Patra Rooms Skala Prinou vs Similar Hotels

Mixed to negative comments: deteriorated furniture, broken aluminium joinery and notes about damp/mould; one mild complaint about beds being a bit soft for some guests.

Mostly praised (Turkish: 'Temizliği mükemmel', Greek: 'Καθαρό', Turkish: 'otel çok güzel ve temiz') but one Romanian review cited mould/damp and wear, so slightly below top score.

Frequently praised (private beach, close to Kavala ferry, calm/secluded beach, easy parking) and highlighted as ideal for calmness and beach access.

Consistently described as friendly, smiling and helpful across languages (mentions of Mina & Dimitri, 'güleryüzlü', 'cana yakın', 'Tolles sehr freundliches Personal'), with one note about staff approach when reporting problems.

Very positive: repeatedly noted as tasty with good breakfast ('Kahvaltısı oldukça güzeldi', 'πολύ καλό πρωινό', 'Стандартна, вкусна'), varied evening menus and praised cocktails/food quality.

Strong positives: 'Οι παροχές ... εκπληκτικές', pool, sunbeds on opposite beach, parking and extra amenities mentioned — generally seen as excellent.

Generally good offerings but a few remarks about cost (e.g., 'A lot of money was spent' on high-quality food/drinks; set-price evening menus) suggest value is good but not outstanding for some guests.
