Yleisilme, sijainti, siisteys. Sänky oli hyvä.

Rappukäytävän pienetkin äänet kuuluivat huoneistoon. Taloyhtiössä paiskottiin asuntojen ulko-ovia, mikä oli todella häiritsevää. Sohva oli likainen (tahroja täynnä) ja epämukavasti pehmusteet kuluneet loppuun. Eteisen matto oli tahroja täynnä.

Ottimo appartamento in posizione centrale. Terrazza con vetrate molto bella. Sauna privata. Parcheggio gratuito privato nel sotterraneo del condominio (appartamento raggiungibile con ascensore dal parcheggio). Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo.

Perfetta per soggiornare , silenziosa, grande e tranquilla

Asunto siisti ja valoisa ja kaikki tarpeellinen löytyi. Sängyt ja vuodesohva hyvät nukkua (meitä oli kolme henk.). Sauna iso plussa. Vuokranantajan kanssa viestiminen sujuvaa.

Hintaan nähden kaikki oli hyvin.

Nopea aamulähtö aiheutti sen, ettemme saaneet jätteitä jätehuonneseen, kun avain oli jo luovutettu.

Fin och fräsch lägenhet. Balkongen gjorde att den kändes rymlig, då man kunde sitta ute och äta frukost. Toppen med parkeringsgrotta.

Sauna

Viihdyimme yhden yön hyvin. Kohteessa parasta oli sauna, parveke ja hyvä sänky.

Het bed is erg zacht, ik heb er erg last van mijn rug door gekregen. Savonds wordt de kamer broeierig door de vele ramen, en het is moeilijk koel te krijgen. Een airco zou dit oplossen.

Siisti ja viihtyisä. Kaikki tarvittava löytyi.

Hyvä ja tilava asunto saunalla, joka on aina mukava asia. Lisäksi oli hyvä autotallipaikka autohallissa, joka selkeä plussa.

Asunto on työmatkalaiselle erittäin passeli majoitus; sauna ja autohallipaikka ovat ehdotonta plussaa. Kämppä itsessään on nykytrendien mukainen tilaihme, toimii lyhytmajoituksessa erittäin hyvin . Asumus on viihtyisä ja kompakti sekä rauhaisella kadulla. Keskusta palveluineen on likietuisen lähellä. Suosittelen kaikille matkaajille.

Hellou! Pientä fiksaamista olisi hyvä tehdä asunnon pinnoille. Lyhytvuokraaminen näkyy siellä sun täällä. Kiitos majoituksesta. :)

Siisti ja miellyttävä majoitus rauhallisessa talossa, iso lasitettu parveke, sauna, majoittajat huolehtivat hyvin.

Lugnt område. Strukturerat och fint bemötande från hyresvärd. Bastu i lägenheten var ett plus. Bilplats är guld värt. Finns inget att klaga på!

really nice place to stay at in Vaasa, the apartment is fairly close to the central which makes it easy to reach alot of places easily.

the couch in the livingroom has seen its best times, sitting on it for a longer time on it is not really comfortable

Majoittaja vastasi nopeasti kysymyksiin ja saimme joustoa saapumisajan suhteen: pääsimme majoittumaan jo aiemmin kuin varausvahvistuksessa oli mainittu.

Erityiskiitos majoittajalle, joka erittäin ystävällisesti auttoi meitä, kun olimme unohtaneet erään esineen majoitukseen.

Sängyt oli hyvät, asunto oli siisti ja sauna oli lasten mielestä paras!

Sauna ja moderni asunto

Keittiössä voisi olla yksi tuoli lisää sekä enemmän ruokailuvälineitä ja lautasia.

Sijainti hyvä, sopivalla etäisyydellä keskustasta. Rauhallinen paikka ja siisti.

Huoneistossa oli liian lämmin, ja vuodesohva jossa itse nukuin, oli liian kova ainakin minulle.

Zeer mooi appartement, van alle gemakken voorzien. Vaatwasser, wasmachine heerlijke douche en zelfs een Finse sauna (maar deze hebben we niet gebruikt) Op loopafstand van centrum en een mooie plek voor onze auto in de parkeergarage. Kortom alles Toppie!

Clean and nice place with sauna

Minor bad smell in bathroom but poured hot water in the drains and it disappeared.

I was in Vaasa with a friend for a week visiting my 4 year old son. Everything worked out wonderfully with the landlord. I already knew the apartment from a similar property in Pori in terms of furnishings and size. Everything was great. However, there were still a few minor defects. The sofa had a fairly large stain and the toaster literally "smoked" when used. This also led to the landlord accusing us of smoking in the apartment, which was not done at all. But it's more of a misunderstanding. We had a very good stay and highly recommend the apartment. Above all, the location is also great! gladly again.

Great and modern apartment, very clean. The host of the apartment answers the phone, which is also great. In general a great place to stay.

Everything is just perfect. The host has been kind and explained perfectly everything. The apartment is nice and warmly, really comfortable for a couple. The sauna is perfect and easy to work. Really above any expectation. We only wished we could stay more!!

The apartment is an easy 10 minute walk to the centre of town (small town) and a 25 minute walk to the harbourside.

Where do I start? The apartment has a washing machine but there are no instructions to find the water tap. There is no dryer or ironing facilities so I can't see the point of a washing machine. We booked the apartment as it has a washing machine but it would have been cheaper to stay at one of the good hotels in town and go to a laundromat. The apartment may be fine in winter but is very hot with no ventilation and poorly fitting non-blackout curtains in summer so sleep is impossible. The apartment lighting was designed by a blind electrician and many lights don't work. Power points are not in usable locations so we had to move the kitchen table to power our laptop. Using the shower will wet the entire bathroom floor (must be the same blind plumber as the electrician). A shower wiper was supplied but it was worn out and didn't work. Despite the booking.com stating that there is parking it is random street parking and can be some distance away. We had to park next to a building site and the car was covered in cement dust every day. Despite the apartment having a dishwasher we had to hand wash all the cutlery and plates before we used them as they were all dirty. Towels, T towels and hand towels are rationed and insufficient for our stay. There wasn't even a broom to sweep the floors and the microwave had to be cleaned before we could use it. We should charge them a cleaning fee. Despite advertised as Netflix it should have stated that you need an account and password to access. It should have said Netflix ready but you will need your own account. The linen was very old and general maintenance is sub standard. I wouldn't recommend this place in summer and honestly it would be better value to stay at the Scandic hotel closer to town for about the same price. There is a very good laundromat in town that has dryers.

we stayed for four days in the apartment and we loved it. it’s close to the centre and to the park, good shops near by. The apartment in a good condition and very cozy. We would love to stay there again.

it was quite noisy in the early morning, the construction side nearby. but it’s nobody’s fault
