El punto fuerte de estos apartamentos es la ubicación: el mar está literalmente a dos pasos, bajábamos a la playa directamente en toalla. Fue una gran sorpresa que nos mejoraran la categoría del apartamento de forma gratuita, un detalle muy agradable. Sin duda volveremos. ¡Lo recomiendo a todos!

However, this is my second time staying at Olga’s properties in this building, and I am beyond impressed.Last time I stayed in a different apartment here, but this one turned out to be even better. For me to return to the same host twice says a lot about the quality and service provided. The attention to detail is remarkable. I highly recommend Olga’s apartments to anyone and will definitely be back again!

Reviewed May 7, 2026Шикарная квартира с потрясающим видом! Самый центр Бат-Яма, прямо у моря. Очень удоюное самостоятельное заселение. Наверное сегодня очень важно, что бомбоубежища на каждом этаже. Хозяйка заранее прислала видео с расположением, это прям возле лифта. Огромный плюс это расположение самого здания на море!!!.В этом же здании находятся McDonald’s и ресторан Маленькая Прага, что очень удобно. Транспортная развязка идеальная, можно легко добраться куда угодно. Всем рекомендую! Мы обязательно вернемся!

Reviewed May 6, 2026Tolle Wohnung mit direktem Meerblick! Die Sauberkeit bei Olga war erstklassig und die Aussicht vom Balkon unbeschreiblich schön. Trotz der schwierigen Situation wegen des Krieges haben wir uns sicher gefühlt, da es auf jedem Stockwerk einen Schutzraum gibt. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft!

В ванной чудовищно пахло сигаретами Запах не выветрился и на третий день, либо кто-то курил в номере проживая в нем до нас, либо запах идет по стояку или балкона верхних этажей Неудобная электрическая плитка, медленная. Уставший ремонт и мебель Пошарранные коридоры и ковровые покрытия в здании идет ремонт

The Bathroom is a very old, no water from the shower head from above, it can do with a bit of a refurbishment. There are no instructions of operating the tv. I had to wait in the apartment for the owner to come and sort it out.

Reviewed Feb 27, 2025The owner is extremely helpful and engaged. Her name is Olga, and she is a very kind and charming person with her energy and light—we could feel it throughout our stay. The room is excellent and has everything needed for a great vacation, as it faces the beautiful sea with a stunning view. The area is well-served with cafés and supermarkets.
The only critique I would mention is that the mattress has some issues and might need to be replaced. However, it still provides a good night's sleep.

A heavy sigarret smell, even though it is stated as a non-smoking apartment. Old furniture. The floor corridor was dirty for days without cleaning. We had to "fight for" a few more toilet paper rolls (we stayed a whole week)
