Residence Soleane

The apartments are located in a quiet, peaceful and safe area, really quiet and peaceful, you can only hear the singing birds. And at the same time, it is close to the center of Flic en Flack - full of life, pubs, stalls, etc. Very spacious apartments - on each floor there is a separate bedroom with a bathroom and a dressing room and with balcony. Spacious kitchen, well-equipped, although the dishes and pots had probably not been used for a long time, because the cupboard did not smell fresh. Nice sea view from every floor. Great swimming pool with shower. Convenient gated parking lot. Very good wi-fi. As we were a group of 3 families, it's nice that the owner gave us a whole row of apartments next to each other :) The owner was very nice, helpful, involved and responsive. Residence Soleane is a great choice for a quiet holiday on your own in Mauritius. The car is recommended. Thank you very much, it was very nice and comfortable to live in this place during our vacation.

Everything was great, but if I am to be scrupulous in my opinion, then: - it would be useful to be able to change towels during a 9-day stay. It would also be nice to have a larger supply of garbage bags and toilet paper - there was 1 piece of everything - the apartment manager, of course, gave us a few garbage bags upon our request, so no problem. - the lack of air conditioning in the bedroom on the top floor may be bothersome - the sofa downstairs - it could use a wash :) However, none of these things were important enough for us - there were no major problems, only minor things that could be improved, without any significance for our overall very good impression of our stay there:)

The pool was nice, there was a lot of space in the appartment. The washing machine was new and good. The landlord provided us with the things we needed. It was a very good stay. We will come back 😊👍🏽 beaches and restaurants near by.

Cosy and calm atmosphere. Very welcoming host Modern and clean.

Missing an Ac in the living room. The heat was unbearable in December.

- It was situated not too far from the beach. - There was a sense of peace and privacy amongst the apartment complex with other residents which was a nice. - The apartment was modern and new, but simple, so very easy to clean and tidy up. - The owner of the apartment complex was very kind, helpful and accommodating. - BONUS: We basically had a cute cat as a pet for the duration of our stay which made our experience even better!

Quite location, 15’ walk from the beach and restaurants. Better to rent a car for your stay or reserve with taxis for tours. Nass is a great host!

This apartment offers you great comfort for a fair price. We found everything very clean and with a high standard. The communication with Nass was perfect. We had a great time and made good use of the wonderful and absolutely clean pool. The surroundings are quiet and seem to be safe.

You should have a car to reach the beaches, restaurants and supermarkets. Would have been nice to have an aircondition in the upper floor.

The owner was so helpful and friendly. If we had a question or issue, we could whatsapp him, and he was right on it within minutes. He truly wanted to make sure we were comfortable. Morning coffee and sunsets from the top floor bedroom are beautiful. There is parking off the street on the premise. It was great to have a kitchen (grocery store is close by) and washing machine. It is located in a quiet section of town, yet an easy walk to Flic en Flac Beach. We found it to be a very convenient location to get to all the hiking, etc, we did in the south (going through Port Louis if you are coming from the North can be a bit congested.)

The place was really nice and clean. Spacious with big rooms. The person welcoming us was very nice. Good location and quiet area.

The Apartment was in a quiet and secure area (video-surveillance on both the streets and the outside of the premises), which was a plus. The Manager of the Apartments was very kind and helpful, which made us feel very welcomed at the premises.

Unfortunately we had German neighbours which had loud children, but this was a subjective experience and is not due to the apartment itself.

Well maintained, clean and spacious rooms with sea view. Nas, who met us at the property was very helpful. Quiet gated property, decent pool, private parking, amenities like washing machine, microwave, stove, utensils, kettle, coffee machine were provided. Beds were very comfortable. Toilets had shattaf.

The unit provided to us had 3 floors out of which only 1 bedroom had an AC. The living room and top most bedroom had celing fans but the weather was hot when we visited that it was difficult to sleep in the bedroom without AC.

2 km from Flic Flac. And missing aircondition in one of bedrooms.

it’s spacious and neat and very comfortable.

owner must apply some standards as other rental apartment do. provide couple bottle of water and coffee as complimentary for first day was hard for a foreigner who is not familiar with the city to reach in by midnight and there’s no water nor coffee and also no instructions relevant to any nearby market or instruction on how to order any need. I found it unreasonable not being in the shoe of a guest.

Good location and quiet place, Safe and easy parking, Great host and good communication, Nice swimming pool, Sea view.

Temperature was a bit warm upstair (bedrooms). Air conditioning unit was not working at 1st floor and there is no unit at 2nd floor. There was a big ceiling fan to compensate which was good.

Perfect location! Quiet, safe and clean. Great host (Mr Nas), always available and ready to help with everything. No problem is unresolvable to Mr Nas (key stuck in door, he came immediately and worked through effectively). Will recommend place to friends and family. Thank you for making our holidays a great one!

The fans in the top floor was not enough to cool the room enough when temperature was higher than30 degree (comment coming from our kids) !

extremely friendly owner and staff! everything was at the highest level, any request was fulfilled immediately, quite comfortable apartments, there was everything necessary for life! incredible sunset ocean view, 24 hour pool access! we were 100% satisfied and we advise everyone to spend time in this place

I liked everything

The accommodation fully met our expectations, often exceeding them. The host family is very kind and helpful. We didn't have a request or question that they couldn't solve. The accommodation itself is in a very quiet and peaceful location, and there are shops and the beach within walking distance. The apartment is properly equipped and modern. We would be happy to stay here longer or come back another time. There is beautiful view to the ocean from the balcony.
