Le lit tout déchiré, le pommeau de douche complètement cassé, la porte de la salle de bain cassée aussi… honnêtement nous avons été très déçus,

Le manque d'hygiène (placards cuisine, étagères, saletés et cafard sous le lit, vaisselier sale) fuite d'eau au niveau des toilettes qui n'a été réparée qu'au bout de 10 jours).

The way the apartment is organized is very uncomfortable, The “living room” is very narrow, the listing says a queen bed and a twin bed, there was no twin bed but rather a single mattress. Air condition is very noisy, and it wasn’t very clean.

check in was terrible. The email about entrance code was sent in the midday of arrival, when we were on flight coming to Israel. We could not read this email, because we did not have WiFi, and the password for WiFi was in this not available email. So we ended up staying in the evening on the street with all our luggage and being not able to get in. Also nobody picked up the phone, because it was already Shabat. Also, what was supposed to be a main room, was basically a wide corridor between kitchen and bedroom.

check in was terrible. I asked several times in advance about check in, but the email with instuctions was sent the day of arrival, when we've been in transit flying to Israel. When we came to the door, we did not know door code, which was sent in email, and could not access email bacause wifi password was in the same email. We tried to call, but nobody picked up the phone because of Shabat. All the trouble could be avoided, if email whith with door code was sent the day before.

at the arrival, we requested to come before 15:00' because the heat is terrible for the drive. but ew were refused. the apartment was not clean enough. the kitchen was equipped with old and worn dishes. the kettle was so dirty it was unusable, no microwave. smelly couch. the host was unfriendly.

Very small apartment for 5 persons. Deep plates are missing. The extra beds were not prepared.
