Εξαιρετικό δωμάτιο, ωραία τοποθεσία, ευγενικό προσωπικό, τι άλλο να θέλει κανείς; Ο κος Πάρης ευγενικότατος . Θα το ξανα επισκεφτώ σίγουρα.

París un excelente anfitrión, muy amable, permitió que permanecieramos un par de horas luego del check out porque nuestro ferry salía más tarde. La habitación cómoda, el aire acondicionado estupendo, cuenta con balcón y terraza con vista al mar. Muy bien ubicado. Todos los días garantizan limpieza.

Todo me agradó.

Ubicación perfecta para una estancia relajada en una isla preciosa. La relación calidad -precio es inmejorable, el trato del personal muy agradable y la habitación genial con un bonito balcón, nada de ruidos. No creo que haya mejor opción de alojamiento para hospedarse en Poros

Ομορφο και περιποιημένο studio για λίγες μερες

Αν και αναφερεται κουζίνα, δεν ηταν καλά εξοπλισμένη ( δεν ειχε καν μαχαιροπήρουνα) , στο μπανιο η κουρτίνα έπεφτε συνεχεια ,και δεν υπηρχε καθολου καλή ηχομόνωση (ακουγες μεχρι και το τι θα φανε οι διπλα)

Am Ankunftstag fanden wir altes, schlecht gewordenes Essen im Kühlschrank. Desweiteren waren die Teller und das Besteck so verschmutzt, dass wir es erstmal selbst spülen mussten, um es zu benutzen. Frühmorgens kam Lärm vom Flur und hat uns geweckt, wahrscheinlich vom Service Personal, da der Putzraum sich direkt neben unserem Schlafzimmer befand. Am Tag zwei fanden wir Ameisen auf dem Boden und am letzten Abend auch eine Kakerlake, die in unsere Gemüsetüte auf dem Esstisch gekrabbelt ist. Wir sind schon viel gereist und haben normal wenig Ansprüche, aber dieses Apartment war einfach ekelhaft und nicht erholsam. Von der Unterkunft kam nichtmal eine Antwort, als wir deshalb Kontakt aufgenommen haben. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt.

Rude on the ground staff. I was approved to stay a bit over check out time and then was yelled by the manager in the property claiming he never approved that and didnt know who spoke to me on the booking.com site. It was a long and very unpleasant interaction. There is no reason why i would stay over without permission.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The beach is right in front of the hotel, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, both in the morning and at night. Waking up to such a beautiful view and enjoying the calm surroundings was truly special. Highly recommended!

Το δωμάτιο μας ήταν ωραίο, καθαρό και πρακτικό για το ένα βράδυ που μείναμε! Είχε πολύ ωραία θέα και βρίσκεται 20λ με τα πόδια από το λιμάνι του Πόρου! Ακόμη, διαθέτει ασανσέρ για την πρόσβαση στα δωμάτια!

Αντιμετωπίσαμε δυσκολία στο να βρούμε τον οικοδεσπότη διότι το τηλέφωνο στο booking δεν απαντούσε. Ακόμη,ένα μικρό θέμα με την μπαλκονόπορτα καθώς εκείνη δεν έκλεινε με ευκολία ώστε να ανοίξει ο κλιματισμός.

Ανακαινισμενο καθαρό δωμάτιο σε πολύ ωραίο σημείο του Πόρου. Ευγενεστατος και εξυπηρετικος ο κυριος στην υποδοχή. Θα το προτιμήσουμε και στο μέλλον.

Posizione abbastanza vicina al centro, raggiungibile anche a piedi

Struttura molto spartana, l’appartamento a piano terra con ingresso stretto e porta che sbatteva sul lavandino impedendone l’accesso completo e rendendo difficoltoso il passaggio con il passeggino. Terrazzino esterno inutilizzabile per la quantità di zanzare presenti e assenza di zanzariere che costringeva a chiuderci dentro. Unica zanzariera presente nella finestrella del bagno era sporchissima e anche bucata. Pulizie inesistenti, veniva cambiato solo il tappetino doccia e svuotato il cestino dell’immondizia. Non veniva spazzato né pulito il pavimento e non c’erano strumenti a disposizione per poterlo fare da sé e con la sabbia che si accumulava ogni giorno la situazione diventava insostenibile. Pentole arrugginite e poche posate presenti tutte diverse tra loro.

Non sono in grado di valutare perché la prenotazione (fissata mesi prima) ci è stata annillata dopo le 21 della sera precedente al nostro arrivo con la motivazione "we have problems". Però i soldi.erano stati prelevati...Fortunatamente sono stati restituiti rapidamente ma abbiamo dovuto cercarci una nuova casa la sera prima, con le comprensiboli difficoltà e una soesa maggiore non preventivata. Non si fa così, non li ritengo affidabili

Ακριβό σε σχέση με αυτό που προσφέρει, κανονικά μέχρι 40€ αξίζει Δεν είχε χαρτί υγείας επιπλέον Έσταζαν σωλήνες Δεν είχε μαχαιροπήρουνα εκτός αν δεν τα βρήκαμε Βρήκαμε μια τεράστια τριχωτή αράχνη στο ψυγείο από μέσα καθώς και ιστούς στο ταβάνι

Καλή τοποθεσία,

Δεν είχε ούτε καφέ, ούτε ένα νεράκι.

Πολύ καλύτερο από τις προσδοκίες μας. Τηρουμένων των αναλογιών και του κόστους το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλό. Κοντά στο λιμάνι και τη βόλτα του Πόρου. Εύκολο παρκάρισμα.

Our reservation got upgraded. We ended up staying at Hotel Pavlou, which was amazing. The beach is literally just across the road. Staff was amazing. The view was breathtaking. Although breakfast was not included in our one night stay you could get a breakfast from the menu in the restaurant underneath the hotel. The food was tasteful and I don't think I have ever been happier. The restaurant was open until 12am. There was also, a 24hour mini market on the ground floor for the essentials.

I would prefer it if there was an iron at our room. Usually there is one in hotels so I wasn't prepared for that occasion.

It was a wonderful stay at your hotel. The staff was helpful. The room was beautiful and the attention to detail was excellent. Thank you very much.

Το μπάνιο ήταν λίγο στενό

Καθαριότητα, ευγένεια, άνεση

Καλή τοποθεσία . Καθαρό . Καλό air condition. Μικρή τηλεόραση. Για τα λεφτά του παλεύεται.

Καθόλου ηχομόνωση. Ακούγονται τα πάντα. Μετά τις 9 το πρωί δεν μπορείς να κοιμηθείς. Δεν είχε πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν καθαρό και ευρύχωρο. Το προσωπικό ήταν πολύ ευγενικό. Η τοποθεσία ηταν αρκετά βολική , αφού ήμασταν κοντά στο κέντρο αλλά και στις παραλίες του νησιού. Σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.

It was not very clean, it did not have water to rake a bath & on the second day of our staying power was cut completely for many hours and as a result the room was very hot so much that we could not sleep at all

Κακά κρεβάτια

Huone oli remontoitu ja se oli kivasti sisustettu. Erinomainen hinta-laatusuhde. Iso parveke ja hienot maisemat.Rauhallinen paikka. Hissillä pääsi hyvin kolmanteen kerrokseen.

Veitset olivat tylsät.

Siisti. Kaunis merinäköala huoneen parvekkeelta. Rauhallinen ympäristö.

Majoittuminen kesti vaikka he tiesivät saapumisestamme ja aluksi huoneita ei ollut saatavilla. Piha oli aika nuhruinen, ja remontin jäljiltä vanhat kalusteet olivat kasassa pihalla. Ne kyllä vietiin pois vierailumme aikana. Keittiö olisi voinut olla paremmin varusteltu, esim vedenkeitin ja leivänpaahdin olisivat tarpeen. Lakanoita ja pyyhkeitä ei tietenkään tarvitse vaihtaa joka päivä, mutta sänkyjen petaus roskien viennin yhteydessä olisi ollut mukavaa.

Το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία κοντά στο λιμάνι του Πόρου. Τα δωμάτια είναι μεγάλα και άνετα, όπως φαίνονται στις φωτογραφίες. Ο οικοδεσπότης πολύ εξυπηρετικός.

Εξυπηρέτηση και φιλικό περιβάλλον

Good price, spacious. balcony overlooking the town. It was some distance away from the town, which suited me as I like to walk.

Όλα ήταν άψογα. Τέλεια τοποθεσία. Ο οικοδεσπότης ευγενέστος και μας εξυπηρέτησε στο late check out. Μεγάλα δωμάτιο και καθαρά. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ!

The cleaning lady was very pleasant and helpful.

The mattresses need replacement. There is no sound isolation, you feel like the people staying next to you are in the same room.

It was pleasant stay, the staff was really helpful and nice. I think its a great place.

Apartment was very nice for the price, with a large covered balcony, and a nice view. Host was helpful and quick to respond to questions.

Very few power outlets and lack of electric kettle. Large knife in kitchen was blunt and not really usable which is important in a unit providing cooking facilities.

Τα στρώματα και τα μαξιλάρια χρήζουν άμεσης αντικατάστασης. Λείπει πιστολάκι μαλλιών και μια θήκη στο μπάνιο για σαπούνι 'η σαμπουάν προσωπικό.

Το πιο απρόσωπο κατάλυμα που έχω μείνει,δεν υπήρχε ρεσεψιόν και το κλειδί μας το έδωσε η κυρία που καθαρίζει αφού πήρε τηλ τον ιδιοκτήτη τον οποίο ποτέ δεν είδαμε.Λόγω παλαιότητας κτιρίου περνούσε ο παραμικρός θόρυβος απο άλλα δωμάτια,πόσο μάλλον απο τους απο πάνω που είχαν δύο μικρά κοριτσάκια να χοροπηδάνε απο τις 8 το πρωί.Απουσία σίτας,δεν μπορούσαμε να ανοίξουμε το παράθυρο καθώς απ έξω παραφύλαγαν κάτι κουνούπια-τέρατα τα οποία βέβαια ήταν παντού στο νησί.Τα στρώματα στα κρεβάτια καθόλου αναπαυτικά.

It is a very clean apartment, the bed is very good, the pillows are very good as well, we booked an apartment on the ground floor and we had an upgrade with the sea view room on the top. The location is great if you want to sleep well at night. It is 12 minutes walking distance from the Main Street. It was cold I the apartment when we arrived, and we had only one key. There is an air con which works for heating the place. But it works only with the key inside. And we had to wait about 30 minutes until the room was warm enough. But it was ok for us There is a free parking near the place Wi fi was good There is hot water but you have to make it run for 2-3 minutes until it gets warm. It was easy to check in. We called the landlord and he told us the room number and the key was in the door I recommend this place. It’s good for the money we paid

Everything was good

The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The location was a 15 minute walk from the center. Although off-season, the room was pretty cheap.

The A/C remote did not work. The sheets did not seem very clean. There was no reception.

Está a unos 20 o 24 minutos a pie del centro.

Cuando llegamos al edificio a las 20 hs estaba a oscuras y, a pesar de habernos confirmado la hora del check-in un par de horas antes, nadie vino a recibirnos. Después de mucho aplaudir y llamar la única otra huésped que se alojaba en el edificio nos abrió y nos explicó que no había luz, el wifi andaba mal y no había agua caliente. Cómo no conseguimos otro alojamiento a esas horas decidimos quedarnos. A la mañana siguiente un plomero irrumpió en la habitación mientras dormíamos porque nadie le explicó que había huéspedes. Luego vino una señora de la limpieza que solo hablaba albanés y griego y un muchacho a hacer arreglos al baño. Todo eso con nosotros dentro de la pequeña habitación. Tan surrealista fue nuestra estancia que no queda más que reírse de la desgracia.

Το δωμάτιο υπέροχο! Όλα προσεγμένα, πολύ αναπαυτικά στρώματα, κουζίνα τέλεια, μπάνιο υπέροχο! Ο οικοδεσπότης εξυπηρετικοτατος !!

Η εξωτερική όψη της οικοδομής αρχικά μας απογοήτευσε, ενώ όταν μπήκαμε στο χώρο των στούντιο ανταμοιφθηκαμε για την επιλογή μας !!

The property was really lovely, a large room and a spacious balcony. The beds were very comfortable and the small kitchen was very useful for cooking breakfasts! The Christina Perlia staff were friendly and so helpful - they let us check in early and even stored our bags after we’d checked out for a few hours before our ferry. Very satisfied and great value for money would definitely go back!

I didn't like the location

Η τοποθεσία ήταν αρκετά καλή, περίπου 10 λεπτά απόσταση από δύο παραλίες και 5 λεπτά από ένα μαγαζί με εξαιρετικό φαγητό για πρωινό, μεσημεριανό κλπ .

Η ασφάλεια του παραθύρου είχε χαλάσει καθώς και το κλιματιστικό το οποίο δεν είχε χειριστήριο για να το ρυθμίζουμε αλλά λειτουργούσε μόνο με τα παράθυρα κλειστά … Η εξυπηρέτηση ήταν καλή αλλά γενικότερα η τιμή του δεν άξιζε για αυτά που παρείχε

The host is the best

The room was comfortable although it was off season in Poros Island so on somedays it felt like I was alone in the entire building, equally creepy yet cozy. There was a fire station next door and also a daycare opposite the building so during the day I felt less lonely haha. There were a big group of cats that I absolutely loved (they hung around the entrance daily up till late and some also stay in next door building). As a cat lover myself this place was incredible because of the kitties despite it being winter and barely anyone around. Host was very responsive to texts although some amenities (like hairdryer) required some hunting in other rooms (keys were all left on doors so I had to keep opening them to find a room with hairdryer - I checked this with the host). The place is quite close to center (to where the ships are and also to restaurants) and no noise at night at all. It is also close to areas where you can rent bikes to explore the island but I just walked around and it was great to explore!

The hot water at sink wasn't hot enough and there was no kettle to boil hot water. It does get very dark at night and the street lights sometimes don't work so you have to walk in the dark forawhile to get to the main road. Also when you get in the room at night you need to work on putting the keycard into slot in complete darkness for electricity, that was a bit inconvenient.

The property did not have hot water facility so we were unable to take a shower. The host was unavailable at the property and he made us check 3 other rooms ourselves at his property; none of which had hot water available

El sitio era tranquilo limpio y la habitación mirando al mar era fantastica, me alegro de haber cogido este alojamiento lejos del bullicio del pueblo 10/10

La personne qui s’occupe du ménage était très avenante et serviable.

Contact compliqué avec l’hôte qui nous a installées dans la mauvaise chambre la première nuit, même si nous avons pu changer de chambre dès le lendemain. Le logement était très peu équipé (pas de torchon, quelques couverts, pas de bols…) voire défectueux (le chauffage est cassé). Par ailleurs, nous avons dû faire un lit double avec deux draps simples, ce qui n’était pas confortable. Nous avons aussi eu l’impression que les couvertures et dessus de lit n’étaient que rarement lavés.

This was a self catering apartment which was clean and comfortable and had all the equipment I needed. I was easy walking distance to both the beach and the town and waterside cafes.

No staff on duty and although I had booked a time of arrival I waited 2hours before I searched for a local telephone number for help and was told to take a room no which had a key in the door later I had to call again as the electricity wasn’t working and it was explained to me that it worked with the key the system I hadn’t seen before I know my visit was off season and I understand that stuff aren’t always available but would’ve been grateful. Had this been explained to me and what I had to do through the booking process.

Great room size, views amazing

Complicated check in. We had to call through booking website to get our room number (keys were in the door). Initially we were told to go into a room that was dirty so we had to call back and ask for another room.
