Ezhome Mesahill

No towels

Comfortable. Clean. Very clear direction for check in purpose

Need to upgrade tv due not support anymore (lacking) and aircond at room.

Good

Kawasan mudah dan parkir disediakan

Peralatan macam pisau, sodep, tempat letak pinggan basah tiada. Mungkin boleh tambah baik laik.

Dun like

Clean room , comfortable bed, toilet clean everything was good for me

The window is so dangerous, no safety for kids

Semuanya

Tiada

Selesa & bersih

A bit confuse to get the homestay key

the location

that i order 3 bedroom and only got 2 bedroom

The home & location itself is convenient. The house is clean and comfy.

The parking location very hard to find based on management map provided. The label is too small to noticed. The password for door is too long.. easier if do the tap card access instead.

Tiada

It's location just below a mall

If the place has no basic amenities like soap or towels. It would be nicer to have been mentioned in the description so we could bring our own. We arrived extremely late in the wee morning so there was no shops to buy them. Bed looked like they were not exactly cleaned or changed with signs of wrinkle n hair. Dusty floor signs of poor cleaning. Key card was another crazy part where we didn't know where to get them. Spend 45 min searching running up and down the long steep car park area

Everything

Nothing

1) The mall is just within walking distance and it is easy to get food without having to drive out 2) Great view of Nilai, we could even see planes queuing up to land and the KLIA control tower 3) Interesting to see MILA university next door - huge place 4) Spacious living area & bathroom 5) Windy 6) Ruben water heater which is rare and it works well and good water pressure 7) Car park is located so near to the lift lobby

1) We had more than one car and when asked where to park, instead of giving option that we can park at the Mall, the host just brushed aside and told us they only have one car park. When this question was asked when booking, I did not get any response at all. Thanks to the security who was helpful and also the Mall customer service whom had provided me the information. 2) Pungent smell throughout the evening after checking in especially at the living area which has caused uneasiness 3) Cleaning can be further improved - bed sheet has stains 4) Curtain rail fell on us at the second bedroom 5) The hanging lights are so dangerous as they are too low and can cause mishaps. Please also change fused bulbs
