Very nice apartment overlooking lake and mountains. Room had everything. Nice balcony to sit on.

No windows to open in the apartment we stayed in. Had to leave bedroom door open for air flow.

Nice view of the lake from our apartment. Large and roomy. Well equipped kitchen made meals easy. Close to restaurants, grocery store and other shops. Easy to get back onto the TMB from there.

Some minor maintenance issues need to be addressed. Not game changers, but would be nice to have them taken care of. The guest shower was clogged and didn’t drain well. The sink stoppers didn’t fully close in the bathrooms. Otherwise, wonderful place to relax!!

Great hotel in Champex Lac, we loved our 1 night stay here (we are doing Haute Route). We had an apartment (we were 3 people) and it was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was also polite and helpful. We ate at their restaurant and it was delicious. Also the breakfast was with plenty of options. We would definite stay here again.

Location of the property, and the rooms overlooking the lake were amazing. Free onsite parking helped quite a bit.

Everything is way over priced. The breakfast for 17 CHF was barely anything, and not worth the money. The coffee was literally the same coffee you could prepare in your own room. I loved my room, but it was a ton of money.

This was the best place we stayed in Switzerland this summer, write from the personal check in experience where I was shown to our apartment which was simply appointed with everything we need. The bed was comfy and the shower was like a power shower. We had a nice view of the lake from the balcony.

The apartments were beautiful, spacious and fit our group of 10 perfectly. The patios were great and the view of the lake was amazing. Also, the bus stop (we were hiking the TMB, and we took the bus from the end of the hike to the hotel) was right in front of the hotel! So super convenient.

That we only stayed for one night. It would have been nice to have a relaxing full day to spend in Champex-Lac, but we already had a scheduled rest day the previous day in Courmayeur!

It was easy to get the keys and check in. the property location is amazing and has good views of the lake. ALso comes with parking which was very useful for us. Also checkout was simple and easy. The property is right on the TMB trail which was a huge bonus for us.

The property is a little old. The number of towels etc. were not sufficient and there was really no service available beyond the check in time. The beds are not that comfortable. We came for the TMB hike so we were tired and it was OK.

After TMB hike from La Fouly to Chapex we were very tired.. Delfin welcomed us with a warm smile and after payment we were shown the apartment. Apartment was great will all you need. Balcony was gear with good views of the lake. Comfortable clean room and living and dining area . The apartment was separate from the main restaurant a higher level. Had dinner in the restaurent. Very good menu and again courteous smiling staff. Centrally located and on the TMB route.

Séjour entre amis (2 couples) parcourant le TMB. Appartement exceptionnel avec belle vue sur le lac. Super dîner le soir au coin du feu (il faisait un peu frais et pluvieux en cette fin juin). Personnel aux petits soins.

Abbiamo preso due appartamenti da 4 persone, speculari, molto nuovi e fornitissimi di tutto nella cucina, nei bagni ecc. Molto puliti. Buoni i letti. Bellissima posizione con vista lago e con dehor che dava sul prato. Bello anche che essendo vicini i due appartamenti, avevamo praticamente i due dehor comunicanti tutti per noi. Buono anche il ristorante della stessa gestione. Personale cortese.

Het appartement was zeer ruim en had alle faciliteiten die je nodig hebt.

Balcony and location was great! Loved having a kitchen to cook dinner and breakfast and right across from the supermarket.

Hospitality and food were a 10! They work hard to provide good service and a welcoming experience. We are hiking the Haute Route and easily took a bus to the hotel and the owner shuttled us back to Trient for a small fee the next morning.

Très bien situé par rapport au lac avec vu sur lui. Parking au pied du chalet.

Meilleur entretien des équipements de la salle de bain (bonde devant être enlevée pour écoulement de l'eau, abattant des WC mal fixés).

Den Schlüssel konnten wir in dem zu den Ferienwohnungen gehörendem Hotel abholen. Das war super. Die Lage war sehr schön: direkt am See , nur noch Straße dazwischen, aber die Schlafzimmer gehen nach hinten, deswegen war es sehr ruhig. Tagsüber haben wir meist auf der großen Terrasse gesessen.

Küchenausstattung sollte nochmal überprüft werden, Deckel.. und Töpfe und Pfannen...

Morgunverðurinn var ekkert sérstakur og skipulagið ekki gott, enginn virtist vita hvað var búið að greiða fyrir og skipað í sæti.

Situation remarquable. Chambres bien equipées meme avec une decoration un peu datée. Nous aurions aimé avoir du matériel pour cuisiner et manger une fondue bien suisse.

Assiettes verres bols tasses et couverts assez dépareillés par rapport au standing (excellent !) De l’hôtel.

I’ve never been to a hotel in Europe that didn’t have a free breakfast. This was disappointing. We had to walk up a steep dirt hill to access our second floor apartment. This was not safe.

Quiet and exceptionally scenic location. Comfortable environment.

L'appartement, bien que situé au rez-de-chaussée (alors qu'au moment de la réservation, il était indiqué au 1er étage), est idéalement situé et très très confortable et spacieux. La vue sur le lac est un plus! Les matériaux sont de qualité et la décoration est très jolie. il y avait quelques capsules et sachets de thés, bien appréciés et des coussins d'extérieur utilisés pour les chaises design de la table (pas très confortables sans coussin).

Un grill-pain qui ne fasse pas disjoncter le courant et qui n'a pas été remplacé pendant mon séjour. Peut-être aussi ajouter quelque grands pots/jardinières en extérieur sur la terrasse afin de faire écran avec la rue et ses passants. Ou bien ajouter des rideaux. Installée dans le canapé, on sent l'air de la fenêtre et ça n'est pas super agréable en hiver!

This was a great place for our family. Convenient to the lake, and shopping and restaurants. The deck had a beautiful view. The apartment was comfortable and well stocked. We would definitely choose to stay here again.
