Appartamento molto spazioso, dotato di tutto quello di cui poteresti avere bisogno. Posizione comoda a pochi kilometri dal parco di Oulanka.

Sarebbe meglio specificare che le pulizie non sono incluse, ma o si paga un supplemento o si provvede autonomamente alla pulizia. Introdurre una lavatrice nell’appartamento ( c’è la lavanderia ma viene chiesto un supplemento)

Super warunki pod każdym względem. Cisza, spokój, czystość, wygoda, natura na wyciągnięcie ręki. Wyposażenie mieszkania z "wyższej półki", mam wrażenie, że działał tam wcześniej projektant wnętrz. Wejście na kod, więc nie trzeba nosić ze sobą klucza i w związku z tym mieszkańcy nie są od siebie uzależnieni jeśli chodzi o otwieranie drzwi. Z tej lokalizacji stosunkowo blisko do kilku parków narodowych oraz kurortu Ruka i miasta Kuusamo. A poza tym można nawet spotkać renifera przed drzwiami spokojnie skubiącego trawkę.

Very cute apartment and much more spacious than we expected. The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is extremely comfortable. Overall, it offers great value for money. However, you do need a car to get around.

I’m not sure if I overlooked this in the listing, but there is an additional cleaning fee. Cleaning is not included in the price, so if you prefer not to clean the apartment yourself, you need to pay €40. When we arrived, the apartment was quite cold (around 17°C), which wasn’t ideal considering it was -25°C outside. It took us about a day to figure out how the heating worked, and the cottage only became properly warm on the third day. After that, however, it was very warm and comfortable, so in the end it was fine.

Spacious, bright, very clean and well equiped apartment in a calm remote area. Comfy beds with included bedlinen and towels. Easy access to national parks and Ruka. Very professionaly driven by Minna. Incredible value for money !

Obiekt położony w cichej lokalizacji, bardzo komfortowy, zapewniający prywatność. Wzorowo wyposażony: od przyborów kuchennych, po sprzęty gospodarstwa domowego. Idealne miejsce dla większych grup.

Man lebt mitten im Wald in einer Doppelhütte. Die charmante Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Sogar Gewürze und Öl waren bei Ankunft vorhanden. Die Tür hat einen Code und somit muss man keine Schlüssel oder Schlüsselkarten rumtragen. Alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Der Blick aus dem Bett in den Wald hat uns riesig gefallen. Es kamen Rentiere, Eichhörnchen und viele Vögel zu uns. Die freundlichen Gastgeber wohnen auf dem Grundstück, man hört und sieht sie aber eher selten. Fragen werden dennoch schnell über whatsapp beantwortet. Küche top - alles da. Die Sauna haben wir leider aufgrund einer schlimmen Erkältung nicht nutzen können. Man bucht einfach per Whatsapp für den nächsten Tag ein oder zwei Saunastunden. Uns hat es wirklich sehr gefallen dort.

We loved the place, everything was perfect!

Great apartment! Everything is even better than described! The apartment is bigger than expected from the fotos. The great shower with high water pressure is amazing after a long rainy hike!

Expertly run accommodation with care and attention to detail.

The accommodation was very clean and everything one needs is there. You also find very clear instructions on how to use what in the flat. The standard is modern cosy and you can have a great stay there. The communication upon arrival also was great.

Everything was great but we tried to rent snowshoes for a hike. We got them but sadly couldn’t use them as they were too small for my husband but only realized that when we left for the hike. We didn’t even unpack them as it said it on the package. Sadly we had to pay the full price of rental nonetheless. But it could have been because of a misunderstanding due to language barriers.

The villa was perfect. So much space and it had everything we needed. The location was great, close to a super market and only 20 minute drive to Ruka Village. The hosts were very lovely. Very responsive on WhatsApp and were very helpful with questions and even helped us get our car started in thick snow. I definitely recommend this place!

Spaceous and comfortable apartment close to Kyälä. The kitchen has everything you need, with some leftovers (spices, oil) from previous guests. Sauna can be booked on request. The hosts are helpful and respond quickly. Several hiking areas can be reached by a short drive.

A car is needed to get to stores.

We really enjoyed our stay at Ruva Holidays. The apartment was perfect for two people, clean and had everything we needed. The location was great to explore the nature and especially the beautiful nationalparks around! We would definitely come back again :)

Everything is perfect. The host is so nice. Love to be back again and stay more long time.

Everything was great. Easy communication with owners for several questions, rapid reply and accurate. There is a book in the living room that explains many things about the place. You have everything you may need to prepare some lunches outside our even cooking inside. Also, there are basic things that they provide for you like shower gel and shampoo, detergent etc. The room and the apartment was very spacious. One of the best places we have stayed in Lapland. I highly recommend it. We were fortunate to see Northern lights from the garden as well. So what else!

It is a perfect place to stay. They have literally everything one needs. Amazingly cozy (much better than it seems on the photos), warm and clean. A bed is like a cloud, a lovely view from the windows. It is a great idea to have a big radiator on the wall under the clothes hanger - after the snow adventures it is much needed to have your things dry and warm. Sauna is good, too.

You need to clean the place by yourself but that wasn't a problem.
