Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Great location, able to walk to village centre, restaurants, hikes. Room was a nice size, very comfortable and clean. Great view.
Would have liked the ability to turn off the outside lights. The thermostat flashed all night, made it hard to sleep.

Reviewed Sep 12, 2026The location of this apartment was excellent. The apartment is closer to Reinebringen Mtn than the parking lot for Reinebringen. Any questions we had were answered promptly. It is a cute apartment that has a full kitchen for cooking. You can walk to restaurants. Parking was easy.
The price is high per night. Very high demand area. We traveled Norway for nearly 3 weeks, and only one other place had a higher price per night. Unfortunately we had bad weather the two days that we were here, completely cloudy that whole time but this happens often in the Lofted Islands I'm told.

L'appartement est magnifiquement décoré, confortable, cozy et dispose de tout le nécessaire. Lave linge et sèche linge disponible gratuitement.
Il n'y a pas de rideau sur la porte d'entrée pour se protéger de la lumière du jour le matin. Mis à part ce détail, notre séjour était parfait !

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026The apartment was an integral part of the enjoyment of Reine, with very modern furnishings in the middle of pure nature and rustic fishing cabins. It has a wonderful view to the bay and mountain in front of it. Spacious, clean, comfortable, nice bed and pillows, good kitchenette. Perfect location to go to Reinebringen without worrying about parking. Check-in with key in lockbox was smooth. We stayed three nights and felt like we had the privilege of living in this little paradise that is Reine.
Like everything in Lofoten, it was somewhat expensive, but worth every penny.

Reviewed Aug 18, 2026Wir hatten das Apartment "Fjaera" für sechs Nächte gebucht. Die Lage, sowie die Aussicht sind ein Traum: sowohl vom Wohn-, Ess- & Küchenbereich, als auch von einem der beiden Doppelzimmer im Obergeschoss hat man direkten Meerblick. Alle Räumlichkeiten waren mit sehr viel Liebe & durchdacht eingerichtet & ausgestattet. Bei der Ankunft standen vier Flaschen mit prickelndem Wasser, vier Dosen mit einem köstlichen heimischen Rhabarber-Getränk & ein Liter Milch als Willkommensgeschenk für uns bereit - wofür wir uns im Nachhinein recht herzlich bedanken möchten. Das Apartment hat einen absoluten Wohlfühlcharakter. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich eine Tankstelle samt Shop mit Essmöglichkeit, die von den Besitzern geführt wird, sowie das tolle Kaffeehaus "Bringen". Auch Restaurants & andere Supermärkte (=Coop & Joker), sowie Anbieter von Sportaktivitäten (zB. Kajak) befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Zum Berg "Reinebringen" mit seinen knapp 2.000 Stufen zum Gipfel ist es ebenfalls nicht weit. Für uns ist der Ort Reine der beste & schönste um die Umgebung zu erkunden & May's Apartment ein Ort der Ruhe & des Wohlfühlens. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit - vielen Dank dafür.

La cucina sarebbe da attrezzare un pò meglio. Un porta asciugamani in bagno. Il letto, nonostante il topper, era un pò troppo morbido, ma forse è soggettivo. Nel complesso comunque una buona soluzione .

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026Was für eine Lage! Mitten in Reine mit einer wundervollen Aussicht auf den Reinebringen & das Wasser! Ein wirklich schönes Apartment mit einem schönen großen Balkon (und, wenn man Glück hat, viel Sonne). Die Einrichtung ist modern, ästhetisch clean, man fühlt sich wohl. Der Kontakt mit den Inhabern erfolgt ausschließlich per Mail; aber das reicht vollkommen, denn alle Infos sind ausführlichst. Zur Not könnte man bei den Eigentümern auch klingeln (wohnen nebenan). Parkplatz mit Lademöglichkeit ist vor der Tür, man ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuß im „Zentrum“ und auch die Wanderung hoch auf den Reinebringen startet direkt ab der Wohnung.

Vi havde booket 3 overnatninger i lejligheden Storm på 1. sal, der fuldt ud levede op til vores forventninger. Flot og forholdsvis ny lejlighed, der på alle måder er gennemført lige fra indretning til Rituals produkter på badeværelset. At vi kunne vaske og tørre tøj i et lille fælles vaskeri var en bonus. Nød roen og omgivelserne i fine Reine - og det var virkelig skønt at slappe af i lejligheden efter dagens vandretur. Kan så meget anbefales.
Vi savnede ingenting.

Unfortunately it was hard to tell from the photos that the bedrooms were upstairs. And toilet downstairs. At 74, it’s a challenge. Also , there were no black out draperies. It’s almost summer solstice. They say “ they are on order”.

There was also a shared laundry with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers which turned out to be a huge plus after travelling for several weeks. I couldn’t recommend this accommodation more!!

Calme, propre, confortable. Tout était parfait ! De quoi se sentir comme à la maison. Tout le nécessaire a été pensé : sel, poivre, huile, sucre,… Produits Rituals dans la salle de bain (savon, shampooing, crème hydratante) L’endroit parfait pour visiter cette partie de Lofoten. À prévoir : quelques escaliers à monter pour accéder au 1er étage et emporter un masque pour dormir en été

In addition to the usual toiletries, it was nice to have body lotion and hair conditioner, Q-tips. Responsive friendly host. The apartment exceeded our expectations. A must stay when visiting Reine!

Reviewed May 12, 2026Two of us stayed for 2 nights and were very comfortable. It's the perfect location, with a great outlook, to be based for the Reinebringen Hike which is a must do if you can handle the 1900 Sherpa Steps and also for Bunes Beach. The studio apartment at ground level is spacious and every furnishing has been thoughtfully considered. We loved the bench along the wall which acted as our mud room etc. Our second day was wet so we were able to take advantage of their EV charging and washing facilities. Communication with Marlene was excellent and detailed instructions were great.
