Strandens Apartment

The position is splendid, quite close to the beach and to Arken Museum. Fruits and veggie are just around the corner and are delicious and the station to Copenaghen is 7 minutes walk! Marianne is a super host and treated us amazingly!

Sehr gute Lage, ua Anbindung an die S-Bahn um nach Kopenhagen rein zu fahren.

Almost everything inside was amazing. The beds, kitchen, living room and bathroom where great. The hospitality, receiving clean towels and bedsheets was nice and unexpected. Also all the interactions had with the owners was nice and helpful.

The biggest point of improvement is that the window seals are old, and hang below the window. Also some extra finishing touches on some of the electronics (power socket in 1 bedroom, wires, lamp caps).

Das Apartment war sauber und nah zum Strand

Die Lage, Ausstattung und Sauberkeit war wie erwartet. Da gibt es nix zu meckern.

Das Kleingedruckte: 'The property may charge the cleaning fee upon arrival. If guests decide to do the final cleaning themselves, this will be refunded upon departure.' Dann erwarte ich eigentlich, dass man vorab informiert wird, wie hoch die Reinigungskosten sein werden, 'may charge' hört sich so an, dass man es nur eventuell berechnet bekommt. Wenn man dann nach der Buchung keine Info bekommt, geht man davon aus, dass das 'may charge' sich erledigt hat. Nicht dass man - wenn keine Stornierung mehr möglich ist - eine Nachricht bekommt, dass die Endreinigung 450 DK (etwa 60,00 Euro) zusätzlich kostet. So bei uns geschehen, deswegen habe ich nur 6 Sterne in der Gesamtnote vergeben.

Marianne nous a très bien accueillies en nous offrant des œufs et des fraises. L'appartement est parfaitement situé, à 15 mn du métro ( 2 lignes) + le tram et dans un environnement calme. Commerces à proximité. L'appartement est extrêmement propre, bien équipé, la literie confortable . Si nous revenons, c'est là que nous logerons et nous recommandons +++

Fijne en nieuwe keuken en badkamer, een heel compleet ingericht huisje. Op een klein uurtje fietsen van het centrum van Kopenhagen. Ook de omgeving vlakbij richting de stranden van Ishøj en Vallensbaek is de moeite waard om te bezoeken met de fiets of een wandeling. Zeer warm onthaal door de gastvrouw.

Appartement prope et bien équipé

On nous a fait payer le ménage alors que nous avions tout nettoyé. Pas honnête de la part des gestionnaires de l’appartement. Sentiment de s’être fait volés.

Man konnte schön in der Umgebung spazieren gehen, ist gut mit dem Auto zur Unterkunft gekommen und konnte problemlos mit der Bahn ins Zentrum fahren . Die Umgebung ist recht ruhig und nicht so viel zu erleben, dafür hat man seine Ruhe.

Die Unterkunft war eigentlich ganz süß und nett. Leider war es nicht sehr sauber. Die Kontaktlinsen der Vorgänger lagen noch auf dem Nachttisch, die Fliesen in der Küche waren voll mit Flecken, an der Tür im Badezimmer überall Handabdrücke und die Gläser wurden anscheinend gebraucht wieder in den Schrank gestellt. Wie andere bereits berichten, wurde eine Reinigungsgebühr veranschlagt, wo ich mich frage, wofür?! Ich habe die Unterkunft sauberer hinterlassen als ich vorgefunden habe und wurde bei der Übergabe nur unfreundlich gefragt, ob ich auch den Boden gewischt habe. Vielleicht in Zukunft für die Gebühr auch ordentlich reinigen... Auch die Kopfkissen könnten mal gereinigt werden, ich habe die Bettwäsche abgezogen und die waren gelb, sehr eklig.

Het huisje is recent verbouwd en heeft nu overal vloerverwarming. De badkamer is luxueus en goed ingericht. Er zijn minder op- en afstapjes dan eerst. Het pad van de P naar het huisje is keurig sneeuwvrij gemaakt en wordt zelfs extra aangeveegd tijdens ons verblijf. Vriendelijke ontvangst!

Voor onze smaak waren de bedden wat hard.

vi lavede selv morgenmad, der var det der skulle være i køkkenet, og vi er fuldstændige tilfredse med stedet, da vi har været andre steder der overhovedet ikke levede op til billeder eller lokationen, så Marianne, skal have 10 plus for sit bette sted. meget høflige og venlig værter.

Det var rent og pænt, der er en del ting vi syntes der skal repereres. Gulvet er istykker flere steder og lyset over spisebordet virker ikke. Man kan ikke sætte brusehoved op, da holderen glider ned. Er man ikke så høj kan man ikke nå stikkontakterne på badeværelser, da de sidder helt oppe under loftet.

Det er i forskellige plan, hvilket ikke var let at færdes i da jeg er handicappet. Hvis det havde stået i beskrivelsen, var det ikke der vi havde bestilt vores ophold.

Rent, pænt og godt indrettet. Der manglede intet.

Fijne locatie voor een bezoek aan Kopenhagen, ov op 10 minuten loopafstand, vriendelijke gastvrouw, schoon, leuk plekje om buiten te zitten, fijne keuken met alles erop en eraan.

Mijn dochter is lang (1.85cm) en heeft een paar keer flink haar hoofd gestoten bij de deur naar buiten. Binnen was dit verder geen punt.

Ishoj hat einen hohen Migrationsanteil, so waren am Strand und am Bahnhof vielen Migranten. Zum Bahnhof sind es etwa 10 Gehminuten. Mit dem Zug nach Kopenhagen braucht man dann nur 15 Minuten. Zum Strand läuft man ca. 20 Minuten. Das Häuschen ist sehr gut ausgestattet.

Wir mussten eine Umweltpauschale bezahlen, was aber vorab angekündigt wurde. Die Endreinigung haben wir in Eigenregie durchgeführt.

Tuin is beperkt

Stedet ligger meget centralt i forhold til s-toget, ca. ti minutters gang til stationen, og ca. 20. min. til Kbh med toget. Med rejsekortappen koster det ca. 33, kr. (2025 priser). Marianne har en bod, med de lækreste jordbær, (vi var der om sommeren ;-) ) æg og alt mulig andet godt. Der er det mest fantastiske naturområde lige i "baghaven". Kommer gerne igen :-) .

Hvis man hænger sig i det håndværkmæssige, manglede der lidt finish. Men det er også kun, hvis man skal finde noget negativt. Der var pænt og rent.

The unit was spacious and well-equipped (particularly the kitchen). Mari was very welcoming and friendly. Basic but comfortable accommodation.

There was an additional cleaning fee, which we hadn’t expected. The owner had emailed us about this when we first booked, but we had overlooked this. Normally we would expect all charges (except tourist tax) to be shown in the booking.com charge information.

We felt welcome, the host was very kind and helpful. The apartment was well equipped, quiet, warm and cosy and there was enough space for the three of us. The railway station and shopping centre was nearby. If possible we certainly would like to return next year.

We liked about everything.

We NEVER got any eggs! but the beer was good.

Comfortable, super clean, well equipped. We felt very welcome. Our hosts even gave us fresh eggs from their own chickens, and a bottle of wine. A great location, with a beach nearby and easy commuter trains to get into Copenhagen.

The resident is nearby the beach and park so lovely place and fully recommend whose love natural must be here. I would like to rate 10 stars for this residence and fully recommend for the solo travelers to come right now.

I don’t like the time too short and it’s a pity for me to take only few days to stay.

Stayed in August 2023. 15 minutes walk from the beach and railway station. Lots of stores and shops very near. Owner lives next to the appartment and is very helpful. Fully equiped kitchen, cosy sofa.

Cleaning was not included in the price and was asked for cash upon arrival. Don't know why this cannot be included in the booking price?

Fully equipped, nice and cosy apartment. The owners are very friendly. There’s small grocery in the property where you can buy fresh eggs, fruits, beverage, etc. Highly recommended.

Quiet neighborhood, free parking, spacious, well equipped kitchen and living room.

Hidden cleaning fees, which can only be paid in cash (DKK). Sheets and bedlinens were disgusting, full of black hair. The outside of the building was under construction.

I appreciate that they provided a fully stocked kitchen. The cleanliness and location were good.

The outdoor lighting was non-existent, they did not inform us in advance that they were in the process of renovating, so there were many unfinished areas (doors), entryway. And we had to almost beg them to turn up the heat (it was late fall and we are use to a warmer climate. Additionally they TV only worked half of the time. Also the wife wasn’t very friendly or accommodating. They husband was more approachable.
