City Apartment with lake view and free parking

Sijainti oli tarpeisiimme nähden loistava. Asunto oli hyvin siisti, varustetaso oli hyvä ja asunto oli kivasti sisustettu. Auton sai hienosti maksuttomaan parkkiin parkkihalliin. Näköala Kallavedelle oli mukava lisä.

Excellent apartment. Good location, easy access, modern, well equipped apartment. Nice view. The landlord was very communicative, shared every information in advance. Hihgly recommend.

Majoituksesta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja sijainti oli hyvä.

Siistiäkin siistimpi ja huippu isäntä. Kiitos myös lisävarusteista keitiön kaapeissa. Hienoa ja huomaavaista.

Viihdyttiin erittäin hyvin, jopa paremmin kuin monessa hyvätasoisessa hotellissa. Huoneiston varustelu huippuluokkaa ja kaiken kruunasi loistavat näkymät ikkunasta!

Perfect location, railway station and grocery store few steps aways, 15 min by walk to the center, plenty of sports areas nearby the lake (harbour).

Loistava sijainti Kuopion Matkakeskuksen yläpuolella, silti todella rauhallinen asunto hienolla näköalalla. Asunto oli täydellisen siisti ja oli mahtavaa, että sieltä löytyi esim. kahvia ja suodatinpusseja, eli mitään ei tarvinnut lyhyttä majoittumista varten hankkia itse. Ohjeet avaimen noutoa ja pysäköintiä varten olivat selkeät ja kaikesta oli huolehdittu. Tulisin ehdottomasti uudestaan!

Luottopaikka, joka tarjoaa kaiken tarvittavan. Asuntoon haluaisi jäädä asumaan sen viihtyvyyden vuoksi. Majoittaja vastaa nopeasti ja antaa majoituksen alussa kaikki tarvittavan informaation. En majoitu Kuopioon tullessa muualla kuin tässä asunnossa. <3

Very friendly host. Stunning view of the lake from the apartment. The location was great. All you could want/need such as parking, Bus/train station, grocery shop, cafe/restaurant are under/connected to the same building. The apartment was very clean and had a comfortable bed.

Electric keys sometimes are frustrating!

Kokonaisuudessaan tosi hyvä, viihtyisä, kodikas, mutta samalla ylellinen, tunsimme olevamme lomalla! Sijainti suurenmoinen, olimme bussilla liikkeellä. Varustelu hyvä, mitään emme kaivanneet. Asiakaslähtöistä toimintaa!

Erinomainen sijainti tulit sitten autolla, junalla tai bussilla. Siisti ja toimiva asunto kävelymatkan päässä keskustasta ja rannasta.

Hississä pääsi kulkemaan vain avain/kulkulätkän avulla. Lähtiessä yritimme päästä 3 krs. kautta halliin matkalaukkujen kanssa, onnistumatta. Olisi hyvä mainita, että lähtiessä kulku katutason kautta. Tai portaita? Vanhoille ja liikuntarajoitteisille tämä on haastavaa. Jos mainitaan että hallista suora kulku rakennukseen, asia on etu etenkin saapuessa että lähtiessä. Jos ei ole oikeutta kulkea hissillä suoraan P2, P3 tasoille, olisi maininta ehkä hyvä poistaa.

Huone oli siisti, valoisa ja kauniisti sisustettu . Asunnosta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen ja enemmänkin. Pidin kovasti ja varmasti tulen uudestaankin mikäli Kuopiossa tarve yöpyä. Nopea ja perusteellinen yhteydenotto omistajalta iso plussa. Täysi kymppi ja enemmänkin, kiitos❤️

Todella siisti ja viihtyisä asunto, pääsin aikaisemmin sisäänkirjautumaan mikä oli erittäin mukavaa.

Huoneisto oli erittäin siisti, puhdas, hiljainen ja rauhallinen. Loistava sijainti, lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan. Kauppa hissimatkan päässä. Helppo pysäköinti. Saimme hyvät ja täsmälliset saapumisohjeet ja yhteydenpito oli muutenkin ystävällistä ja nopeaa. Yövymme täällä mieluusti seuraavallakin Kuopion reissulla.

Asunto oli siisti ja puhdas. Näköala ☀️ ihana, upea huoneisto. Parkkipaikka hallissa, iso👍🏻. Tänne kannattaa tulla uudelleen.

Sijainti loistava ja myös näköalat Kallavedelle

Täydellinen sijainti ja siisteys sekä erinomainen varustelu: keittiö, vaatehuolto ja kylpyhuone. Parkkimahdollisuus ja kiinteistön kauppa sekä ruokailutarjonta täydensivät asumisen helppoutta. Netflix extraplussaa! Varmasti tulemme uudestaan.

Paikka oli lähellä keskustaa ja majoittuminen oli helppoa. Lisäksi oli erittäin hyvä parkkihalli lähellä asuntoa. Kuumuuteen oli varauduttu kahdella tuulettimella.

Comfortable new apartment with all the kitchen items you might need, very nice view over the city and the lake. The place has a netflix account so you can watch something after you get tired of the wonderful view. There's a supermarket just downstairs and a burger place with good burgers and they are basically reached directly from the tunnel from train to busstation. Would stay here again!

Everything is perfect, place, view

The place is quite big so I was confused at first to find the parking place and the place to pick up the key. However, After some asking, I was surprised that it is convenience. When I arrived, I was really hungry, I went to pick up the key and have a meal there. Then I go to place to sleep.

Loved how easily accessible the place is, with bus station and train station just a stone's throw away. Supermarket right below the apartment is a huge plus. Apartment is extremely clean and fully stocked with cookware, coffee, tea etc. Gorgeous lake view from the apartment. Host was very responsive as well!

The instructions for getting the key were very clear and everything was made so easy. The apartment was clean and well equipped. Everything went well and as should.

Great location, clean and everything was set up nicely. Host was very friendly and communicative, came to show us around and give us the keys even though we were late.

It was just great. The apartment is very nice and comfy. The view over Kuopio and the lake is splendid. Jarkko is great host providing all information I needed within very short time. I really spent very nice days there and would love to come back.

Everything was good. Location handy with car park, restaurants and a grocery store in the same complex. Very clean, good set of dishware, quiet. Even the sofa bed was comfortable.

Outside temperature 17, inside 23. With French balcony door open temperature was nice but during night windows & door were closed (risk for rain, train trafic and ventilation sounds) and the sleeping space was too warm for our taste.

Jarkko was very helpful and accommodating to my arrival, even when I arrive quite late. Very appreciated.

Good place, nice view.

Well, I booked the place for 1, but somehow when I got the key from the owner, the 2nd people was almost bar the line. To that, owner said this is not hotel. Well, next time, I go to hotel, too challenging to even meet any key giver, if you pay 83€ per night, it should not be that hard to communicate. He was telling price difference which was 5€, embarassing a bit.

It was clean and it had all the nessesary.

The apartment was new, very clean and had a lot of natural light coming in. Thoughtful touches, like coffee and coffee filters in the cabinet. I also appreciated that the shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap were didn't have any fragrance for sensitive people.
