Great location, super clean, amazing view, quiet.

Parking not easy. We had asked months in advance for a double bed and got two single beds. Coffee machine but not one single coffee dose. No bottle of water upon arrival.

The keys were in the door

The air con was broken and only blew out hot air. I reported this but my request was ignored and the unit wasn’t fixed. This made the room very uncomfortable.

Πολύ ωραίο μέρος με τεράστια άνετα δωμάτια και υπέροχη θέα.

Πολύ υγρασία στο κατάλυμα, φυσιολογικό βέβαια γιατί είναι πολύ κοντά στην θάλασσα. Μέσα στις 4 μέρες που μείναμε δεν μας άλλαξαν ποτέ τις πετσέτες και τα σεντόνια, πράγμα που μας παραξένεψε.

Το δωμάτιο είχε υπέροχη θέα, ιδανική τοποθεσία και πολύ καθαρό! Η κυρία που συντηρεί τον χώρο είναι ήταν πολύ ευγενική και πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει, με χαμόγελο!

1. Mould odour in the room throughout the stay 2. Noise; neighbours moving furniture and cleaning staff 3. Toilet smelly and found it dirty when we arrived. When arrived the room smelled mould and the odour was strong both from the mould and the strong smell from the toilet. I was told there is not alternative they were fully booked and that it was not their problem and we should contact booking. However he did come and clean the toilet but nothing that could remove the strong smell. Moreover, the cleaning staff drag baskets while cleaning from early in the morning and neighbors early in the morning and night move furniture so there is a lot of noise and you can’t really relax or sleep easily. We didn’t feel welcome and we would never revisit this property.

L’emplacement est très sympa avec une vue des balcons incroyable sur Vathy. Vathy est accessible en 10 minutes à pied en descente. C’est un port vraiment très joli et animé et les plages de l’île sont magnifiques. Il y a une plage dexia à 500 m de l’appartement . Le grand plus du logement c’est son balcon et la piscine très bien entretenue. Très propre, la personne du ménage vient tous les jours. Il faut prévoir une location de voiture pour visiter l’ile 50€/j (en scooter trop de montée,descentes, virages vraiment pentus)

L’appartement est équipé d’un réfrigérateur (le notre était bruyant), cafetière et bouilloire. Pas de plaque pour cuisiner. Le lit double était dur et pas confortable. La douche avait la barre de rideau non fixée.

Μείναμε στο δωμάτιο Ιθάκη 2. Αρχικά η θέα ήταν τρομερή!! Μου άρεσε πολύ που είχε 2 χώρους το σπιτάκι, πολύ άνετο. Περιποιημένος χώρος με όλα τα απαραίτητα. Ήταν ήσυχα και σε βολική τοποθεσία ενώ η τιμή λογική για το μέσο όρο της περιοχής. Ο ιδιοκτήτης άμεσος και ευγενικός. Θα το πρότεινα!

Δεν υπήρχε όμως τίποτα σοβαρά προβληματικό στη διαμονή μας Πιστεύω ότι ένα πιο μαλακό στρώμα (αν και ήταν οκ στον ύπνο) καθώς και μερικά μαξιλάρια στις καρέκλες του μπαλκονιού θα απογείωναν την εμπειρία.

Παρα πολυ καθαρο δωματιο! Ο,τι χρειαζομασταν ηταν εκει. Πολυ καλη τοποθεσία και πολυ καλή επικοινωνία με τους ιδιοκτητες.

ΤΡΑΓΙΚΑ στρώματα ένιωθα όλα τα ελατήρια να μπαίνουν στην πλάτη μου με αποτέλεσμα να ξυπνάμε κουρασμένοι!! Το ίδιο και ο καναπές! Το χειρότερο ήταν η συμπεριφορά της υπεύθυνης από την εταιρεία που αναλαμβάνει το διαμέρισμα , ήταν ΑΠΑΙΣΙΑ μιλούσε με ειρωνία και δεν ήταν καθόλου εξυπηρετική όταν πήραμε τηλ για ένα πρόβλημα που είχαμε να αντιμετωπίσουμε!

Ηταν ένα μικρό δωμάτιο με τις άκρως απαραίτητες παροχές αλλά σε τιμή αναντίστοιχη των παροχών του και χωρίς κάποιο σημείο να μπορούμε να παρκάρουμε .

Η τοποθεσία και η θέα από το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καλή ! Επίσης το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ προσεγμένο και καθαρό !!

Θα θέλαμε ιδανικά ένα διπλό κρεβάτι αντί για δύο μονά ..

Λιγο η τουαλετα ηταν παλια και ο κλιματισμος δν ηταν δυνατος.

We loved being able to sit on the front verandah in the late afternoon and early evening, enjoying the beautiful views. It was a lovely, relaxing spot to unwind at the end of the day. Hotel Discouri is also very well located, just a 10-minute walk into the square, which made it easy to head into town for dinner or a wander. It was also great having a swimming pool at the hotel. My husband used it every day and really enjoyed having the option to cool off and relax by the pool.

Unfortunately, the room and bathroom are showing their age and would benefit from a refurbishment. The bathroom in particular feels quite dated and has no natural light, which made it difficult to see properly when applying makeup. The room itself had a slightly musty smell, and the mattress was extremely firm and not comfortable. Great have shade in the afternoons but missed sitting outside having my breakfast due to the sun

The location was good with a great view of Lazareto and Vathí. The swimming pool was a nice choice either for swimming or for relaxing by night. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and pleasant.

The doors and window frames were old, and the bathroom door wouldn't close at all. In addition, there was no way to block out the morning light, which made it very difficult for us to sleep. This was made even worse by the housekeeping staff cleaning the nearby rooms early in the morning and making a lot of noise.

The location near Vathi. The big balcony with a very nice view to the sea. The cleanness and the friendliness of the host and the people working at the property.

There were not enough pillows for the armchairs at the balcony, so this made them uncomfortable. There should be pillows for the back of the chairs too, not only for the seating point of the chair. Also a bottle of water would be nice if it exist in the fridge upon our arrival as a welcome gesture. Also a dish rack would be necessary as we did not have anywhere to place the plates and the forks/knives in order to dry.

Buona la posizione della struttura. La camera affaccia su una bellissima vista dell' Isola.

I letti erano particolarmente duri e scomodi. Abbiamo chiesto la cortesia all' host di posticipare di poco il check-out visto che il mio fidanzato aveva la febbre ma non ci è stato concesso.

La piscina és ideal. Vistes precioses i tranquil·la. La cuina et salva urgències. El personal és amable i flexible.

El lavabo. Porteu antifaç perquè entra moltíssima llum al matí.

Η θέα ήταν εξαιρετική και το δωμάτιο σχετικά άνετο.

Το συγκρότημα χρήζει σοβαρής ανακαίνισης. Το δωμάτιο ήταν κακοσυντηρημένο, οι πόρτες δεν έκλειναν και τα κασώματα ήταν φουσκωμένα και χτυπημένα. Σκουριασμένα σιφώνια στην τουαλέτα, ξεχαρβαλωμένα αξεσουάρ μπάνιου, τοίχοι ασυντήρητοι και άβαφοι, άβολο στρώμα και άβολα έπιπλα βεράντας. Η πισίνα δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα καθαρή και οι ξαπλώστρες σπασμένες. Πολύ ακριβό (100€/ημέρα τέλος Ιουνίου) για αυτά που προσφέρει

Der Blick auf die Bucht und den Hafen von Vathy ist sensationell. Und den große Balkon mit Markise (leider nicht elektrisch) haben wir sehr genossen. Den Pool haben wir leider nicht genutzt. Wir wurden gut betreut und der Müll wurde jeden Tag geleert. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die frische Luft von der See hat uns gut schlafen lassen.

Die Küche ist leider nicht so gut ausgestattet für Selbstversorger. Leider gab es keinen Toaster, keine Weingläser ind keine Küchenrolle. Dass das Haus direkt an der Straße steht, hat uns nur bedingt gestört. Es war zu unserer Zeit nicht viel Verkehr. Parkplätze sind etwas wenige vorhanden, da von Autos, Roller und Fahrräder genutzt. Der große Balkon würde zwei Liegestühle gut vertragen.

Der Ausblick von der großen Terrasse war sensationell, die Größe der Terrasse, es gab eine Markise als Sonnenschutz am Morgen. Die Mülleimer wurden jeden Tag geleert, Bettwäsche und Handtücher alle 3 Tage gewechselt (dieses wurde in der Kommunikation seitens der Agentur aber nicht deutlich), der Pool war toll ...... und wurde auch gereinigt. Die beiden oberen Apartments sind OHNE Stufen erreichbar ..... alle anderen nicht. Die Größe des Apartments, insbesondere auch das separate Schlafzimmer haben uns gefallen. Die Küchenausstattung war gut, Weingläser haben wir aber vermisst.

Da das Apartment an der Hauptstraße in den Ort liegt, ist es tw sehr laut, besonders am Morgen ist ab ca 7 h richtig was los, da s muss man wissen. Die Matratzen waren leider nicht für einen guten Schlaf geeignet. Selbst für Liebhaber fester Matratzen waren sie eine Zumutung. Ein Austausch bzw Ergänzung mit einem Topping waren leider auch nicht möglich, das hat uns 7 Tage schmerzende Knochen beschert.

The view from the apartment balcony was amazing,right over the bay. The 2 apartments are on the top floor,more room and better views than the studios. The cleaning lady was lovely,worked so hard.

Bruchbude. Rudimentär. Innenausstattung Stand 1974. Reine Gelddruckmaschine. In drei Tagen keine Zimmerreinigung und keine neuen Handtücher. Keine Müllentsorgung.!!! Keine Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse vorm Zimmer. Ventilator unter der Decke, hängen Kabel raus ,ohne Funktion. Keine Fliegengitter an den Türen ,beim Oberlicht defekt. In der Dusche keine Halterung für den Duschkopf. Wasserhahn am Waschbecken ohne Perulator. Wasserhahn in Mini Küche undicht. Herd mit Fehlfunktion. Kabel Kanal an Wand mit Klebeband festgeklebt. Der Pool wird nicht gereinigt. Bis auf zwei Liegen ,alle Liegen am Pool gebrochen . Das war das erste Mal ,dass wir weder bei An oder Abreise den Vermieter zu Gesicht bekommen haben.

The views, 🥰 Also had a small fridge and some crockery which great for breakfast or lunch snacks. Short walk to Vathy bars & restaurants and also to a local beach.

I wish there was mosquito netting curtains on the French patio doors so that you can keep them open and enjoy the view while keeping the insects out in the daytime.

The green “ exit” light above the main doors inside room never went out at night so room was never very dark for sleeping

At a lower price than other properties provided were basic items. The room was comfortable with an AC unit which provided hot and cold air.

The property is up a hill away from the centre of town so requires a walk to get anywhere

Beautifully situated on a bay opposite the Vathy town, it offers a wonderful view. It includes basic amenities. Clean, everything was in order, highly recommend it!

Super Lage am Rande vom Ort, der fußläufig gut zu erreichen ist. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet, Pool vorhanden. Die Aussicht über die Bucht von Vathi ist grandios.

Für Selbstversorger könnte die Küche etwas besser ausgestattet sein. Leselampen beim Bett wären fein.

Location was great - wonderful view of Vathi from our balcony but it is definitely not beachfront as the Dioskouri site on booking.com states

there was no hot water for the first 2 days but once we contacted the owner she had this rectified quicklyb - only other problem was the double bed mattress - thin and a few lumps - not comfortable at all

the arrival arrangement was appalling with another person taking our room. no apology was made by the owner the bed was too hard and the fridge was very noisy - comments had been made by previous guests about this but no changes made

Location to town was great; pool was lovely; balcony overlooking the pool and the inlet was beautiful.

Noise from the traffic leading down to the town was sometimes excessive.

Loved the location and views to the bay. It was a good size and we loved the outdoor terrace and the pool. The regularly cleaning by the very sweet Rose was greatly apprecited.

That the ceiling fan and second hot plate didn't work. Also, when emptying the washing up water from the kitchen sink, it overflowed from the floor drain in the bathroom.

Buona posizione per esplorare l'isola, vicinissima al paese più grande, Vathi. Bellissima vista sul golfo di Vathi. Gentile e cortese la signora che tutte le mattine passa e su richiesta rassetta la stanza.

Materasso inqualificabile: scomodo, rumoroso per le molle sfondate. Alzarsi la mattina con il mal di schiena non è affatto piacevole. Voto: 0 Frigo in camera rumorosissimo, di notte è stato necessario staccarlo dalla corrente. Voto: 2 Aria condizionata rumorosa perché il motore era attaccato alla stanza. Voto: 4 Privacy inesistente perché i muri che separano le stanze sono sottilissimi. Voto: 4

The view from the balcony was incredible. It was a lovely place to chill out with a book when it’s too hot to go out, also a quick walk to Vathi. Staff were very helpful and quick to respond. Got a fresh change of sheets after 2 days which was lovely, and the place was very clean.

For light sleepers like me, there was a bit too much noise pollution from the fridge, air con and other guests to sleep well. If you’re a deep sleeper or don’t need the air con on to sleep, it probably won’t bother you.

The property was very nice , clean and well kitted out and the pool was a bonus.The view over the bay was fantastic.

The property was further away from the main centre than we wanted. As older people without a car this was a disadvantage

The location was perfect for us and a short walk down hill to the main centre. Parking available also. The room was amazingly big, clean and all facilities catered for. The swimming pool was fab and a real bonus

There was an initial set back with our stay, as we checked into the wrong room, so we highly recommend that you check the WhatsApp photo they send of your room to make sure you have the correct room by the name clearly marked outside each unit.

Άνετο σπιτάκι, φωτεινό, ήσυχο και καθαρό, με εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα, ευρύχωρο μπάνιο με ζεστό νερό, μεγάλο μπαλκονι με εκπληκτική θέα. Όλα υπέροχα και η πισίνα καθαρή. Τέλος και η επικοινωνία με τον ιδιοκτήτη άμεση!

Το μόνο που με δυσκόλεψε ήταν το παρκάρισμα, δεν υπήρχε χώρος αρκετός μπροστά στο κατάλυμα και επειδή το δρομάκι είναι στενό δε μπορείς να παρκάρεις πουθενά εκτός από μια στενή και αποκρυμνη ανηφόρα.

Ήταν πολύ όμορφο με ωραία θέα ήσυχα και καθαρά. Είμαστε πολύ ευχαριστημένοι σας το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Υπέροχη τοποθεσία ,εύκολη πρόσβαση σε μαγαζιά κ πολύ κοντινή απόσταση ,πεντακάθαρο δωμάτιο ,μοναδική θέα !

Ο θόρυβος που έκανε το ψυγείο ήταν πολύ ενοχλητικός όλο το βράδυ κ αυτοί που έμεναν πάνω από εμάς έσερναν έπιπλα αργά την νύχτα κ τις δύο μέρες (σε αυτό εννοείται δεν φταίει ο ιδιοκτήτης).

Η διαμονή μας ήταν υπέροχη, η θέα από το δωμάτιο φοβερή και όλα ήταν πολύ καθαρά. Είχαμε αυτοκίνητο ωστόσο και με τα πόδια μπορείς να μεταβείς σε αρκετά σημεία στο νησί.

Good location v close to the centre of Panagia, a few meters behind the local school. About 10 steep steps to get to street level, ok for most but not suitable for old people or those with mobility issues

Dated interior and some basics lacking, for example a chair/side cabinet in the second bedroom, some extra hangers for clothing, a few wall hangers etc. Second bedroom also has no window.

The view and the balcony, perfect for morning coffee a night drink. It has a kitchenette with a small refrigerator/freezer just enough to make breakfast or a quick meal and have cool drinks and ice.

ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ η τοποθεσία!!!!!! ΜΑΓΕΥΤΙΚΗ θα έλεγα!!!!!!! Λόγω της εκπληκτικής θέας μείναμε σχεδόν ολόκληρη την πρώτη ημέρα στο μπαλκόνι του δωματίου θαυμάζοντας τον κόλπο του Βαθέως!!!! ΣΥΓΚΟΝΙΣΤΗΚΑΜΕ!!!! Είναι η πρώτη φορά που θέλω να επισκεφθώ ξανά κατάλυμα στο οποίο ήδη έμεινα στο παρελθόν.... Επίσης , θα πρέπει να τονίσω ότι η τιμή του ήταν καταπληκτική για την εποχή του (18-20 Αυγούστου) ,καθώς επίσης σε σχέση με την καθαριότητα & την ΜΟΝΑΔΙΚΗ θέα!!!!!! θα τα πούμε από κοντά στα σίγουρα και πάλι!!!!!! Να επισημάνω επίσης ότι η επικοινωνία μας με το ταξιδιωτικό γραφείο που ανέλαβε την λειτουργία του συγκεκριμένοθ καταλύματος ήταν άμεση , ευγενική και οι εργαζόμενοι σπάνια εξυπηρετικοί όποτε και όταν τους χρειαστήκαμε και χωρίς καθυστερήσεις ή ασάφειες!!!!!!

Εχει μεγάλο πρόβλημα με το πάρκινγκ και εμείς δεν είχαμε καν κάποιο μεγάλο αμάξι. Οταν επικοινώνησα με το κατάλυμα μου είπα να το βάλω είτε απέξω (είχε 3 μετρημένες θέσεις με 3 μόνιμα σταθμευμένα αυτοκίνητα) ή σε μια ανηφόρα εκεί δίπλα η οποία ήταν αρκετά επικίνδυνη και επίσης δεν είχε κενές θέσεις
