我們遇到冷氣壞掉跟洗衣機壞掉，非常無奈，為了空調選這間最後無法使用，房東有來修，但是空調修不好，大大影響住宿體驗，房間因為位於一樓很悶，冷氣壞掉也沒有幫忙換房間，事後有沒有任何的補償，花了這麼多的住宿費真的不值得。 我們住到的是"豪華公寓"，就是大家說的1號房，真的很雷，而且沒有景觀可以看覺得更不優了。 另外，房價不包含summer card，在入住之前回答的資訊不太清楚，本來是入住當日下午3點可以使用，最後拖到了4、5點才給，害我們浪費了一天，如果需要summer card是 入住天數*10歐/1人，無法分開支付。 緊急需要幫忙的話，通常都要等待30分鐘以上，洗衣機要投1個2歐元 總之不推薦!不要選到1號房!

للأسف تجربتنا في الشقة كانت سيئة وما أنصح فيها. النظافة سيئة جدًا، بيوت عنكبوت في أماكن كثيرة وعناكب وحشرات بأنواع مختلفة، لدرجة لا تستغرب تحط ملابسك في مكان وتجي اليوم الثاني تلقى العنكبوت باني بيته عليها! المكيف ضعيف وما فيه عزل، وصاحب الشقة ما يتجاوب والتواصل معه صعب جدًا. التلفزيون ما له ريموت، والأغرب أن ريموت الشقة اللي فوق يتحكم بتلفزيون شقتنا! الغسالة مشتركة وبفلوس، والناس يتركون ملابسهم فيها بالساعات وما تقدر تستخدمها، وحتى صابون الغسيل غير متوفر ولازم تشتريه بنفسك. ومبلغ النظافه مبالغ فيه ولا يوجد نظافه بالمكان وغير مناسب بشكل عام تجربة سيئة وما أنصح بالسكن فيها

Reviewed Jul 23, 2026الشقه شرحه ونظيفه جداً وإطلاله رائعه وفيها شطاف وأدوات مطبخ كامله والمنطقه هادئه وقريبه من النهر 3د مشي وقريب لها سوبر ماركت صاحب الفندق جداً مهتم تواصل معنا قبل وقت حضورنا بأسبوع واعطانا تفاصيل الدخول وكيف استلام المفتاح ويوم حضورنا تابع معنا برسايل واتس أب حتى وصلنا الفندق 👍🏻 وسوى لنا ترقيه الى شقة بنت هاوس يشكر على هذا الاهتمام والحرص
تمنيت البلكون أوسع وطاوله كبيره علشان افطر فيها 😅 مكثت في الشقه 6 ليالي الي احزني أنني لم أستطيع استلام البطاقه الصيفيه اون لاين ولم استفد منها إلا 3 الايام الاخيره صار في خطا وتواصل معي صاحب الشقق ولم نستطع الحصول عليها وحاول إلى أن حل المشكله 3 ايام الاخيره رغم اني دفعت مبلغ البطاقات لكامل الاقامه ولم استفد منها إلا 3 ايام لكن لا أنسى له نقاط جميله ترقية الشقه وتوضيح الطريق ومتابعتنا حتى وصلنا وإي رساله بالواتس يرد عليها لايجهل اي رساله لطيف جداً .

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026الشقة في كابرون.. جميلة جدا من حيث الاطلالة.. والنظافة .. والأشخاص القائمين على الحجز ودودين وقمة في الأخلاق.. كما ان الشقة تصلح للعائلات.. وقريبة جدا من الخدمات.. مثل BILLA MARKET .. وسوبرماركت الخليج.. والمطاعم العربية.. وقمة كابرون الثلجية.. والزحليفة الصيفية.. وتبعد عن زيلامسي 16 دقيقة.

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026الموقع مميز مقابل للنهر وقريب من الخدمات. قريب من قمة كابرون والتلفريك تتوفر غسالة ملابس في المبنى إطلالة جميلة على المدينة والنهر. مواقف خاصة بالسكن. توفر تكييف وجود موظف بشوش. بلكونة واسعة مطلة.
الوسائد رفيعة. طريقة صف السيارات في المواقف لم تعجبني.

The toaster was unfortunately not operational, the single/bunk bed mattress was slightly too firm.

הדירה היתה עם ריח מוזר כשנכנסנו, אין מעלית ולא נגישה. שימו לב שהשרותים נדלקים עם חיישנים, וגם הכניסה לבניין, בעייתי לשומרי שבת כמונו..

Reviewed Mar 30, 2026We stayed at Amelie’s Mountain View Apartment as a family of six with four children, and it was absolutely gorgeous, we all loved every minute of our stay We booked just one day in advance, and everything was perfectly prepared for us. Frank was an exceptional host, he was very responsive, welcoming, and even arranged an early check-in, which we really appreciated a lot. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed, the bathroom was fully stocked with plenty of towels, and the beds and pillows were extremely comfortable. The large TV was also a great bonus for relaxing evenings. The view from the apartment is simply stunning, it truly made the stay feel special for all of us. We couldn’t have asked for better service and would absolutely love to come back. We highly recommend this apartment for families or groups of friends traveling together.

Communication via WhatsApp was super fast, friendly, and helpful from start to finish. The apartment itself is clean, well-equipped, and has a great terrace view. Perfect location (5 min walk to Billa, 5–10 min drive to the lifts). Also, the ski room with its powerful boot dryer is a game-changer! Excellent value for money for 2–3 adults or even larger families. We couldn't be happier – highly recommended!

It is clean and has everything you need, including a small kitchen. The price is very reasonable compared to the hotels and houses around it.

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025I really liked the location, the view, the air condition, the easy access, and Billa market is very close. Thanks to Mr. Frank who was very cooperative and responsive. Will definitely be my favorite place to rent whenever I come to Kaprun.

Reviewed Sep 5, 2025شقق جميلة والسيد فرانك متعاون ومتجاوب ويوجد غسالة ملابس بقيمة 2 يورو لمدة ساعتين...لكن انصح بالسكن في الادوار العلوية لان فيها تراس واطلاله جميله بعكس الشقة بالدور الارضي

الستائر كانت قصيرة مما يتيح دخول ضوء الشمس للشقة والمكيف موجود فقط في الصاله مما اضطررنا للنوم في الصاله
