Billund Center Apartment

Almost everything was perfect, except for the absence of a wardrobe for clothes. I was able to check in around 10 AM, and the rooms were cozy. The location was perfect, offering great value for money! 💯

Příjemné ubytování v klidné lokalitě nedaleko autobusu, obchodu i Legolandu. Možnost úschovy zavazadel v případě dřívějšího příjezdu/pozdějšího odjezdu. Pro náš krátkodobý pobyt mělo ubytování vše potřebné (lednička, rychlovarná konvice, mikrovlnka...). Trochu nezvyklé byla nutnost si povléct postele, ale vzhledem k již dříve přečteným recenzím jsme na to byli připraveni :-) Ocenili jsme také samoobslužný check-in, díky kterému člověk není vázán časem na předání klíčů apod. Počasí nám vyšlo, takže klimatizace ani topení nebylo třeba, takže nevíme, jak by se řešily tyto situace, ale určitě by byl v případě potřeby nápomocen příjemný pan hostitel.

Pro delší pobyt by asi bylo třeba více úložného prostoru na oblečení, protože k dispozici jsou jen věšáčky v ložnici a komoda v druhé místnosti. A jak už někdo v recenzích psal, hodil by se i mop na vytření koupelny :-) Televize má přehrávání jen přes telefon, což nám nevadilo, ale někdo by s tím mohl mít problém.

Estuvimos una familia de 4 y el apartamento estaba muy bien. Limpio y con todo lo suficiente para la estancia. La situación es perfecta, cerca de Lego House, restaurantes, supermercado para la compra y a Legoland incluso se puede ir andando (no llega a 20 mins).

Jednoduše zařízené, ale všechno, co jsem potřebovali, jsme tu měli. Součástí ubytování i ložní prádlo a ručníky. Možnost kontaktování majitele, je plně k dispozici po celý den. Pěšky kousek Lego House, Legoland i letiště.

Acomodação ótima para grupos de até 4 pessoas. Tamanho bom, limpeza excelente, móveis e utensílios em ótimo estado. Está muito próximo à Lego House e às comodidades necessárias para a estadia, como supermercado. anfitrião muito solícito e disponível.

Llegamos antes. Solicitamos por booking entrar antes y nos envió confirmación pero luego jasta las 3 pm no pudimos entrar. Esperamos en la puerta casi una hora y ya lo tenían limpio. Imagino que será politica danesa porque no nos había pasado antes. El contacto con el apartamento fue en danés. Intenté contactar en inglés pero contestó en danés. Gracias a google translator y la IA porque si no . . .

Nära legoland och legohouse som vi var där för att besöka. Fin marklägenhet. Barnen älskade att det var våningssäng. Värden kom och hälsade och ville veta att vi trivdes. Verkade himla trevlig!

Kuna oli väga kuumad ilmad siis võiks majutusasutus edaspidi mõelda ka konditsioneeri peale. Öösiti oli väga palav. Akend ei saanud lahti hoida kärpsed ja putukad tulid sisse. Pesu kuivatusrest võiks ka olla.

Tenía todo lo básico para una cómoda estancia. Además, estaba muy cerca tanto de Legoland como de Lego House, a ambos pudimos ir andando tranquilamente.

O anfitrião (Thomas) foi muito prestável. O apartamento está bem conservado e com equipamentos suficientes para umas férias agradáveis.

We had a wonderful stay in this cozy little house in Billund! It was the perfect place for our family: peaceful, spotless, and close to LEGOLAND. The location is fantastic, yet quiet enough to truly relax after a busy day of adventures. The house has a warm, authentic Danish charm that makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Waking up to the calm surroundings and enjoying the local atmosphere was one of the highlights of our trip. If you're looking for a comfortable, family-friendly place where you can experience the true Danish vibe while staying close to all the attractions, this is the perfect choice. We would happily stay here again!

Location is really good - Billund centret with public transport and Netto market with food are within walking distance. All necessary kitchen appliances. You can prepare food by yourself.

There were rainy weather and no opportunities to dry out wet clothes. In shower room there was no floor squeegee to pick up water from shower. We were forced to use towel.. otherwise floor is very wet.

Apartamentul este amplasat intr-o zona foarte linistita, in apropierea padurii si la o distanta rezonabila de atractiile din oras ( 9 minute fata de statia de autobuz, centrul orasului si de Lego House, 12 minute fata de Legoland, 8 min fata de cel mai apropiat supermarket). De asemenea locuinta este dotata cu absolut tot ce e nevoie chiar pentru un sejur mai prelungit. Comunicarea cu proprietarii a fost excelenta si au raspuns prompt la toate solicitarile.

Mājoklis bija tīrs. Viss nepieciešamais bija: dvieļi, gultas veļa, trauki, ēdiena gatavošanas piederumi. Saimnieks Thomas laipns, atnāca pajautāt vai viss pietiekoši vai kaut ko nevajag. Iela klusa.

Tikai varbūt trūka vannas istabā slota, kas slapjumu pēc dušas izslauka.

Appartamento completo di tutti i comfort, lenzuola pulite e asciugamani sigillati sapone nel dispenser sia per le mani che nella doccia,asciugacapelli,la cucina completa si tutto coltelli per affettare con taglieri annessi,pentole padelle carta forno carta alluminio,caffè,macchina per toast caldi al mattino, microonde,macchina per caffè americano,forno,forno a microonde...insomma non mancava nulla...THOMAS il proprietario ci è venuto gentilmente a salutare dandoci qualche consiglio sulla casa e informazioni utili sulla città.Siete a 15 Min a piedi da Legoland 10 Min da Legohouse 8 Min daL supermercatO NETTO.GRAZIE Per averci fatto sentire a casa

Property is clean and has good location.

I didnt like the fact that after long day when I came into apartment I had to make all 4 beds. I didnt expect that and saw it for the first time, and I traveled alot.😅

Gemütliches kleines Haus, wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr ruhige und malerische Gegend.

In tanti anni di viaggio non mi è mai capitato di trovare un host così gentile ed attento. Grazie Thomas! Appartamento pulito, curato, completo di tutto e con wifi ottimo. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Legoland e Lego House (con due bambini di 5 e 8 anni ci siamo sempre mossi a piedi).

Es tal como se describe.

Czystość! Można tam jeść z podłogi, jest tak czysto! Dostajecie zafoliowany zestaw na głowę - świeża pościel ręcznik. Na miejscu jest wszystko co trzeba by przebyć kilka dni i zrobić sobie posiłek. Lokalizacja jest mega. W bardzo cichej części miasta z dala od głównych ulic, przy czy bardzo blisko przystanku autobusowego, LEGO House czy LEGO Land, poza tym blisko do Netto. Przemiły właściciel który chętnie pomoże ze wszystkim. Spaliśmy w apartamencie numer 2, polecamy!

Dzīvoklī par visu praktiski bija padomāts - bija pirmās nepieciešamības lietas ēst gatavošanai, kafija, tēja, garšvielu sākuma komplekts.

Nebija kur izkārt drēbes pēc lietainas dienas, bet šķiet tā nav naktsmītnes vaina. :)

3 verschillende mails gekregen, bij de eerste mail stond er ban 3.00 tot 10.00 uur inchecken, konden we er niet in, pas om 15.00 uur bleek dus uit de laatste mail.

Zie boven, duidelijkheid in ieder geval.

Bom custo benefício. Acomoda bem 3/4 pessoas. O fato de ter um locker na parte de fora onde podemos deixar as malas foi um diferencial, espero que o anfitrião mantenha assim. Comunicação fácil com o anfitrião. Localizado há uns 20 min a pé da Legoland e uns 15 min da LegoHouse. Recomendo a estadia.

L appartement est très bien situé pour se rendre à Legoland. Il est fonctionnel et très confortable. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille.

Accessing the property was straight forward

When I checked in yesterday evening, it was immediately clear that the apartment had not been cleaned or prepared for new guests. The beds were unmade, there was visible dust and cobwebs throughout the space, and a used bar of soap left in the bathroom. The overall level of cleanliness was far below acceptable standards for any accommodation and this is the worst accomodation experience ever. Even more concerning was the lack of basic amenities and comfort. The heating in the apartment was not functioning at all, and the place was extremely cold, especially during the evening and night. My children and I were left in very uncomfortable conditions, trying to stay warm in an unheated space we didn't sleep well. To make matters worse, there was no hot water, making it impossible to bathe or even wash properly. I have taken photo evidence of the apartment’s condition upon arrival to support my complaint. I find it deeply disappointing that, after enduring such uncomfortable and unsanitary conditions, I then received a message from the host implying that I had mistreated the property. This experience was unacceptable and far below the standards I have come to expect from listings on your platform. I kindly request that Booking.com investigate this property and the conduct of its management, and that my complaint be formally recorded for review. I am surprised to receive a message from the host as I had planned to put a complaint but I've been in transit. we got into the property late in the evening and we were out by 8.50am. there was hair belonging to someone else in the shower. I've tried to attach pictures but Its not accepting the format I still have the pictures

Op loopafstand van Legohouse en Legoland, 5 min. van luchthaven en centrum. Huisje is in het echt mooier dan op de foto's.

Matrassen vrij dun, afzuiging werkt niet goed, bij bakken van ei gaat rookmelder al af.

Bliskość apartamentu do Legoland i Legohouse, a także do Netto i dworca autobusowego. Widok samolotów lądujących lub startujących z lotniska. Bardzo dobrej jakości Wifi. Wygodne łóżka. Bardzo wygodna klamka otwierana szyfrem lub brelokiem.

Brak gąbek do naczyń. Brakowało jasno określonej polityki segregacji śmieci (był tylko jeden śmietnik w mieszkaniu). Można by było ogarnąć przed naszym przyjazdem pajęczyny z owadami pomiędzy drzwiami wejściowymi a lampą na zewnątrz.

Hay cosas que se podrían mejorar. Cuando te duchas se sale el agua porque no hay nada en el suelo, no teníamos ni jabón para las manos ni gel ni nada de eso para ducharnos.

Un lugar excelente. Muy cerca de Lgohouse y Legoland. Con todo lo necesario y bastante limpio. Toallas y sabanas precintadas. Muy bien todo.

Ubytovanie bolo bez raňajok. Lokalita bola tichá, dostali sme ráno kód k ubytovaniu. Ubytovanie sme mali pre 4 osoby. Z jednej izby je spravená spálňa s poschodovou posteľou. V druhej izbe je kuchyňa s vybavením, chladničkou, s televízorom s pripojením na internet, toaleta so sprchou. Ako bonus by mohol byť ešte šampón a sprchový gél.

La biancheria da letto era chiusa e sigillata, ottimo come garanzia di pulizia....ma i letti andavano fatti. Sarebbe stato carino saperlo in modo da non avere la sorpresa di dover fare 4 letti appena arrivati la sera tardi stanchi.

The house was clean, well equipped, clean sheets and towels.

We are a family of 4. Take a shower would flood the bathroom as the floor is not well designed and it’s a curtain to “close” it. There is fan in the shower that gets activated with humidity making the curtain “glue” on you during the shower…Was not nice to be trying to dry the bathroom after taking a shower.

Everything! Apartment is spacious, comfortable, and clean. Was able to extend our check out time easily. Walking distance to a supermarket, restaurants and Lego House.

I cannot think of anything negative about this property.

The host of the apartment was really friendly and the luggage storage was great! The apartment was located in a local residential area and the apartment was nice and clean. Walking distance of centrum services and Legoland was reasonable from this apartment.

The containers placed next to the entrance and outside table with chairs, so I do not imagine sitting outside on a warm day because of the smell.

Everything was as described. Kitchen was equipted well enough, it was joy to make some food there. Homelike place to stay. Beautiful and peaceful area. Walking distance to legoland and legohouse and other center services inc. grocery stores, bakery, name it -store and restaurants. I would definitely like to stay again. Host Kenni was friendly and helpful.

On the first day, we got caught in the rain, and when we arrived at the apartment, it was very cold and there were no radiators, so we couldn’t dry our clothes.

Location is good. 10 minutes walk from Legohouse and 20 minutes walk or 5 minutes drive from Legoland. Free parking also convenient. Have everything you need in the flat to prepare meals. What we didn’t like is that you need to put the linen on by yourself. We came in the evening after a long day and was very annoying to put sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers on 4 beds.

Great location. Only 5 min walk to Lego House and same to Netto. Very clean apartment. The owner was very friendly and helpfully. He popped in on the first day to say hello and ask if everything is OK and do we need anything else.

Personally it was a bit to hot for me and I couldn't lower the temperature but it's not a big deal :)

Very good clean apartment. Had all the amenities we needed. Accessing was really easy and instructions provided were clear. Really good quiet location.

Not much entertainment for kids apart from kids as it's such a quiet residential area so perhaps should add some family board games and some mix lego bricks

Excellent location within walking distance to all the nearby attractions (legoland, lego house, lalandia). Bus stop is also not too far away if required. Well equipped with all the necessities and Kenni, our host, was very helpful.

It was clean, comfortable, the surrounding is nice and silent. Lego house and the shop is close by foot. Good spot to see the planes landing :)

It is your obligation to wash and dry the dishes, unfortunately the previous users did not do it properly. A barrier in the shower would be useful to prevent water going out.

The place is awesome, very clean, super comfortable and perfect for a family of 4. It’s just a couple of blocks away from the Lego House, so it’s really central in Billund

Great location, short walk to Lego House, bakery/cafes/restaurants and the local supermarket. About 20/25 mins walk to Legoland so all good there too! The apartment is great for a family of 4 on a budget (relatively speaking, as Denmark feels very expensive). It was clean, and everything functioned well - nice bathroom with shower, comfy beds, nice lounge / dining area. Good mini kitchen too. Kenni, the owner, is super friendly and welcoming. He visited us on our check in day and gave us his contact number should we have needed anything.

Ideally there would have been a wardrobe (or equivalent) for having clothes.

Absolutely loved the central location of our apartment with only 9 minutes walk to Lego House (must visit again, not only because it’s a Heaven for any Lego fan but the Minichef Restaurant inside has the best meal we’ve ever had on holiday!) from where you can catch the Free Shuttle that visits all the major attractions in Billund including Legoland, Lalandia (a tropical holiday centre with waterpark), Wow Park!, various hotels and finally the Billund Airport before going around the loop again. The apartment has a large open plan living area with kitchen, lounge and dining area, wall mounted TV, bathroom with wet shower room (toilet behind the door in the photo) and a separate bedroom with two single beds joined together (common practice in Europe) and a bunk bed which our boys loved as they’ve never used one before! The hallway has a nice cabinet with a mirror above and coat hooks plus a tray underneath for wet shoes. The kitchen is very well equipped, my husband was made up with a toaster (not a common thing in Europe), there was a microwave, kettle and even a coffee maker. We used the oven for our pizza bought in Netto (only 6 minutes walk) which cost 15DKK and 18DKK as opposed to 109DKK for one pizza in a local restaurant. Large bottle of coke cost only 19DKK in Netto as opposed to one glass for 45DKK in a restaurant. Best of all was our host Kenni who was excellent in communication with us from the moment we booked his apartment right until the day of our arrival but also after we arrived back in UK and realised that our son left his headphones behind and Kenni kindly offered to post them back. This was our second visit to Billund and we fell in love with the place even more than last year and can’t wait to return. Streets are very clean and surprisingly quiet, where did all the people go in Summer? We spent 3 nights in Billund and only met our neighbours once. Photo of Laerkevej Street at 10:50am on Sunday morning and not a soul to be seen!

Loved everything but if you arrive late at night like we did, it was hard to see the numbers on the black lock (part of a door handle) even with the small light above it. So I suggest you shine a light on it with your mobile phone as another person enters the code. This was not a problem in daylight 👍
