Villa Natalia

Keys were in door after WhatsApp dialogue with owner/operator. Comms with owner were quick and helpful throughout stay, organising transfer taxi for us. Fridge/freezer, coffee machine were all welcomed and worked well, we didn't use kitchen much but enjoyed drinks on the balcony which was private with great views. Beds very comfortable and aircon was important for us although unit in main bedroom wasn't great in terms of performance. Not sure what else we would have liked over and above what was provided given how much we paid. We considered the next door hotel but that would have been £1000 more so value for money for us was important.

Bathroom was fine for 3 of us but if bunkbeds were in use as well, one bathroom wouldn't be enough. Quite a few small ants in kitchen and one of the bedrooms but not 'bitey' so not a problem for us really. Main negative for us was the steep walk from the appartment to and from the village, we enjoy walking but we didn't look forward to that late at night. But without the climb we wouldn't have had the view so we took the health benefits rather than moaning.

Stunning views, lovely location and everything thought of…. eg great to have a beach umbrella provided if required and ice trays in the freezer and lots of little things that properties don’t normally think about that make a big difference! Beach and two very good supermarkets very easily accessible and lots of parking at the property and great functioning air-conditioning which we really needed due to a very hot September! Had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

We LOVED this beautiful place!!! If you love Corfu, the landscape, the sea view, the wonderful people, the smells of herbs, the food, the gorgeous ancient bay…this place has everything! Oh and the communication was superb and taxi driver is now a friend for life!!!

Bardzo czysto, pralka, środki czystości, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, klimatyzacja, szczelne okna, piękny widok z tarasu i okien, moskitiery, wygodne łóżka, kapcie, żelazko, deska, kosmetyki, blisko bardzo ładnej i spokojnej plaży, blisko świetnie wyposażonych sklepów, blisko tawerny.

Mógłby być troszkę lepszy internet.

Super emplacement à Kalami avec une plage à deux pas. La vue est incroyable, les logements ont des petites terrasses. Il y a toutes les commodités aux alentours (restaurants, bars, supermarchés). Nous avons passé un super séjour dans un logement très propre, moderne et confortable.

Amazing villas with terrace sea view

This accomodation was fantastic. The room was clean, and the kitchenette was well equipped. The view was incredible and it was lovely having a balcony (with a drying rack too). The host was incredibly responsive and very kind. It is located up a short hill, but the walk into town in very short. It is also very easily accessible via the bus stop.

Unfortunately whilst I was there the wifi was not very good. This appeared to have been an issue with the provider, but just to note.

The amazing views, the excellent air conditioning, and most of all the attentive and responsive owners! Walkable to the local restaurants, and the beach!

Très bel appartement avec une magnifique vue sur la baie de Kalami. L’accès à la plage est très facile grâce à un petit sentier et se fait en moins de 5 minutes à pied. L’appartement est moderne, très bien équipé et dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter !

The location of the villa was fantastic. It was in a beautiful part of the island without chaos and with beautiful sights, access to food and beaches. There was dedicated parking and the hosts were amenable and easy to communicate with.

I didn't love the hands-off approach of checking in. There was a lack of privacy I was expecting due to the stay being classified as a "villa"; if you looked left or right, you could see the neighbors staying in the adjacent villas and hear them upstairs as well. Good thing the beach was so close, we were able to spend the entire day there with it being walking distance to the villa. Cleanliness was an issue due to the villa being infested with ants which I'm sure can be corrected in the future.

Krásné ubytování s nádherným výhledem. Vše proběhlo v pořádku. Co musím vyzdvihnout je komunikace majitelů, se vším nám pomohli, umožnili nám dřívější check-in, když zjistili, že máme ranní let, zprostředkovali půjčení auta a celkově komunikace s nimi byla moc příjemná. Ubytování se nachází v krásné lokalitě Kalami, kterou bych také určitě doporučila.

Jako maličkost bych zmínila, že nám často na ubytování nefungovalo wifi připojení, ale jinak mě vůbec nic nenapadá.

We had such a wonderful stay at Natalia Villa. It is in such a great location within walking distance to the beach and the little town. We loved being able to have lunch on the Veranda and the views were just incredible.

Головна перевага -неймовірний вид на бухту Каламі. Прокидатися вранці та бачити цю панораму просто безцінно. Апартаменти повністю відповідають опису на сайті та мають усе необхідне для комфортного проживання. Кондиціонер працює добре і дуже виручає в спекотні дні. Окремо хочеться відзначити господарів: усі інструкції щодо заселення були надані заздалегідь, комунікація була легкою та приємною, а на зв’язку вони залишалися протягом усього перебування. До пляжу можна дійти приблизно за 5–7 хвилин. Нам дорога не створювала жодних незручностей, а частина маршруту проходить у тіні дерев

Вілла розташована на схилі, тому дорога назад від пляжу проходить вгору. Для людей із проблемами пересування або в дуже спекотні дні це може бути важливим фактором. У ванній кімнаті відчувався легкий запах вологи. Також кухонна зона досить компактна: посуду для приготування їжі достатньо, але робочого простору небагато, тому тим, хто планує багато готувати, це може бути не дуже зручно

Exceptional view of Kalami bay, which you can enjoy from your terrace. The hosts were very kind and always there for us, really appreciate their helpfulness. The apartments have everything for a great stay and we will happily come back in the future.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was intermittent wi-fi reception in the room (on the terrace it worked fine). Not a big hassle.

Et la gentillesse et l'efficacité des propriétaires qui nous ont aidés sans ménager leurs efforts lorsque l'un d'entre nous a eu des problèmes de santé nécessitant une hospitalisation urgente. Merci Perséphone... C'est important d'être dans un endroit où les clients ne sont pas seulement des clients...

Cet appartement à deux chambres et un grand séjour-cuisine est vraiment très vaste et agréable, s'il faut dire un petit détail à améliorer, petit manque de rangements pour les affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain.

There was a bit of a bad smell in the kitchen cabinets, which made the tableware a bit stinky. Smelled moldy

This accommodation way exceeded our expectations. Beautifully furnished with a very comfy bed. Everything you might need in the kitchen. Very responsive host and wow what a view!! Short,if steep, walk into town and all of the Tavernas. Very close to the bus stop for Kassiopi or Corfu Town.

One of the best stays during our two-week trip to Corfu. Located below the road, we were not disturbed by the cars, it felt calm and relaxed with the sound of the waves from the harbour. Beautiful scenery. The apartment has a kitchenette equipped with pans and pots, some basics like oil and salt so you won’t have to buy so much. We especially liked the Nespresso coffee machine which made our morning even more relaxed and lazy, when we didn’t have to go anywhere for the first cup of the day. Bed was comfy, we slept like babies. Water temperature and pressure were good and stable. We will surely book here if we go to Corfu again. Parking was easy, but it was off-season. I am not sure how it is during peak months, ask a host maybe?

Villa Natalia is located in a charming bay! The bedroom was lovely, clean and comfortable! We had an amazing view from Kalami bay from our terrace. There was a kitchen where we could prepare small dishes and a coffee machine and kettle with complimentary tea and coffee. Perséfoni was our hostess and she was always ready to answer our questions and gave us nice tips about good restaurants! I highly recommend Villa Natalia and I can’t wait to return! Thanks again 😃

Miałam przyjemność zatrzymać się w tym pensjonacie podczas pobytu na Korfu i zdecydowanie mogę go polecić. To naprawdę urocze, klimatyczne miejsce, w którym od razu można poczuć wakacyjny spokój. Ogromnym atutem jest lokalizacja – idealna baza wypadowa do zwiedzania północnej części wyspy. Dzięki temu bez problemu można odkrywać najpiękniejsze zakątki tej części Korfu. Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługują zjawiskowe widoki z tarasu – poranki i wieczory w takim otoczeniu to czysta przyjemność. Sam obiekt jest bardzo zadbany i czysty, co dodatkowo podnosi komfort pobytu. Na koniec warto wspomnieć o właścicielach – świetny kontakt, życzliwość i pomocność sprawiają, że człowiek czuje się naprawdę mile widziany. Zdecydowanie miejsce, do którego chciałoby się wrócić!

Great location in quiet area. We used the buses but easier to get around when we rented a car. The view is amazing!! Comfortable apartment, cute little town below the apartment. It was closed for holidays but has places to eat, coffee shop and grocery available when open.

Der Ausblick ist grandios. Das Personal ist super hilfsbereit und freundlich. Ich fühlte mich sehr wohl. Es war alles da, was man braucht.

Location excellent. Lots of thoughtful little touches. Refurbishment was to a great standard and clearly thought had been given to it. Excellent value.

We thought the room would have been small for three people and that the garden would benefit from some attention.

Fantastisk utsikt, den bästa vi har haft på någon resa. Mycket välstädat. Väl utrustat, vi hittade allt vi behövde i köket och just när min fru upptäckte att hon hade glömt ta med bomullspads och topsar såg hon att sådana fanns i badrumrummet. När vi behövde uppsöka läkare var uthyraren mycket hjälpsam

Det enda vi inte var helt nöjda med var att sängarna var för hårda i vår smak.

The location of Villa Natalia is perfect - set above and away from the busy throng to be peaceful yet within 3 min walking distance to the beach, tavernas and supermarket. We had one of the upper apartments so the views of the bay from our balcony were superb. Coms with our host were excellent, and everything was easy and simple. Die Lage ist Wahnsinn! Eine wunderschöne Bucht, keine 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war erstklassig!

Die Ausstattung lässt ein wenig zu wünschen übrig. Zum einen hat man nur sehr wenig Platz zum Zubereiten von Lebensmitteln, wenn man als 3er Gruppe in einem Apartment für 3 Personen ist. Außerdem kommt es (vermutlich) durch alte Rohre immer wieder zu unschönen Gerüchen.

Die Aussicht auf die Bucht von Kalami ist wunderschön - 100% Urlaubsfeeling. Der Strand ist nur 5min entfernt und ebenso wunderbar. Der Ort am Meer wirkt sehr lebendig. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und das Personal sehr nett.

Unser Apartment war sehr klein (laut Angabe 25m2 - es sind aber bestimmt weniger) was einen mehrtägigen Aufenthalt mit entsprechend Gepäck unkomfortabel machte. Die Unterkunft hätte auch sauberer sein können.

Great location. Just a few minutes from the beach, the markets and the bus stop. Several hiking tours pass through or start in Kalimi. The beach is big enough and clean.

A little small and you can hear the people above and around you in their unit. Some people have a hard time respecting others.

Amazing view! Beautiful newly renovated bathroom. Friendly, helpful, responsive host. Short (but steep) walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Parking bay. Balcony felt private as it is not overlooked by other apartments.

Kitchenette and furniture needs upgrading. Some of their units are fully renovated, but they were not available for our dates, so we stayed in a partly refurbished apartment.

Well equipped with new appliances, we especially liked the high quality of the kitchenware. Everything was there, even mosquito repellent. The view from the balcony is amazing. Staff was outstanding.

It was quite a bit smaller than expected and we felt the pictures of the ground floor apartments are a bit misleading. The view is still nice, but the balcony is basically the entrance to the ground floor apartment. Since other guests are also passing in front of it, the level of privacy on the ground floors is not how we expected based on the pictures.

Un consiglio per la struttura: sarebbe comodo far trovare in casa agli ospiti anche dei sacchetti per l’immondizia aggiuntivi, siccome l’unico sacchetto presente in cucina si riempie velocemente, e poi anche una ricarica di sapone per i piatti. Sono piccole cose ma che fanno davvero la differenza per un cliente che così non si trova costretto a dover andare a comprarli.

Kieta miegamojo lova. Oro kondicionierius tik svetainėje, todėl miegoti buvo karšta. Miegamajame buvo paliktas ventiliatorius, kuris pūtė labai silpnai.

Very close to the sea, just down the hill. A lot of good taverns nearby. Property is wonderfully managed, we had everything needed to cook breakfast and dinner in the kitchen. Shower was amazing. Most importantly the view was WOW 🥰. To add up, the hosts answered ALL our questions, even had a welcome gift ready for us. All in all, best stay I have had yet in my 23 years.

The best part about property is its location, easy access to the beach, supermarket, main tavernas. I loved to see little kitties playing outside

La vue exceptionnelle, l’appartement moderne et propre, l’accès à la plage magnifique en contrebas (5 mn à pied), la facilité d’accès en voiture, les attentions de l’hôte (café / savon…) le calme.

Все было на высшем уровне. Персонал 10/10, расположение супер, номер как на фото, все удобства на высоте. Все очень удобно, балкон прекрасный, а вид просто нереальный.
