Geruchsbelästigung durch Abfälle des darunter liegenden Restaurants (zumindest bei extremer Hitze)

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, das Bett ist sehr komfortabel und die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Maas einfach klasse. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und die Überraschungen im Kühlschrank machten den Start perfekt. Nochmals vielen Dank für alles!

Schöne große Wohnung im ersten Stock. Bequemes Bett und Sofa, Decken und Kissen sind auch für den Wohnbereich vorhanden. Sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Kaffee, Tee, Zucker, Wasser, alles für den Start in den Urlaub vorhanden Die Terrasse ist ein Wahnsinn! Sehr gute Möbel und der Ausblick ist einmalig. Da wir 30°C hatten, war es auch in der Wohnung sehr heiß. Nach Anruf an die Gastgeber haben uns diese einen Ventilator und Fliegengitter fürs Wohnzimmer gebracht. Danke dafür, war dann etwas ertäglicher

Enge, steile Treppe in den ersten Stock (mit großen Koffer nicht so einfach). Durch das schöne Wetter übers Pfingstwochenende, waren sehr viele Leute an der öffentlichen Badestelle vorm Haus. Grillen, Trinken und viel Musik bis in die frühen Morgenstunden..(dafür kann natürlich der Gastgeber nichts)

Sehr gemütliche toll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einen phantastischen Terrasse. Die Lage ist super, man kann in alle Richtungen tolle Ausflüge unternehmen und es gibt sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Vermieter sind super nett und geben auch noch schöne Tipps für Unternehmungen. Leider war das Wetter die ganze Woche sehr schlecht, so dass wir diese traumhafte Terrasse nicht nutzen konnten. Aber wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und haben dann hoffentlich etwas Sonne.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Das tolle Wetter hat uns die Terrasse wunderbar nutzen lassen. Der Blick auf die Maas ist einfach wundervoll. Die Ferienwohnung hat eine hochwertige und komplette Ausstattung. Pflegeprodukte sind in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Ebenso Wasser und lokales Bier haben wir als Begrüßungsgeschenk im Kühlschrank vorgefunden. Das Bett war sehr bequem und wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Man kann sich wunderbar selber verpflegen oder auch in die Brasserie in der Umgebung fahren. Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag da und haben uns Namur und die Umgebung angeschaut.

Het is een heel fijn appartement, met een prachtig uitzicht. De verhuurder, Isa, is heel hartelijk. Wifi doet het ook prima. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden!

Everithing was perfect. It is in a supeb surroundings, close to Namur on the beautiful bank of the Meuse River. The hosts are the most amiable people in the world.

Wel gehorig als er iemand boven loopt en je moet niet slecht ter been zijn om er te komen. Maar dit zou ons er niet van weerhouden nog een keer te gaan.

Lovely, extremely confortable gite in beautiful peaceful location. The apartment is above a Michelin starred restaurant, with a balcony looking over the tranquil Meuse River. A complete escape.

Tout était absolument parfait ! Accueil chaleureux et très sympathique de Jean-Christophe, installation parfaite, cadre exceptionnel... Appartement très bien équipé et très très confortable. La terrasse en surplomb de la Meuse permet d'apprécier le paysage. Nous avons pu admirer la végétation aux couleurs de l'automne. Très bel endroit pour venir s'y ressourcer ! Un grand merci à nos hôtes !

Conseils de visites et de restaurants

Les quelques aller-retour dans les escaliers des salariés du restaurant très tôt le matin (6h)et très très tard le soir (+minuit) Heureusement fermeture les dimanches et lundis

J'ai tout aimé : la localisation vue sur meuse, l'acceuil, la clarté ce l'appartement, la déco, la tranquillité. Le coin salon en prolongation de la cuisine est très cosy. Beaucoup de rangements. Cuisine équipée au top. Plein de petites choses de dépannage dans les placards. L'ameublement général est de qualité et on sent que la propriétaire l'a choisi avec soin. J'ai enfin trouvé mon lieu de résidence "parfait" pour mes séjours professionnels à Namur.

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gemütlich und komfortabel ausgestattet. Es ist eine kleine Wohlfühloase, in der sich hervorragend entspannen lässt. Absolutes Highlight ist die tolle Terrasse direkt mit Blick auf die Maas! Einfach wunderschön - wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und haben uns mit Stadtplan und Tipps ausgestattet. Ebenfalls fanden wir ein Gastgeschenk in unserem Kühlschrank - regionales Bier und Wasser - es ist Kaffee und Tee vorhanden - kurzum es war ein wunderschönes Wochenende!

The place is very well kept, the beds are comfy, the shower is great with lots of hot water, the kitchen is very well equipped and the view is gorgeous. Very quiet location and the host helped with any questions we had.

The stairs are a bit tricky carrying your luggage up.

Lovely hosts and an immaculate apartment. It looks just like the photos, but it is in pristine condition and feels very sanitary - good shower etc! Bonus points to the hosts for the complimentary water and beers, and even for arranging all the coal, tongs, and extras we needed for the grill. A truly lovely spot for a couple's weekend away.

Beautiful accommodation in a peaceful setting. Well appointed with high end finishes. Lovely garden. Warm welcome from hosts who provided great suggestions for visiting the area as well as bike hire to enjoy the scenic countryside.

Very friendly and enthusiastic welcome. Beautiful view and quiet location. The apartment has all the amenities you could need. It's a very light and airy place with lovely decor. And for a rainy day in, the TV has more options than you could ask for.

Parking wasn't designated, and because of the restaurant downstairs, which is very popular, parking is sometimes a challenge. But it's free and you can always find a spot nearby. For a longer stay, you may miss a washer/dryer, but we stayed a midweek and it was not an issue.

Wonderful hosts. Beautiful location right on the river. Apartment is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated. Loved our stay ! Bed is very comfortable too.

The view was lovely and so peaceful. The apartment was cozy and the furniture and beds were very comfortable. It was thoughtfully decorated.

It would have been nice if the area had a bakery or a small store in walking distance.

Lovely situation overlooking the river. Enjoyable to sit and watch the world go by sitting on the terrace. Owners obviously taken time to ensure it provided a sense of luxury

It is a very comfortable apartment for a few days stay. Clear instructions how to find the apartment, personal greeting on arrival. Good location just outside of Namur, very quiet, nice view of the river, plenty of street parking, big terrace (not usable in December, sadly, but should be lovely in warm weather). Very well equipped kitchen. Xmas tree in the living room was a lovely surprise, as was the Xmas present from the owners (and a couple of Belgian beers in the fridge).

Would be good to have a couple of hooks by the door to hang the coats on. But it's only a minor detail, everything else was perfect.
