Cozy apt, clean and convenient place nearby to town, convenience store....

Location of the property is nice as it is next to the sea, but the beach was underwhelming. Parking is convenient although it is not shaded.

The cleanliness can be improved as I felt very itchy after my stay and I suspect there was bed bugs in the room. On my first day, the whole room / level didn't have any water, but it was resolved within the day.

It had every thing you could possibly need for a small family with kids like ample hanging space for wet clothes, 2 queen beds, a huge tv, full sized fridge and a jacuzzi!

We had a wonderful stay in Kuantan! The host was very helpful and gave clear instructions, making our check-in and check-out process super smooth. The unit was comfortable and well-equipped, everything we needed was provided. The facilities were great, especially the kids’ pool with the mini water park, my children absolutely loved it and didn’t want to go home! The location is very strategic, close to town and nearby attractions. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which made our mornings even better. Great cooperation from the JMB as well. Thank you for making our first-ever experience in Kuantan such a memorable one. We will definitely come back here in future. Highly recommended for families! 🌊✨

Nearby Kuantan city, easy to access, having proper facility like gym, pool and parking. Even stayed at studio apartment but ample space for 2 adults and 3 kids. They able to provide early check in at 1.30 as requested.

The lobby of the property seems not practical as just in front the main guard and also shared ways with the hotel beside. The checking in process which to hope off the car and scan at lobby before yourself pick up key. They should allow scan at main guard, then park car and take keys. Customer experience could be better.

La ubicación, en la desembocadura del río, ofrece muy buenas vistas. Calvin fue amable y atento, y supo responder adecuadamente a nuestras quejas respecto a la limpieza y al mal estado del apartamento.

La experiencia se vio afectada por varios aspectos que deberían mejorar: En cuanto a la limpieza, el apartamento inicial dejaba mucho que desear: el baño y la cocina presentaban moho, las puertas estaban muy sucias y los trapos de cocina resultaban poco higiénicos. Esto genera una sensación desagradable nada más llegar. Respecto al mantenimiento, también encontramos deficiencias, ya que lo que se rompe parece no repararse, lo cual transmite una mala impresión general del cuidado del lugar. Tras comentar nuestras quejas, Calvin respondió de manera atenta y nos ofreció otra opción en un apartamento más amplio y confortable, lo cual agradecimos. No obstante, la limpieza nuevamente no estaba a la altura, y las sábanas incluso presentaban manchas. En resumen, la atención por parte de Calvin fue correcta, pero la falta de limpieza y de mantenimiento en ambos apartamentos resulta un punto muy negativo que, si se solucionara, mejoraría muchísimo la experiencia del huésped.

I am used to staying in Imperium Residence and never with the same host (just because I want to try different settings). This is due to the availability of pool area for my kids. I primarily choose this stay because of the sleeping arrangement (suitable for family with small kids). Also plus point, the jacuzzi. Other than that, the fact that the parking spot situated outside give some level of conveniency for us not having to enter the maze of indoor parking. HUGE FRIDGE. HUGE TV.

The cleanliness was good however, some areas where water involved (kitchen sink, bathroom corners) can be improved. It is understandable though because i think this stay was frequently visited. The jacuzzi on the other hand was taken care very well. It was very clean and easy to operate. Also, please expect to hear sounds of kids playing at the pool. It did not bother us as much but bear in mind that bigger kids might be pressing on the parents to go play because they can clearly see and hear other people playing outside.

A great weekends getaway for me n my little family. My kids enjoying the pool, seashells collecting and the beach. It was an added value for us too, as the location is nearby to the city and there were lots of places around the property to go to for dining. What I love the most was the sea view from my room, very comforting and relaxing, which is great for those who need to be healed by the nature. I will absolutely come here again and recommend it to everyone. And I really appreciate the warm and nice treatment from the host, the instructions for check-in and check-out was also clear that made everything went smoothly for us. Thank you again!

The place looks exactly like the photos. Very well-maintained and clean. The unit faces the open sea, the large windows in the living room and master room present breathtaking views of the sunrise. LOVE THE VIEW! The children had lots of fun in the pool. Calvin is the perfect host. From the moment we booked the unit, he's been very responsive and helpful with information and tips on where to go for good food, purchasing local delicacies, etc.

just had a bad experience with the staff of the building who was in charge with the pool. I check in quite late, so the guide states that the pool closes at 7.00pm as the sanitation begins at 7.30pm. so i brought my kid at 6.30pm but was not allowed to go to the pool, even i beg him to allow my kid for just 10mins. there were still people using the pool at that time and were not asked to leave. so if u want to use the pool, better go early as the staff is quite strict and has lack of discretion and empathy.
