a bath. The staff is also super nice, both Osama and Mohamed were amazing to us. Chill location, not loud at all, friendly locals, supermarket and a restaurant close by.

I can't say much, might be worth mentioning that it is located on the West bank, so not exactly optimal for food delivery, but you can be on the other side by boat in around 10 minutes, rigth in the heart of Luxor.
