Fuimos una de 6 con una bebé, te piden fianza de 500€ la nevera jamás funcionó ya que está atascada y no abre, lo reporte al número que me daban les escribí y durante la estancia no tuve respuesta ,El Personal administrativo muy bien me informaron que podía hacer el check out entre las 11 y 11;30 que había problema, el Día de la salida llegó un personal de limpieza a las 11:20 a decirnos go go finish ni siquiera un buenos días en lo que yo le dije que un momento ya salía tomo a mi madre del brazo y la sacó del brazo y amo bebé detrás al reclamarle Nos empezó a decir muchas cosas en francés que no entendíamos mi hermana la empezó a grabar lo cual le quitó el móvil y lo arrojó al suelo y nos empieza para salir, la escucha de la administradora era que tenía problemas familiares

We were told to call the caretaker when we arrived. Our phones only had data so only works for WhatsApp calls and shop next door was closed. Caretaker does not use WhatsApp so there was confusion on arrival. We originally booked the apartment for 10 people - but luckily some of our family didn't come. This apartment DOES NOT accommodate 10 people. There are 3 bedrooms with double beds. There is a long couch where some people could theoretically sleep but unless it was 4 small children or a bunch of teenagers on holiday, I cannot imagine how this would work. There is only one bathroom. This apartment is comfortable for, at most, 6 people. We made it work, but it would have been a nightmare if we had been 10 people. Kitchen is clean and ok. We would have appreciated a few starter coffee pods, but otherwise fine.

Έκανα κράτηση για διαμέρισμα ενός υπνοδωματίου με σαλόνι και μου έδωσαν έναν πολύ μικρό ενιαίο χώρο με ένα κρεβάτι και ένα διθέσιο σε έναν διάδρομο με διαχωριστικό. Για 4 άτομα υπερβολικά μικρό. Ο ιδιοκτήτης δεν απαντούσε στο τηλέφωνο και περιμέναμε αρκετά για το check in. Χρεώνει 500 ευρώ εγγύηση και αν δεν πλύνεις τα πιάτα σου κρατάει χρήματα από την εγγυήση.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Lo que más me gustó fue la ubicación. Es una zona tranquila. En unos 25 minutos andando está Notre Dame. Cerca hay paradas de metro y de autobuses justo en la puerta. Del alojamiento me gustó el baño y la terraza.
Me resultó agobiante para los cuatro. Aunque solo estábamos para dormir. Es un estudio, todo en una misma habitación, pensaba que seria algo más amplio. La TV no funcionaba y la lavadora estaba en el pasillo a compartir con otros huéspedes.

Cómo gestionan la atención al cliente, reclamaciones para devolver el depósito que no contestan, el alojamiento no responde, Booking dice que no puede hacer nada, en fin un desastre

Falsche Beschreibung der Wohnung - das "Apartment mit Balkon" für 7 Personen hat in Wirklichkeit keinen Balkon, sondern nur einen Austritt, auf den noch nicht mal ein Stuhl passt. Das Balkon-Foto, das bei Booking zu dieser Wohnung zu sehen ist, stammt von einer anderen Wohnung. Sehr ärgerlich, da wir die Wohnung vor allem wegen des Balkons gebucht hatten. Die Nähe zu den Metrostationen "Strasbourg Saint-Denis" und "Réaumur Sebastopol" ist zwar praktisch, was man allerdings vor der Haustür, in den Seitenstraßen und vor den Eingängen zur Metro "Strasbourg Saint-Denis" zu sehen bekommt, möchte man nicht wirklich sehen. Schuld ist wahrscheinlich die Nähe zu Bahnhöfen Gare de I'Est und Gare du Nord. Wer mit Kindern unterwegs ist, sollte sich das gut überlegen.

We paid for a balcony and it was only a Juliette balcony with no furniture. This was not the same as other apartments. There were ants in the living area. Bathroom door did not close properly. The staff were late to work so we couldn’t check out to reach our activity for the day on time.

We had a washing and tumble dryer outside our door which on the Sunday night was still going on at midnight making a lot of nosey you could also hear the people Above so toilets was clean neither was the one of the duvet shits they had black marks on them the the shower head was rusty and didn’t look clean and one of the plug sockets behind the the bedside table wasn’t even attached to the wall we only do one person working there and that’s when we checked in another saw anyone again Apartment was cosy small for the price picture definitely are deceiving when you’re a family of four

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and Mr Pryer was especially helpful throughout our visit. The only issue was that the air conditioning was not working in one of the rooms, which made sleeping a little difficult during the heatwave. Aside from that, everything else was good and we enjoyed our stay.

Апартамента, в който отседнахме беше достатъчно голям за 11 човека. Леглата са удобно, диваните също. Квартала е страхотен. Имаше всичко необходимо и на 3 мин. от метрото. Депозите беше върнат на другия ден, след напускането ни. Надявам се, да имам възможност отново да го посетя! 🙂
Едниствено в две от спалните нямаше климатик, но се компенсира, като оставите вратите отворени и влиза хладно от общата част.

We had to deposit another 500 EUR to get the keys. This is mentioned somewhere but felt a bit odd. The appartment itself is ok but rather small. With four people we could sleep there but hardly move around with luggage on top. Expect to just sleep there and leave for everything else.

No wifi at all, TV not connected to internet so can’t watch World Cup, even can’t play the normal program. I have to go to pub 1am in the morning to watch. There was also hordes of ants to avoid while walking in the room.

J'avais réservé un appartement pour 7 personnes, on m'avait assuré après plusieurs appels de ma part à l'établissement qu'il y aurait 2 chambres, or il n'y avait qu'1 chambre l'autre lit de 2 personnes était dans le salon avec les 2 autres salons convertibles. En fait c'était un dortoir, un peu gênant pour l'intimité entre amis. De plus, nous n'avions pas de quoi diner ou déjeuner puisque hormis une petite table haute de desserte fixe en cuisine avec 2 chaises hautes il n'y avait qu'une petite table de salon et 2 chaises. Donc nous n'avons pas pu nous restaurer dans l'appartement comme nous l'avions prévu cela nous a occasionné un surcoût non prévu en restauration. Et pour couronner le tout la clim était en panne donc imaginez à 7 confinés dans un appartement en période de canicule. On nous a obligeamment prêté des ventilateurs dont 2 devaient remonter de la cave plein de poussière. On a du les nettoyer avant de s'en servir. La porte de la douche ne fermait pas non plus et cela ne devait pas dater du jour car il y avait des marques noires sur le bac de douche. Vous comprendrez que j'espère de votre part un geste un remboursement d'une part parce que ce lieu ne correspondait à nos attentes et d'autre part nous avons subi surcoût en restauration qui n'était pas prévu. Dans l'attente de votre réponse.

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Na aplicação dizia 2 quartos. E era somente um cómodo com uma cama e um sofá cama mesmo ao lado. O lixo da cozinha ficava encostado ao sofá cama. Quando chegamos fomos informados do calção que antes não tinha sido informado mas nos mostraram que está nas informações no app Ok pagamos o calção de 500€ que até agora não foi devolvido e nem conseguimos um contato, pois quando envio mensagens eles não respondem mais. O local em si não é ruim, mas nos sentimos lesados pelo engano dos quartos que não eram separados e por não receber o retorno do calção! Afinal o funcionário nos garantiu que era devolvido em dez dias, já tem mais de 20 dias e não sabemos o motivo de não receber o reembolso. Cuidado!
No app dizia dois quartos, que não era real. Pagamos um calção de 500€ e não vou devolvido e muito menos somos informados do motivo

Reviewed Jun 27, 2026Pierre was lovely and helpful. Bag storage was in the property below. It felt safe and secure. Beds were huge and very comfy. The apartment had a fully equipped kitchenette and two TV’s with access to Netflix and Youtube. It also had great AC and a Fan which kept us cool during the heatwave. Bathroom was also clean.Pierre also gave us another lot of towels since there were 6 of us staying!
Water pressure was quite bad but it did the job. Not enough toilet paper for 6 people to stay, we had to buy more.

La ducha, el agua salía muy caliente, nunca logre temperarla. La ubicación no es tan céntrica si lo que prefieres es caminar a los sitios turísticos.

Muebles deteriorados, una mesa pequeña para una capacidad de 12 personas con únicamente 4 taburetes. Solamente un baño para 12 personas. Además debajo de las camas y los muebles, se encontraron objetos y suciedad. Se escribió al casero que nunca contestó. No había vajilla suficiente tampoco. La cocina es minúscula y no está bien equipada.

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026The bed and pillows were quite comfortable. We appreciated the water bottles in the fridge. Pierre, the gentleman who checked us in was pleasant.
The air conditioning didn’t work, therefore made the night very uncomfortable. The condenser outside the window appeared to be completely clogged. The curtains and windows were also very dirty. The window was open when we arrived, perhaps it was known the AC was not working. The freezer needs to be cleaned and defrosted. The overhead showerhead was filthy with black mold. Also, if you need to park a car, be sure to have cash as a CC is not accepted. The attendant insisted we go find a place to withdraw cash at 22:45. I don’t make a habit of complaining, but if you want to be fair, provide a clean and functioning accommodation.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Klucze do mieszkania odebraliśmy od pracownika kamienicy. Mieszkanie czyste i ładnie urządzone chociaż są widoczne ślady zniszczeń po najemcach. Wi-Fi działało bez problemu. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania Paryża. Blisko jest metro, sklep i restauracje. Bezpieczna okolica.
Bardzo wysoka kaucja za apartament. Wiadomość dzień przed wyjazdem z mieszkania że kuchnia ma być posprzątana bo zostaną naliczone dodatkowe koszt za sprzątanie. (Ja zawsze zostawiam po sobie porządek bo nigdy nie wiem czy do danego miejsca jeszcze nie wrócę.)

The evening staff member that had to check us in was heartless. My 4 year old girl was begging for the toilet, but he wouldn't let us use the office/his toilet, until we have paid the deposit (which was NOT so clear stated on the Booking.com page). She was so desperate to go, she ended up pooping her pants right there in the foyer. I had to make her take it off and poop it all out right there in front of everyone. What sick person let's that happen to a child? I will never go back

Rummet var lite trångt för fyra personer (två vuxna och två äldre barn), så jag rekommenderar att välja ett större rum om möjligt. Bäddsoffan behövde bäddas i ordning av gästerna själva och börjar bli sliten, så den skulle må bra av att förnyas. Även köksredskapen börjar bli slitna och skulle behöva uppdateras. Det var även något smutsigt i hörn och skåp. Obs! Ditt bankkort belastas med 500 vid ankomst. Detta kunde med fördel ha framgått tydligare redan innan bokning.

1. The staff is very rude and unreachable. They are unreachable and rude to answer your questions. 2. VERY and VERY to check in 3. They don’t provide EXTRA towels, you have to wash yourself. I come to Paris for vacation, NOT for cleaning the dirty towels 4. The worst and worst inconvenience is they ONLY provide one sets of keys, which is very inconvenient for 4 of us 5. The sink is leaking STAY away from this place, make wise decision.

The sleeping options were not the same for all, one sleeping sofa was located in the kitchen. The kitchen could not be used at the same time as the bed was folded out. There was no dining table, but a coffee table to eat at. Not enough chairs, which were also too high for the coffee table. The showers didn’t always have hot water, while there was hot water coming out of the toilet while flushing.

Sentimos falta apenas de suporte quando precisamos tirar algumas dúvidas não tivemos retorno.

L'appartamento non era quello corrispondente alle foto, pensavamo di alloggiare in un appartamento di due stanze, salone, cucina e bagno. Ci siamo ritrovati in una cucina ingresso, un'unica stanza con un letto matrimoniale e vicino un divano letto ed un bagno, senza ariatore e con la puzza dalla doccia. L'unica cosa vera era il balcone, pagato troppo per le dimensioni non veritiere dell'appartamento. Inoltre abbiamo scoperto solo in loco che il check-in veniva fatto presso un negozio, che il giorno del nostro arrivo era di chiusura.

Habíamos alquilado la propiedad para una capacidad de siete personas una de las personas tuvo que dormir en un sofá cama el cual estaba muy sucio te estaba manchado, también poseía un solo baño que para ocho personas se complica.
