Reviewed Sep 3, 2026La casa es grande y las zonas comunes espaciosas (quizás la cocina un poco pequeña, con el microondas encima de un armario del comedor), el jardín con ovejas y cabras es fantástico y las vistas del fiordo no tienen precio. La ubicación ideal para hacer la ruta del Preikestolen (el aparcamiento está a menos de 30 minutos en coche). Goza de amplio aparcamiento :)
Quizás la decoración es un poco Kisch, pero también le da su punto de gracia. La cocina está reformada pero no acaba de ser práctica. Es un poco complejo llegar, al estar en medio de un pueblo, pero son pegas de poca importancia.

Als ik een opmerking van verbetering zou moeten aangeven is de waterdruk in de douche en het hebben van meer stroom contact punten.

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Heerlijke tijd bij Goyza Gard gehad. Locatie was top. Goede uitvalsbasis voor o.a. Preikestolen! Uitzicht prachtig. Huisje is nostalgisch maar toch keurig onderhouden en zeker schoon. Heerlijke tuin met o.a. fruitbomen. Speel gelegenheid voor de kids. Goede communicatie!
Mijn dochter miste de paardjes in de wei (van de foto’s) maar de geitjes, schaapjes en poezen maakten een hoop goed 😜 Sauna in de omgeving maar niet bij locatie zelf

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026La camera ha due pareti completamente di vetro e dà su un prato in cui pascolano le pecore, ottimo per chi non riesce a dormire. ;-) Poco oltre c'è il mare. La vista è meravigliosa, la quiete assoluta. La veranda in cui abbiamo cenato era deliziosa.
Le dimensioni della camera non sono accettabili, troppo piccola, il letto è incastrato tra 3 pareti e ha solo un lato libero quindi per scendere devi scavalcare l'altra persona. Nel letto non c'è il lenzuolo di sotto ma solo un coprimaterasso azzurro. In camera c'erano 28 gradi, temperatura assurda visto che fuori ce n'erano 15, la causa era il frigo che scaldava troppo (il lavello era bollente). Abbiamo cercato di tenere aperta la finestra e la porta per rinfrescare ma fuori c'erano api ed altri insetti, molte ragnatele, e temevamo soprattutto le api. Patire caldo in Norvegia è assurdo. C'era l'aria condizionata ma non abbiamo voluto accenderla per motivi di salute. Infine, le istruzioni per il check out dicevano di fare la lavastoviglie e buttare il pattume. Per 220 euro per una notte senza colazione mi aspetto di non dover fare le pulizie prima di partire.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2026Het is een prachtige omgeving met uitzicht op de lysefjord. De kinderen waren gek met de geiten en katten. Bedden slapen fijn. Beheerders waren vriendelijk.
Let goed op welke kamer je boekt! Wij hadden ‘villa’ ‘Astrid’ met uitzicht op de tuin, dit was ons onvoldoende duidelijk tijdens de boeking. Het is ons erg tegen gevallen. Het is een totaal andere beleving als alle andere accomodaties op dit terrein. Als we dit geweten hadden, hadden we niet geboekt. De accomodatie is naar ons idee oudbollig, woonkamer en eetkamer donker en muffig, met diverse defecten en het geheel voelt aan als vergane glorie. Ook op de barn; zo zijn de konijnen inmiddels weg, de receptie ziet er verlaten uit en de trampoline is naar ons inziens gevaarlijk, de beschermrand is er af en de stangen voor het net zijn er afgebroken met scherpe ijzeren uiteinden tot gevolg. De coop supermarkt in de buurt is inmiddels definitief gesloten. De prijs kwaliteit is naar ons idee uit verhouding voor villa Astrid.

Reviewed May 16, 2026Cadre bucolique, avec des moutons sous la fenêtre, face au fjord. Le grand calme. Le village de Forsand est charmant, et bien desservi par les bateaux. Nombreuses possibilités de balades à proximité.
Le bungalow était petit, certes, mais très mal agencé. Aucun espace de rangement, ni dans la pièce principale, ni dans la salle de douche. Nous avions laissé nos bagages dans la voiture, et les affaires de toilette reposaient sur le chauffe-eau. Aucune possibilité de suspendre les serviettes de toilette mouillées. Un peu de souplesse était requise pour grimper dans le lit, côté fenêtre… Pour accéder aux poubelles, il fallait ouvrir une porte de placard, bloquée par une chaise coincée sous une table coincée contre le lit. Bref, parfait pour les adeptes de tetris. 1 mètre de plus en largeur, 1 mètre de plus en longueur. quelques étagères fixées aux murs, et cette cabine norvégienne serait très agréable pour y passer quelques jours.

We moesten helaas 45 minuten buiten wachten totdat we de code van het sleutelkastje kregen van de host, terwijl onze aankomsttijd van tevoren geaccepteerd was. Ook waren er geen gordijnen wat een beetje onhandig was omdat het vroeg licht werd.

Reviewed Apr 13, 2026We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Exceptional location only 40 mins out of Stavanger and 20 mins away from Preikestolen base camp. The apartment literally looks over the fjord. It is a beautiful location. Bed very comfortable, shower excellent, and air conditioning. Very clean as well. There was a fire pit but we did not use this due to Storm Dave. The owner was responsive and really helpful. Also had electric car type 2 charger which was free to use for 3 hours - 7kW. Beautiful sauna run by the same people nearby with again an exceptional view.
Our only criticism is that the kitchen utensils are quite basic and worn. Could do with updating/replacing.

Reviewed Sep 13, 2025The estate offers various types of accommodation spread 1 bigger and 1 smaller house, but you don’t really notice the other guests much. We stayed in a very small house with a truly breathtaking view of the sheeps and the fjord, right outside the window next to the bed. The space was very compact, and we would have appreciated a bit more room especially for self-catering but everything worked fine. Essentially, it was one small room with a bed, a kitchenette, and a small bathroom. The equipment in the kitchen was sufficient, and we were able to prepare meals without any issues. The terrace in front of the house was perfect for relaxing, and we really did manage to unwind. A special highlight was Elsa, the resident cat. Sadly, we only discovered her on the morning of our departure, as she spends most of her time in the garbage room. Be sure to stop by and give her some cuddles—she absolutely loves the attention and enjoys it to the fullest. Overall, we recommend the spot to everyone who wants to relax and enjoy the nature. We would definitely book it again!

Das Tiny House ist wirklich etwas klein und man hat wenig Platz für das Gepäck. Die Beschreibung für die Lokation der Waschmaschine und der Mülltonnen ist etwas dürftig, aber da das Anwesen nicht groß ist kann man es finden. Einen kleiner Übersichtsplan in der Gästemappe fände ich hilfreich.

The room was smaller than I expected – there was no space to unpack the suitcase, and not even enough room to place it without tripping over it. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend it for a longer stay. If the weather had been better, the experience would certainly have been more enjoyable, as we could have spent time on the terrace. However, it rained the entire time, and the small cabin felt a bit too cramped

Reviewed Feb 13, 2025Warm, cosy, beautifully put together cabin. The view is even better than the pictures. Not roomy, but it says that, and it has everything you could need. There is a fire pit outside which was beautiful on the cold, winter nights. Staff were helpful and quick to respond to questions via the app. An absolutely perfect weekend get away!
Everything was great. A little storage cupboard would maybe be a nice addition.
